Fantastic stay in Camaiore

We stayed at the fantastic location of Angela and Simone in Camaiore with our family (6 persons) for 9 days. As of the first minute our stay was like a dream. We loved the luxe appartment, the fabulous garden and swimming pool, the hot tub, the pizza cooking class and so much more. The contact with the hosts was warm, they are very nice people who do everything they can to give their guests a perfect stay. Thank you so much and love to come again to your fabulous location in the future.

We just throught that the photos where like a dream ..but when we arrived .. no more worths where needed .. such a wonderfull place garden fresh flowers so clean every day . The living was so great decorated ceramic vases . Lovely rooms and nothing was to much private breakfast , lunch , dinner iT was amazing ! Also the pizzeria next to the house was very Nice . Never had such a beautiful house with such a wonderfull garden , pool , flowers , furniture . We cant wait to see you again !

Quintessential Tuscany

Angela and Simone have created a beautiful property in Tuscany. Luxurious pool and gardens and beautifully renovated apartments made our stay very special. The 3 x spacious double rooms were lovely. We utilised Camaiore as a centre point for driving all over Tuscany, Cinque Terre and surrounds. Angela and Simone’s skills as chefs and their excellent service made dining at the property an extraordinary experience.We are fortunate to have stayed in many luxurious properties and this is comparable, but has the advantage of the personalised attention from the owners.

Home from Home

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Florence, the hosts, Angela and Simone, were easy to correspond with and answered any queries immediately, and from the moment we arrived made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and the setting was stunning , with private areas in the garden for eating and sunbathing. We enjoyed a private chef dinner on one of our evenings for a birthday and they made us feel very special with decorations and a beautiful menu prepared and served. We really enjoyed our stay and feel lucky to have met Angela and Simone, thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Paradise under the Tuscan sun

A perfect 5 star rating is the only way to describe our experience with Simone and Angela at Casa Galeotti. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. Warm hospitality in a private setting with immaculate gardens and luxurious accommodation. The property is exceptionally clean and unbelievably stylish. Angela and Simone (both professional chefs) also prepared a dinner for us that was better than anything we had throughout all of Italy. I highly recommend this, once in a lifetime experience, to anyone that is ready to be impressed!

Beautiful Tuscan Villa

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Casa Florence apartment of Angela and Simone. As a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids), we loved the beautiful villa, its gardens and amazing pool. Location was convenient close to the Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi beaches, and other towns, including Pietrasanta. Our only complaint was that we had only one full bathroom and a shower in the master bedroom which was not enough for a group of 6. Also, bathroom door did not lock and we were asked not to flush the toilet paper. Otherwise, it's a beautiful villa to relax and explore Tuscany.

There are not enough words to express how special Villa Florence really is. That is due in great part to the spectacular hosts, Angela & Simone. They not only fulfill your needs, but they anticipate them. The property is stunning -- from the beautifully landscaped garden to the gorgeous and refreshing pool and the hottub (surprisingly welcome after a hot day of traveling). The dinners prepared by Angela are unmatched in all of Italy; the pizzas prepared by Simone were a close second. There is so much to see in the area, and Simone & Angela are incredible at providing suggestions and assistance. The Villa itself is beautifully decorated, fully furnished with everything you could need, and impeccably maintained. No matter your circumstances (single traveler, couple, family), you cannot go wrong with Villa Florence and its amazing owners.

Tuscan perfection

This property and its hosts were beyond perfect for our trip! The apartment was comfortable with plenty of space. Our kids loved the pool and gardens. The hosts are so warm and welcoming and helpful. We did dinner in the garden our first night and it was the best food of the entire trip. Angela helped us arrange everything we asked about and everything she set up exceeded all expectations. We hope to come back some day for a longer stay!

The perfect Tuscany vacation with the family

We had the best time at the Casa Galeotti, mostly because of Angela and Simone’s outstanding hospitality. Not only are both talented, they are also very kind and hard working so our vacation felt like 10 stars! Service is discreet but they still manage to catch small details that they implement right away. The large apartment accommodated our family of 4 easily. Very tasteful decor everywhere. It had everything you need, and many other services were flawlessly organized. While we were there the second apartment was rented to a group of 6 but we hardly ever saw or heard them. We enjoyed many wonderful hours at the pool with the kids. We travel a lot and have high expectations but A. and S. are offering a unique service much better than any luxury hotel or rental house. They are fine concierges in all aspects and after we were spending time in the surrounding Tuscan cities we came back to a full serviced home with fantastic food and ambiente. We did the excellent Carrara marble tour and many other things.They had ready to go plans for all locations. Food at Angela’s and Simone’s place is fantastic, of very high quality and always beautifully and creatively arranged. Angela is a very talented artist. Loved her pottery! Simone taught our family how to make the best pizza while we had alot of fun. We will never forget the relaxing moments at the breakfast table enjoying coffee at the pool watching the beautiful garden with all the birds and butterflies. Grazie Angela+Simone

Beautiful property in northern Tuscany.

We stayed 5 nights with Simone and Angela and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and the garden is stunningly well-kept. The detail in the garden was some of the best we’ve seen in Italy. The hosts live within the property but the rental units are very quiet and private. The chef hosts set up a WhatsApp chat to stay in touch during the stay mostly to communicate menus and planned activities, which was nice and not overbearing. The private chef inspired meals were a nice touch by having dinner by the pool and outdoor fireplace (prices vary by dish but reasonable for the quality of the food and service). We had dinner with them 4 of 5 nights and each day we were offered a different menu including fresh seafood or pasta. The welcome basket stocked with milk, eggs, bread, and fresh fruit/coffee/tea was a really nice touch. The town is quaint and very walkable with a couple of interesting local bars and restaurants with excellent food. Beach and marble tours are nearby. We made a few local trips to Lucca and other nearby towns before our next stays in Florence and Volterra. The apartment itself was delightful and well appointed. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was pretty powerful compared to some other experiences in Italy. We were there during a week where the other unit was not occupied so we had the pool and gardens to ourselves. We loved the outdoor spaces for sure. Renting a car and parking securely in the lot was easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this unique experience and the warmth of the hosts Simone and Angela. It was like staying in our own private boutique hotel.

A Wonderful & unique experience

Wow! What an incredible stay we have had with Simone and Angela. All the communication prior to our stay was excellent and really helpful. When we arrived they had prepared our Appartment and the grounds of the property beautifully and we were blown by with the beautiful garden and the stunning pool. The meals they prepared for us were exceptional- the best lasagne, roast chicken and mussels we have ever had! The kitchen where the magic happens is just unbelievable- you have to see it to believe it! I could have spent all day just watching Angela cook and chat away! I would highly recommend staying here if you want to experience a truly unique and very special Italian stay. Simone and Angela are the perfect hosts and we will definitely be back! A dream vacation at luxurious Villa in Italy

We had the most magical vacation at Casale Galeotti. We’ve been to Italy 3 times & this location & Villa was more beautiful than I’ve seen & stayed in before. My family and our two daughters stayed in one of the three-bedroom apartments. My husband‘s parents and my parents, both sets of grandparents stayed in the other three-bedroom apartment. This is the perfect set up for our families to spend two weeks together exploring Italy. I had wonderful communication with Angela prior to our arrival and upon our arrival she and Simone welcomed us around the beautiful property. The property is so so so beautiful, more beau in person than can show in the photos. The gardens, landscaping and beautiful flowers are meticulously maintained. The grounds are clean, beautifully designed and decorated. The pictures online do not do it justice, this place is absolutely stunning and beautiful everywhere you look. Angela and Simone prepared numerous meals for our whole family and we ate them in the garden and by the pool. We often had a large breakfast prepared for us or a large dinner for our family multiple times during our stay. They cooking from Angela and Simone if some of the best we’ve ever had. Everywhere you eat in Italy it is delicious their food tops anywhere we ate! This experience really made it easy to enjoy Italy, come back home & eat dinner and then get our kids to bed. We even did a pizza cooking class with Simone & then the moms did a special pampering cooking class with champagne with Angela in the gourmet kitchen. She also makes the most beautiful ceramic art that we loved shopping and now will treasure forever. Angela and Simone truly create a magical experience for their guests, every detail is taken care of, their kindness and generosity and they welcome you and you become part of their home and family. We loved getting to know them and we will absolutely come back to visit them because they are like family. I highly recommend staying here. The property is beautiful, the owners are beautiful, there are so many places you can go to nearby to explore Italy. Angela and Simone were so helpful at helping us navigate where to go, how to use the trains, all of the details. We had a vacation that we’ve been dreaming of for two years. We cannot wait to return and visit.

Our hosts, owners Simone and Angela were beyond amazing, and their awe-inspiring property, their magnificent gardens and the delectable food they prepared were simply superb! My husband, sister, best friend and myself rented one of their two apartments for 22 days. We each had a private bedroom (ours with a 2nd private shower) that shared the kitchen, living room and bathroom. We also rented their second apartment (next to ours) for a family reunion with our cousin, her husband, and their two sons 17 and 13 for several days and had the perfect family reunion. The property is located in a quiet little borough with breathtaking views of the mountains. It is located in walking distance to the town with local markets, bakeries and a beautiful old church. Their lovely pool, a delightful respite. Our hosts made us feel like family and were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Dinners were made extra special not just because of the outstanding meals but the most beautifully tables set out in the garden with flowing fountains and fire-place glowing. Simone’s pizza and breads were delicious. And they assisted in arranging private day trips with private drivers and guides from their property to Florence, Pisa, the Carrara marble mountains, Sienna, Collodi, the beach and more, each was spectacular and brilliant. We even enjoyed going into town to the local movie theatre and saw Top Gun Maverik (easy enough to follow) in Italian. From the moment I booked this vacation in April 2021, I communicated with Angela who made me feel assured she would do everything to make it a wonderful time… and she and Simone did just that. Meeting them and our stay was a blessing and one we hope to repeat in the future. I would highly recommend their property for your next get-a-way. Simply the Best!

Spectacular Tuscan experience w/dinner under the stars!

We selfishly do not want to share this venue with anyone but you must experience this family and their world class villa and hospitality! We booked this villa for an 8 day stay. As experienced travelers with high standards, we were so thrilled with our vacation. Angela & Simone made our time with them so very special and we now consider them a part of our family. (We miss them!) Angela & Simone are the quintessential hosts. They make you feel as if you are at your BFF’s home. Each day after touring, I looked forward to hanging out in Angela’s kitchen with a glass of wine chatting about our daily adventures. while she whipped up an amazing meal! (Have I died and gone to heaven?) Venue: Their villa is better than an exclusive resort for many reasons: it is private, serene, gorgeous/meticulously manicured grounds, the beds, linens & furnishings were of high quality (like staying in an Italian home magazine photo shoot) the kitchen was outfitted for cooking, if you were so inclined. They even had a private place to park your car! I would not change one thing! Facilitating activities: we comunicated the activities we wanted to do and they made all of the arragements via their contacts. Simone went as far as to take us to the train station to ensure we got the right train tickets and understood how the train system works! Cooking: After a long day touring and sightseeing, Angela took care of everything, including menu design for a diverse age group. The quality of her meals was better than any restaurant on our trip. This luxury was so very convenient and the pricing was more than reasonable. Our sons 21st birthday occurred during our stay and we asked Angela to make a special dinner for us that night. Not only did she design a fabulous menu based on a few grunts of input from him, she went over and beyond by providing ballons, a special cake and a meal he was thrilled with. Thank you Angela and Simone for making our vacation so very special and memorable. We miss you and can’t wait to see you soon! Jen & Todd (et al)
