Onze vakantie Villa is ruim en modern. De woning beschikt over 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Een masterslaapkamer bied direct toegang tot de pooldeck en uitzicht op de Caribische zee. De villa heeft een ruim zwembad met Jacuzzi. Het overdekt terras bied ruimte voor lounge gedeelte en seperaat een eet en relax gedeelte. De ruime pooldeck van maar liefst 100 m2 bied vele mogelijkheden om te zonnen en van het uitzicht te kunnen genieten. De villa bied plaats aan maximal 10 personen.

Fantastic place and amazing views

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Diane, the property manager, was easy to deal with. The location was great, away from the city and busy streets. The view and pool absolutely made it a winner! We recommend this VRBO.

Perfect place

This home was wonderful for our family. Stunning views, comfortable, spacious. The outdoor space was so incredible with the views and lovely breezes. My favorite part of the day was sitting out on a lounge chair, feeling the breeze, having a cup of coffee, listening and watching the birds, lizards, goats and birds. Lots of space to spread out and dry our dive gear as well. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were wonderful in the August heat. Amazing place - sad to leave!!

Family dive trip

This was our first trip to Bonaire and the first time my wife stayed in a VRBO. Other trips I have taken there was no contact with property manager, not this time. We were greeted by the property manager who dosed us around the house and how things worked. She suggested some highlights of places to visit. On check out she came back to say goodbye. The house was amazing and very quiet. The only noise we had were from a family of goats which were very cute. My next trip to Bonaire I hope to be able to get this place again.

Dive trip with adult children.

The owner and property manager create an easy and efficient rental process. The house was built for views and does not disappoint. The patio has three separate spaces allowing our 7 person group to be together without being too together. The house proper had the daily living conveniences one would expect. Our farewell Bonaire dinner at a restaurant in town included a conversation about the “best part” of our trip. It was a tie between the house and the diving. Both were amazing and memorable.

Very nice, large home.

The house is huge, and absolutely beautiful and has a very large functioning kitchen which worked well for cooking a lot of meals at home. The outdoor space is fantastic, with four seating areas. The master suite was lovely, with a huge two headed shower. Dianne was a terrific house manager, and was responsive whenever we needed her. Two things to note. I don’t believe it was mentioned in the online description, but there’s also an apartment on the property with a full time resident, so you do not have the entire property to yourself. Secondly, I booked the whole house for a month for just two people. It was described as a large five bedroom house. When we arrived, all bedrooms were locked, except for the master suite. That was never communicated to us, and I paid for a large five bedroom house. All in all, the house was well appointed, and we would recommend staying here with the above two pieces of information. The kitchen was well appointed, and having an outdoor grill was spectacular. The view could not be beat with 180 degree view of the water.

Het had beter gekund

De aanloop naar onze vakantie was goed. Boeking liep goed, aanvullende vragen werden snel beantwoord. Zelfs toezegging om tot moment van vertrek naar het vliegveld, aan het eind van de vakantie, van de locatie gebruik te mogen maken. De locatie heeft een schitterend uitzicht richting Klein Bonaire. De lounge meubelen op de foto's kwamen niet meer overeen met de werkelijkheid. Deze waren vervangen door houten meubelen met kussens. De jacuzzi in het zwembad was defect. Dit werd ons pas verteld, nadat wij gevraagd hadden hoe de jacuzzi aan moest. Let op dat dit zwembad een zoetwaterzwembad is en in dit zwembad een chloordrijver ligt. De toezegging om tot aan het vertrek naar het vliegveld in de villa te kunnen blijven, kon niet door gaan, omdat er 's middag weer nieuwe gasten kwamen. Zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor een dubbele boeking? Een geste vanuit de eigenaar in welke vorm dan ook, was op zijn plaats geweest. Terug kijkend hebben wij toch best een mooie vakantie gehad, ondanks de eerdere opmerkingen en het gebrek aan empathisch vermogen van de eigenaar.

Amazing Property!!

Wow!! The pictures don't do this house justice. The open setup kitchen/family room looked out onto the massive decks with huge windows and breathtaking views. The house was so spacious and fit our group of 9 perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We used the outside grill as well which was really nice. We will definitely come back to this same place. Don't hesitate to book! Dianne was amazing and very helpful and responsive with anything we needed. We loved Bonaire!

Fantastic Villa!

I can't say enough about this house (and Bonaire in general!). Very spacious with 5 bedrooms, a large indoor family area, well-supplied kitchen, and a massive deck and pool area. The pictures should be updated as there are nice improvements to the deck, doors, and windows that look great! The only remotely negative feedback is the jacuzzi was not functional. Otherwise just a fantastic place and Dianne was very helpful with advice when we needed it.

Best House in Bonaire

This was the second time that we stayed at this home. It is a great location, a Great View!!!, and just an over all great property. Diane the rental agent is awesome to work with. The owner is a good communicator, and takes great care of the property. We will be back next year!!!

Rust en ruimte

Vooraf dacht ik dat het te ver weg zou zijn, van de zee, van restaurants. Dat is niet zo! Je bent overal - met de auto- binnen 5-10 minuten. Het huis heeft een geweldig uitzicht en is zo ruim. We hebben met 4 pubers geweldig genoten!

De woning was verzorgt en compleet. Het voelde echt als thuis. De bedden waren goed en er waren meer dan voldoende handdoeken voor ons. We waren met 9 personen maar het huis gaf voldoende privacy om je prettig te voelen. Het zwembad was heerlijk en werd tijdens ons verblijf telkens onderhouden. De opvang door Dianne was geweldig en zij was goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Een echte aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Excellent stay in Bonaire

A group of 10 of us stayed in the wonderful villa while diving in Bonaire. The villa was very spacious and comfortable for a group of 10. The pool and pool deck were incredible for lounging after dives. Communication with the owner and property manager were excellent and the whole process was very easy.

Will Return to Casa Arina

We have rented many homes on the ABC islands and this has been one of our most enjoyable and hassle free experiences. The villa is situated high up in the Sabadeco hills and the breezes flow well through the house due of its well thought out design. The views were terrific from the outdoor deck especially for the sunsets. We were three adults and two teens and there was ample room for all with lots to spare. You will find that you will spend most of your time in the outdoor area which is large and offers a couple of distinct areas to dine and lounge. The villa was clean with lots of towels and bedding and the kitchen was well equipped. Dianne was a great resource for knowledge of the island and just a nice person to chat with. We had no issues while at the villa so we did not have to call on her for assistance but did communicate with her regarding places to dine. I recommend this villa. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding Villa off the beaten path in West Terrace Sabadeco!

The owner and the property manager worked extremely well together and did an excellent job of coordinating things to ensure our stay in the villa was as smooth and hassle free as possible. Clearly, they have done this before! The villa appears to be about 2 years old and everything is in excellent condition (furniture, appliances, A/C units, etc.). The two master suites and bathrooms are clean and very comfortable as were the two other rooms (we didn't use all 5 bedrooms) and the shared bathroom. All bedrooms have in-suite A/C units. None of the public areas are air-conditioned, as is typical of most villas on Bonaire (6 years down there and counting) but not to fret, the nearly constant cross breeze up on the hills of Sabadeco and the excellent design of the sliding doors, main door and the two end ventilation doors really keeps these areas very comfortable when opened up! The open concept kitchen and family/living area is excellent for winding down in after a long day of diving! The dunk tank in the garage was a *huge* convenience, especially on our last day! There is no space for outdoor scuba gear storage (garage was filled with an enormous truck!) but the usual dunk, dry and pull the gear in off the patio two-step worked fine. The views from the stone pool deck were spectacular day and night and the pool was a very welcome touch! There is an attached "mother-in-law" apartment residence to the villa that was rented out during our stay, but there were no challenges with privacy, noise etc. (Solid cinder-block and concrete construction for the win!) In summary: Outstanding modern villa with professional management and ownership. This one is definitely on our short list of villas to strongly consider renting again! You will be pleased!

Fantastisch ruim huis !! met prachtig uitzicht en heel veel rust

Heerlijke 12 dagen gehad. Wij waren voor de 4e keer op Bonaire. Heerlijk ruim huis ( wij waren met 7 personen ) Ruime slaapkamers met airco. Lekker zwembad en terras. We hebben heel veel avonden buiten aan de ruime tafel op het terras gezeten! Netflix. Tv. goede wifi. We komen zeker weer terug!
