Fantastische villa met uitzicht op de baai van Malaga en de Sierra de Mijas, zeer dicht bij alles op 1 km van de golfbaan Lauro, ongeveer 20 minuten van het strand, 20 minuten van de luchthaven en 25 minuten van de hoofdstad van Malaga.
Het huis heeft 240 m2 verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, 3 slaapkamers boven met een grote badkamer met douche en bubbelbad en een buitenterras, op de begane grond is er 1 slaapkamer, een toilet, een grote woonkamer en volledige keuken, plus een grote veranda met uitzicht op het grote verwarmde zwembad (controleer de prijs van de airconditioning van het zwembad met de eigenaar)
Perceel van 5.000 m2 bestaande uit meer dan 1.000 m2 recreatiegebied met verwarmd zwembad met ligstoelen, barbecue, speeltuin voor kinderen met schommels, basketbal, tafeltennis, biljart, hangmat enz ... Gratis wifi . De rest van het perceel is omheind en beplant met verschillende boomsoorten en een kippenhok met verse eieren dagelijks.

Prachtige sfeervolle en ruime villa

Heel compleet en vooral ook sfeervol ingericht. De ruime slaapkamers hebben veel kastruimte allemaal ingericht met leuke accenten. Grote ruime badkamer met tweepersoons bubbelbad en apparte douche en ook veel bergruimte. In de ruime keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Er is een gezellige overdekte buitenruimte waar je ook met minder weer heerlijk buiten kunt zitten. Het grote zwembad met speelmateriaal is fantastich voor jong en oud. De eigenaren Miguel en Maricarmen zijn heel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader deze villa.

Heerlijk huis!

We hebben echt genoten van het huis. Ruim, schoon, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral het verwarmde zwembad (tegen betaling) is in het voorjaar echt heerlijk. Iedere dag verse eitjes van de kippen. De ligging is prima voor allerlei uitstapjes. Wel is het even rijden naar het strand, maar met een zwembad als dit heb je de zee niet veel nodig. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Amazing villa, very spacious, lovely hosts

Sometimes picture can delude you but in this case they certainly don't. The villa was a great as in the discription. It was very spacious and luxurious. Everything was taken care of. The heated pool was big and warm. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and rooms are big enough. Miguel and Maricarmen are amazing hosts. They kept me up to date about the check-in. Provided a great tour of the house and were very helpful with everything we asked or needed. I'm sure if we had any more questions or encountered some problems they would help us right away. They were so thoughtful and easy going the whole experience was even better. They even checked with us to see if our trip back home went smooth and safe. Thanks Miguel and Maricarmen for letting us (six guys) stay in your villa and we might meet again in the future.

Lovely villa!

We stayed in de villa with 9 people. We had a great time! De poolarea is really spacious and relaxing. Enough chair/sunbeds for everybody. Loved the music speaker with microphone's ;-). The house + oudside area is verry clean. From the bedrooms you can see the nice view of the area/hills. But still close to the supermarket and airport. Miguel and Maricarmen are verry friendly people who make you feel welcome in the villa. Really recommend the villa to other people!

The perfect place for recreation and activities for all ages.

We were three families in the house. The children were 7, 12, 14, 16 and 17. We all enjoyed the facilities and the outdoor activities. It was easy with instructions to come to the house by car. The friendly and helpful hosts met us and showed us around when we arrived. Also gave us information about activities and best shopping. The pool was clean and spacious. This time of the year (April 14-25) we recommend heated pool that we used also the couple of days the weather was cooler. Fresh eggs for breakfast every morning from the hens in the garden! A playground and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. We have nothing to complain about.Highly recommend this house!!!

True gem of Andalusia

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. The view was absolutely outstanding, the heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were truly marvelous—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Great holiday!

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

October Break

Invited some family and friends to join us for the October break. Our hosts were fantastic as was the Villa. The pool is large and easily accommodated the 12 guests. We paid a bit extra to have the pool heated and it makes a difference that time of the year. We had a fantastic holiday so thanks again. Junior, Andrea and Friends.

Superb place for a big family.

We had lovely days in the house. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is absolutely perfect for families, stairs in one end for the youngest and oldest. Lot’s of fun for the children. The owners are really, really nice and helpful.

Casa perfecta para un reencuentro de amigos

La casa fue perfecta para nuestro encuentro entre amigos. Totalmente equipada con excelente piscina, juegos diversos, aire y tele en todos los cuartos. Hasta la cocina tenía todo lo necesario. Y muy limpia. Nada que decir. Además, tuvimos muy buena comunicación con los dueños y han hecho lo máximo para acomodarnos. La casa se encuentra a 30mn del centro de Malaga así que mejor con coche. Pero también los Ubers llegan ahí sin problema. Cuenten unos 15 mn de espera en general y 23-28€ hacia el centro muy recomendada!

Excellent sejour

Séjour en famille, villa spacieuse très bien équipée. Très belle et grande piscine. Cuisine extérieure avec plancha. Figues et citrons verts à volonté, un délice ! Des œufs frais tous les jours. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles tout en restant discrets. De très bonnes vacances à refaire !

Marvellous Malaga

We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Miquel and Mariecarmen were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for me. Really hope we will be able to return soon

Great Family Week - Chilling

This is a fantastic Villa for groups or families and has everything you could need, plenty of space, great facilities, chickens that lay 5-9 eggs each day for breakfast, fruit trees in the gardens, a great pool and lovely BBQ, the wifi was good, the villa was spotless and the hosts Miguel and Maricarmen were on hand if you needed anything, there were 5 of us, family with Grandma, parents and 2 teen boys, the boys loved the pool and the fast wifi. Thanks Maricarmen and Miguel and see you again soon.

We made contact with the owner days before we went and arrange a meeting time for arrival. The owners where more than helpful nothing was a problem for them. The owners came back and forwards to attend to the chickens and top the chemicals up in the pool when they where over they would give recommendations on where to visit witch was helpful. The house and garden was clean and tidy and well equipped. I would recommend hiring a car for traveling and shoping. One of our guests had a wheelchair and the ground level bedroom shower and toilet was a blessing and worked well. We will definitely be back. Kris & Agnes.

A taste of everything good

On arrival the owners insisted on meeting us even though it was the early hours of the morning and this personal touch continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. If we wanted information about local amenities or friendly advice they were always available. The villa was exceptionally well maintained. The poolside was beautifully kept with enough chairs, beds floatables for my grandchildren to use. We were a family of 9 ranging from the ages of 4 -80 and each and every one of us found our time in the villa most enjoyable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and preferred spending our time at the villa which was a home from home than going out. Thankyou

Am amazing time

Just been back a couple of weeks now! Must say that we have to give 5 stars plus. , the actual villa is very well looked after everything you need is there , kids also loved the fact that they could grab eggs from the hens. Eggs on demand!! We paid for the pool to be heated and must say what a bonus a massive pool we all enjoyed it even on the colder days. The owners them selves are so helpful couldn’t be more thankful. Even left wee floatys for kids in the pool. Just the little things what make the holiday and you guys tick all the boxes , we will definitely stay in touch for the next time. Superb Villa

This is a lovely Villa, which fully delivered all of our family requirements. Its location was perfect, private for the family needs and located near enough to enjoy the tourist places. The hosts were lovely people who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for 2025 and would have no issue in recommending other people to use.

Beautiful Villa in the heart of the countryside with wonderful hosts

Villa Vereda excelled in all of our expectations - from the moment we met the exceptional owners who welcomed us into the beautiful villa they had created thinking of every detail for a large family or friends gathering. The villa was in the heart of the countryside overlooking mountains and so peaceful and beautiful. Paying to heat the swimming pool was a bonus and much enjoyed by the family in addition to the pool table and the basket ball net. There was an outside barbecue area as well as a fully stocked kitchen and a washing machine. The rooms (all double beds) were tastefully decorated and spacious. There were a total of 2 showers and bathrooms in the villa. Literally fresh eggs were available daily from their chickens on the property. The owners were wonderful people who responded immediately to every question and could tell us about local facilities. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area - but you do need a car to get there and it was about 25min drive from Malaga.
