Ruim appartement (110 m2) met groot balkon en een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Alles gerenoveerd, modern, schoon. Drie slaapkamers met plafondventilator EN airconditioning. Twee moderne badkamers met daglicht. Twee satelliet-tv's (woonkamer en slaapkamer). Geweldig uitzicht op Santa Ponsa en de baai. Lift # 1 brengt u naar het zwembad. Van daaruit heeft u directe toegang tot het lagere voorgebouw waar lift # 2 u naar de promenade met allerlei winkels, restaurants en bars brengt. Bekroond wit zandstrand van Santa Ponsa ligt op slechts 5/10 minuten afstand. Alle voorzieningen (cafés, toiletten, medische hulpmiddelen, strandwachten, kluisjes) zijn daar beschikbaar. Het strand is gescheiden van de promenade door schaduwrijke pijnbomen.
Santa Ponsa Golf is beroemd, 3 gangen, waarvan er 1 openbaar is.
Santa Ponsa is een van de "in-places" van Mallorca waar veel expats hun droomvilla's hebben gebouwd op de groene heuvels rondom de baai. Het is daarom meer gezinsgericht dan het nabijgelegen Magaluf.

Fantastic accommodation

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Large balcony comfy beds plenty of kitchen supplies. Cannot fault it.

Great family holiday

This apartment had everything we wanted in a great location. The pictures on the website don't do it justice, beautiful views and the pool was bigger than we expected. Ideal family holiday with the beach only minutes away.

Great place!

We had a fantastic stay at this really nice apartment. Clean and with everything you might need (and more) and also with a big pool. We and our kids loved it. Andrea took great care of us, we couldn’t ask for more:)

Perfect family apartment

The apartment is very nice and equipt with all you need just like home. Very nice balcony with the sea view. Very close to all restaurants and shops. Andrea is very helpful and welcomed us very well even though we arrived quite late at night. We really enjoyed our family holiday in Santa Ponca and definitely coming back.

Perfect apartment for two families!

We stayed for 7 days in April and we had a wonderful stay! Apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and more! Very good communication with Jila and Andrea from first day of booking! The view is gorgeous! We definitely recommend it!

A fabulous apartment with great views of the beach/sea. The apartment has a great location close to all amenities. The communication and help from Jilla and Andrea was first class. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful

Great communication with owner , absolutely fantastic apartment, very clean and everything you need , beautiful views from the balcony, shops and bars very close if you have children then The Square is a great place to go . Swimming pool lovely and very big for great swim plus lounges from the owner . Will definitely be staying there again .

Nice apartment!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. We were allowed to check in early and stay a bit longer. We were in Santa Ponsa in November and it was a lot of closed stores and restaurants so would choose another town if coming outside the warm season.

Perfect apartment for Santa Ponca

We are a group of 3 women, we found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. It was clean, really well equipped and spacious. It was really convenient to have cleaning materials readily available, the use of a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen has everything you could need. It was great to have access to sun loungers for around the pool too. We would definitely recommend Jilla's property, the communication was prompt and helpful. Her friend Andrea who supports with check in, is great, super friendly and gave some good restaurant recommendations.

Apartment is excellent. Very well equipped. Couldn’t fault it. Very comfortable and spacious. Balcony large and nice to sit out on. Central to all the bars and restaurants. Pool is also very clean and well maintained. One slight downfall is that there aren’t any sun beds around the pool, the apartment has one but we were a party of five so we had nothing to lay on around the pool but it didn’t spoil the holiday and we would definitely return

Mums First Time Abroad....

The apartment was amazing, with everything and more to hand, my sisters and I could not of wished for a better apartment, for our Mums first time abroad. Three huge bedrooms with so much storage space, two large bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, which was great for Mum. Communication with Jilla the owner was propmt and thorough. Andrea who looks after the apartment, you are anazing and so thoughtful, even calling us a taxi for our return trip back to the airport and then came to see us off, just to make sure the taxi arrived. Restsurants and supermarkets are on your door step. Its no wonder the apartment is booked up for the rest of the year. I will keep checking availability for next year though. Thanks again.

Es war alles perfekt.

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und bietet darüber hinaus vieles mehr. Sie ist sauber und gemütlich, man hat viel Platz und einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Andrea ist ein Schatz!

Geschmackvolle saubere Wohnung

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit exelentem Ausblick auf die Bucht und Strand. Mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns nach der netten Begrüßung durch Andrea sehr willkommen gefühlt und uns hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt.

Lovely appartment

Very freindly welcome from agent. Kids loved the pool and the location of the appartment is very good with direct access to main street via 2 elevators. Personally I didnt like Santa Ponca that mich as I am more a "local guy", but if you like tons of restaurants directly on main street and access to the beach on foot, it's perfect. If you are looking for a typicla tourist vacation, the appartment is perfect. Parking is a small issue though.
