De Casale Tarugo Montalto ligt in het achterland van Pesaro ongeveer 400 meter boven de zeespiegel in een omheind perceel van 8 000 m2. De woning is omgeven door zonnige heuvels omgeven door ongerepte natuur. Het huis heeft twee afzonderlijke appartementen (Montalto en Tarugo) elk met aparte ingangen. Verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. Montalto op de begane grond en de eerste verdieping Tarugo en biedt een totaal van: 3 slaapkamers voor maximaal 12 personen; 2 keukens; 3 badkamers en een ruime lounge uitgerust met een groot scherm TV, stereo radio / cd-speler, een pooltafel, darts en een aantal fitnessapparaten. Voor ontspanning is er een zwembad met ecologicher Salzfilerung, een mini-zwembad met jacuzzi voor 4-6 personen met een panoramisch uitzicht over het landschap. Voor onze jongere gasten het spel is uitgerust met tafelvoetbal, tafeltennis en mini-biljart, terwijl andere games in het spel kamer van het huis zijn. Ideaal voor kinderen, gezinnen en koppels. Huisdieren welkom.
U kunt ons bereiken na een 10 minuten rijden (7,5 km) van het centrum van Fossombrone.

What a great holiday house and super hospitality

Our great compliments to Sergio and his hosts Anna and Claudio. What a beautiful location on all aspects. The house is located in the middle of nowhere with a magnificent view of the Marche country side. Long views into the valley and the mountains far away. Absolute privacy and only the crickets break the silence. The house is the most complete we ever had. Pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, pool table, bikes, fitness gear, barbecue, and more and more and more. Everything is in perfect condition. The local hosts Claudio and Anna are super friendly and helpful and made sure the house was super clean. The welcome package was also very friendly. Good beds, complete modern bathrooms, a full kitchen, tables, chairs, sun beds, everything was there. In very good shape. So again thank you Sergio, you did everything you could to make our stay the best. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and anyone else. Arjan and family. PS: I do not recognise me at all in the only negative review here. Do not know what these people are complaining about.

Great holiday house

We are a family of three plus two friends and stayed in Casale Tarugo Montalto in July 2013 and had a very nice time. We rented the whole house so we didn’t have to share the outside facilities. We enjoyed the fact that there is no one to be seen around the house, it makes it a very private place. The porch is a wonderful asset of the house. It’s a great area to relax, eat, sit, read, etc. We spent most of our time there and we used the pool and the hot tub a lot. The house is very complete and everything worked. The pictures and description of the house are accurate and the house was clean. We loved the sun flower fields on the hills around the house, they were clouded with butterflies. There is enough to do in the area: we visited Urbino, Mondavio, Pesaro, Fano and Pergola. I’m not a beach person but I really enjoyed visiting the family beaches in Pesaro. The atmosphere was very relaxed and easy going. People were nice. The managers of the house, Patrizia and Giancarlo, are very sympathetic and friendly. The only thing we would have liked in the house are window screens. There are special mosquito lamps in the house and there are fans, but personally we would have preferred screens. On the other hand, the construction of the windows and the shutters seems to make it difficult to install screens. Thanks Sergio for a wonderful stay!

Ruhe und Erholung garantiert

Das Bauernhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln südlich von Fossombrone. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es ist. Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. Beim Einkaufen sollte man trotzdem nichts vergessen...;-) Die Kommunikation mit Sergio, wie auch mit Anne & Claudio lief sehr gut, uns wurde immer sofort geholfen und auch das mehrmalige Verschieben wegen Corona war sehr nett und nicht selbstverständlich. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in Alleinlage

Das Haus entspricht genau dem, wie es präsentiert und beschrieben wird. Der Gastgeber und sein Team sind immer freundlich sehr bemüht, jedes Anliegen sofort zu berücksichtigen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage hat man alle Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen, bummeln in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Wir kommen kommen gerne wieder!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig in den Hügeln bei Fossombrone. Auch wenn das letzte Stück zum Haus aus einem geschotterter Feldweg besteht, ist es auch ohne ein SUV oder einen Geländewagen gut befahrbar. Der Check-in war, trotz vorhandenen Sprachbarriere, kein Problem. Da wir gerne über Nacht fahren, waren wir schon am Morgen am Haus. Dies hatten wir vorher per Mail mit Sergio abgeklärt und es war kein Problem. Überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit Sergio super. Egal ob ein Verschieben des Urlaubs von 2020 auf 2021 wegen Corona oder Problem mit Fewo-direkt, weil das Zahlungssystem nicht richtig funktionierte, alles kein Problem. Er hat sich engagiert und es gab immer schnelle Antworten. Dafür noch Mal ein größeres Dankeschön. Dadurch, das wir früher in das Haus konnten, wurde nur etwas oberflächlich geputzt, war aber OK, da wir so keine Stunden im Auto warten mussten. Der Pool ist der Hammer und wird nur noch von der Weitsicht über das Tal vom Whirlpool aus getoppt. Die große Eiche vor den Haus bietet genug Schatten, wenn wenn man mal aus der Sonne raus will. Die Einrichtung hat uns leider etwas enttäuscht. Die ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibt es keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme. Hier will Sergio aber Abhilfe schaffen. Wir haben uns dann mit unserem Chrome-Cast beholfen, den wir mitgenommen hatten. Diesen haben wir im Schlafzimmer angeschlossen, da der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nicht den passenden Anschluss hat. Überall im und am Haus sind WLAN-Antennen, leider ist die weitere Verbindung wetterabhängig. Liegt aber am Betreiber und nicht am WLAN. Funktioniert aber zu 90 %, was für unsere beiden Jungs wirklich wichtig war. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt, die Ruhe und die Pools genossen und uns gut erholt.

Wir waren 1 Woche da es war ein Traum. Mein Mann , mein Sohn unsere 2 Hunde und ich haben jeden Tag genossen. Abgelegen ruhig ein Traum. Der Pool der Jacuzzi alles top. Im Haus war alles was man benötigt. Danke an Anna und Claudio beide waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück total eingezäunt. Man muss kein Angst haben das die Hunde raus kommen ( wir haben so einen ausreisser 😂) Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke auch an sergio. Lg

Séjour Magnifique - Bellissimo Soggiorno

Une magnifique propriété dans cadre superbe. La description de l'annonce est fidèle. La communication toujours rapide. Nous sommes arrivés enchantés par la maison, rien n'y manque. On souligne aussi un accueil généreux et une grande disponibilité. Ce fût de superbe vacance aux plaisirs partagés pour les grands et les enfants. Nous espérons y retourner.

Un gradito ritorno ed una splendida conferma per una breve vacanza

Dopo qualche anno ed il ricordo di uno splendido Capodanno trascorso con un gruppo di amici, siamo ritornati per una breve vacanza che, grazie al bel tempo (31°!), ci ha regalato un anticipo di estate! In questo caso abbiamo scelto di soggiornare al 1° piano nell’appartamento Tarugo, che è quello più ampio (fino a 8-9 posti letto), diversamente è anche disponibile al piano inferiore l’appartamento Montalto (2-4 persone). Abbiamo ritrovato la casa come la ricordavamo e cioè pulitissima, confortevole e ben gestita. C’è grande attenzione anche ai dettagli e, ad esempio, si rivela utilissimo il Libro degli Ospiti che Sergio, il gentile padrone di casa, lascia a disposizione dei vacanzieri sia per “capire” al meglio la casa (sono indicate le istruzioni d’uso dei vari elettrodomestici di casa, della Jacuzzi, della piscina e del barbecue), che per suggerire visite nei dintorni…il tutto corredato anche dai preziosi indirizzi di ristoranti! Non manca proprio nulla! Gli appartamenti sono molto attrezzati: lavatrice (al primo piano), lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, pentolame, stoviglie, elettrodomestici vari, phon e, se occorre altro, basta chiedere! Inoltre vengono fornite la biancheria da letto e da bagno, le camere da letto ed i bagni sono dotate di comode zanzariere, mentre la sala giochi dell’appartamento Tarugo offre tv, libri, giochi di società per bimbi ed adulti, film ed un bellissimo e professionale biliardo. Insomma c’è da passare del tempo! In questa occasione abbiamo usufruito maggiormente anche della parte esterna del casale con la splendida piscina, la Jacuzzi panoramica sulle colline e la pratica doccia solare, oltre alla quercia ed il pergolato che permettono di apprezzare appieno l’atmosfera collinare e della campagna marchigiana. Ci è poi piaciuto moltissimo il comodo barbecue, che anni fa non era ancora stato costruito, e ci siamo rilassati un sacco nella quiete di questo casale che sarà apprezzato moltissimo da coloro i quali cercano serenità, solitudine e relax. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi possiede animali domestici (noi abbiamo un cane), grazie all'ampio spazio presente, alle famiglie con bimbi e ragazzi viste le molteplici attività che si possono svolgere (ping pong, calico balilla, ludoteca e due mountain bikes) ma anche alle coppie, magari per un weekend romantico! Il casale è ben collegato con la superstrada (Urbino/Furlo/Roma), l'autostrada (A14 casello di Fano) ed il mare a mezz'ora...un casa dove ritornare!

Una fantastica vacanza, un bellissimo ritorno!

Dopo qualche anno ed il bel ricordo precedente siamo ritornati per trascorrere le vacanze a giugno e, favoriti anche dal bel tempo, abbiamo finalmente apprezzato la bellissima piscina e la rilassante Jacuzzi con un panorama assolutamente spettacolare sulle colline ed I monti lontani. Noi eravamo in 11 persone ed abbiamo affittato entrambi gli appartamenti Montalto, quello più piccolo al piano terra (per una famiglia di 4 persone) e Tarugo, al primo piano (dove eravamo in 7, le altre due famiglie). La casa a noi piace molto, perchè ha tutto ciò che serve, è sempre molto pulita e tutto è molto curato: peraltro sono comodi I tre bagni (in due appartamenti) e le due cucine anche se noi usavamo spesso quella a piano terra, perchè più comoda e pratica per consumare i pasti nel bel pergolato. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il barbecue, che non era presente anni fa, ma anche la comodità dei finestroni laterali del pergolato che aiutano ancora di più a godere dell’ampia area con la preziosa ombra della grande quercia vicina…supporto ideale nelle torride giornate estive. C’è modo di trascorrere molto tempo tra film in dvd, libri (anche in lingue straniere), giochi di società, biliardo, ping pong, mountain bikes….insomma, proprio come noi adulti, i nostri figli adolescenti si sono veramente divertiti un sacco! Abbiamo molto goduto delle comode sdraio, dei lettini, del dondolo e della acqua limpida della piscina, ma siamo anche andati spesso a Fano per un tuffo al mare, poichè in circa mezz’ora di auto del casale si raggiungono le spiagge. A completare la bellissima vacanza abbiamo visitato diverse località dei dintorni e, su tutte, Gubbio (circa 50 minuti di auto dal casale), Urbino (30’) e Mondavio (20’) ci sono rimaste nel cuore! La casa dispone di lavatrice, lavastoglie, microonde, ferro ed asse da stiro e tutto come indicato da Sergio, cortese padrone di casa (il quale non è presente durante la vacanza sul posto, ma assiste con discrezione e cortesia via mail/telefono i suoi ospiti), coadiuvato da una coppia di amici nella gestione del casale. Questi ultimi (Anna e Claudio, che ringraziamo di cuore) ci hanno garantito il cambio settimanale della biancheria (da letto e da bagno), oltre al controllo e pulizia della piscina e della Jacuzzi, cioè quanto promesso e pattuito in fase di prenotazione. Dopo questa seconda esperienza confermiamo l’ottima impressione e consigliamo questa casa a chi cerca un luogo isolato e tranquillo per trascorrere una vacanza in relax e pace!

A Hidden Gem

A big thank you for a great family holiday and first time visitors to Les Marche. Casale is a beautiful house with a fantastic pool and amenities. We love it's isolated location. It is the perfect base from which to explore this wonderful region of Italy. The landscape, the towns, the people, all added to make this a very special holiday for us. We will look forward to returning as soon as we can.

RELAXING HOLIDAY WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW

We came back for the second time in this country house. We had 2 weeks here and found what a central spot the accommodation was to the rest of Marche. It was great to visit Gubbio, Furlo, Acqualagna, Urbino, Pesaro, Fano, Mondavio, Pergola, beaches, but also great to return for a quiet rest. We accessed all the tourist spots and a lot more (Sirolo, Frasassi and San Leo!). The villa (a Marche farm house cleverly and tastefully renovated) is completely private and with lovely views across the valley and the sunsets are beautiful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful either for a relaxing day at the house or to revive you after a day of sight-seeing. There is a barbeque area and beautiful shady areas for eating out or relaxing. It is absolutely perfect for children, our four can't wait to go back next year! Inside the villa there is everything you need to make your stay comfortable (a well equipped kitchen with a oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, biliard, games, hairdryer, etc). The area around Montalto is lovely and quiet with some very interesting hilly areas, the Marmitte dei Giganti and the nice Fossombrone. We had a wonderful time and I cannot recommend Casale Montalto Tarugo enough. Thank you to Sergio (owner) and to his friends Michela and Davide who made our stay so perfect! Ray, Ellie, Grace, John, Mike and Alice!

Wir waren das zweite mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus.Alles war wieder zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.Die Angaben im Inserat sind vollkommen korrekt.Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und auch mit dem Vermieter klappt bei der Vermietung alles ohne Probleme.Fragen werden beantwortet und Wünsche, wenn möglich erfüllt.Auch das neue Hausmeisterehepaar ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.Grazie mille.....und vielleicht auf ein drittes Mal!

A relaxing holiday in a gorgeous house!

We had a wonderful time at Casale Montalto Tarugo ...the weather was fabulous. And the house itself is so easy to live in - we immediately felt "at home". We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful rustic Italian villa. A peaceful retreat with stunning views! Thank you for the voluminous information which helped enormously when planning days out. We did manage to drag ourselves away from the house occasionally and would say Mondavio, Urbino and Gubbio were probably our favourites while Fano, Marotta or Torrette di Fano, stylish seaside resorts were our preferred place to enjoy the beach. But without giving up a day of relaxation with the home lawn swing or for a barbecue with friends! Cooking on the BBQ under the oak or in the fantastically equipped kitchen was a pleasure and lounging round the pool a delight! The house has everything to relax with pool, jacuzzi, deck chairs, patio, sofas, beds, table tennis, mountain bikes, etc.etc.. and the location is out of this world! This peaceful retreat is ideal if you really want to escape it all. We're already planning when we're going to come back! We will certainly recommend Casale Montalto Tarugo to our friends. All in all the best house we have stayed in Italy. Highly recommended!

Relaxing holiday with a fantastic view

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke, rustige vakantie in Casale Montalto Tarugo. Het huis was zoals weergegeven op de foto's. De eigenaar gaf veel nuttige informatie via mail. Het is de ideale verblijfplaats als je op zoek bent naar een rustige vakantie midden in de natuur. Je moet hierbij wel rekening houden dat het een eindje rijden is op hobbelige wegen vooraleer je het huis bereikt. Het is slechts 8 km rijden naar Fossombrone, maar daar doe je wel een 20-tal minuten over. (Tip restaurant : Casa San Sergio is slechts 10 minuten rijden van het huis en heel lekker!). Het was wel heerlijk om te kunnen genieten van alle rust, geen lawaai van auto's, andere mensen,... Bij aankomst in de woning was de eigenaar zelf niet aanwezig, wel een bevriend Italiaans koppel. Zij waren heel vriendelijk maar het was wel moeilijk om met hen te communiceren omdat ze geen enkel woord Engels of Frans spraken. De woning zelf was heel ruim en comfortabel. Wij zelf huurden de bovenste verdieping, onze vrienden de studio beneden. Het was wel praktisch dat we konden gebruik maken van het gelijkvloers appartement dat onmiddellijk aan het terras grenst. De appartementen waren proper met uitzondering van een aantal vergeten plaatsen : de microgolfoven en de douches konden een extra check-up gebruiken. In het bovenste appartement waren wel weinig glazen aanwezig. De buitenruimte daarentegen was perfect : we hebben genoten van het fantastisch uitzicht, het goed onderhouden zwembad en 's avonds van de Jacuzzi! Perfect!!! Wij zouden deze woning zeker aanraden aan andere mensen, vooral wanneer je houdt van de rust en de natuur!!! Wij willen hier zelf ook heel graag terugkeren ;-)! Tijdens ons verblijf brachten we eveneens een bezoek aan Urbino (zeker doen!!) en Fano!

Formidable! le calme, la tranquilité!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, au calme complet, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Fossombrone avec magasins et restaurant se trouve à 8km de la villa, et Fano avec un grand supermaché et la plage à 25-30 km. Les 3 derniers km pour accèder à la maison sont assez rude, mais cela en vaut vraiment la peine. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Bellissimo Capodanno e casale molto accogliente!

Il casale, che si trova a circa 6 km da Fossombrone, occupa una sorta di conca con meravigliosa vista sulle colline marchigiane e la rocca di Montalto Tarugo, mentre percorrendo l'ultimo tratto di strada a monte della casa si scorge addirittura il mare all'orizzonte! La casa è molto grande, ben ristrutturata e noi (eravamo 3 famiglie) abbiamo affittato entrambi gli alloggi (piano terra e primo piano), che sono molto curati, ben arredati, puliti e non mancano Ie comodità. Abbiamo apprezzato la pace, l'enorme pergolato con i tavoli in legno, il dondolo e tanto spazio per I nostri bimbi ed iI cagnolino, ma anche le tante attrezzature messe a disposizione degli ospiti: le mitiche partite a biliardo, la cyclette, le mountain bikes, il ping pong...i giochi di società...! In fase di prenotazione siamo rimasti anche molto colpiti dalla grande cortesia del padrone di casa (Sergio), molto disponibile sui nostri orari di arrivo e l'organizzazione degli appartamenti.... Ci piacerebbe ritornare anche durante la bella stagione per goderci la jacuzzi, la piscina e maggiormente l'area esterna, peraltro molto suggestiva anche sotto la spolverata di neve invernale che ci ha fatto da cornice indimenticabile del nostro Capodanno! Da anni giriamo in tutta Italia ed affittiamo case simili, ma raramente abbiamo riscontrato tanta cura, attenzione agli ospiti, attrezzature complete ed in ottimo stato, come al casale Montalto Tarugo! Ci sentiamo quindi di consigliare il casale a tutti coloro che cercano una vacanza a contatto con la natura, in un luogo molto tranquillo e rilassante, peraltro non lontano da moltissime località turistiche. P.S.: indicato particolarmente per famiglie con bimbi, animali domestici e gruppi di amici.

Casale attrezzato al top! Ottima vacanza autunnale

Il casale, che è situato in un ambiente molto tranquillo ed offre un panorama molto suggestivo sulle colline dei dintorni di Fossombrone, dispone di due graziosi e curati appartamenti che abbiamo utilizzato durante un nostra breve vacanza novembrina. La pulizia é molto accurata, il casale é in ottimo stato e l'attrezzatura degli alloggi è al top e non manca nulla...anzi! E poi il grande pergolato esterno dove mangiare, chiacchierare ed attrezzato con il dondolo, il ping pong, il calcetto, le due mountain bikes... e poco più in là la grande quercia dove rilassarsi a leggere un bel libro...regala momenti di svago agli adulti! Mentre i ragazzi ed i bimbi, contentissimi come nel nostro caso, si sono proprio divertiti! In estate poi la piscina e la jacuzzi completano la bellezza del luogo, assolutamente ideale per rilassarsi lontano dal caos della città, come nel nostro caso. Inoltre dal casale ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per raggiungere Acqualagna in occasione della Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo, che per visitare Fano, Urbino e le spiagge di Torrette e Marotta, località distanti circa 30 minuti in auto. Consigliamo anche di andare nella bella Sirolo, che è ad un'ora, o a Gubbio (fantastica!!), a 50 minuti da Montalto...veramente posti incantevoli! Noi siamo stati benissimo e consigliamo una vacanza o un weekend, anche perché il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ed ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste, così come i suoi disponibilissimi amici che ci hanno veramente fatto sentire come a casa! Speriamo di ritornare in futuro per una vacanza più lunga... e per provare la piscina e la jacuzzi! A presto e grazie

Wir waren Ende Juni an diesem wundervollen Ort und haben jede Minute genossen! Die Beschreibung des Hauses, der Wohnung und des Umfeldes stimmten vollständig mit den Angaben überein. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, gut ausgestattet sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist einsam aber traumhaft, man hat, faszinierende Ausblicke. Das Panorama ist einzigartig schön und man genießt die herrliche Aussicht aus jedem Fenster. Und dann der Pool...traumhaft!!!!!! Außerdem gab es viele Möglichkeiten für unsere beiden Kinder zum Spielen und natürlich zum Toben in dem wunderschönen Pool. Das Feriendomizil eignet sich für Gäste, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Auch Familien mit Kindern oder kleinere Gruppen werden sich bestimmt wohlfühlen. Fossombrone ist nur 6 km entfernt und in unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich wunderschöne kleine Orte. Ein paar mal sind wir auch ans Meer gefahren ( ca. 30 min. ). In Fano/Marotta/ Torrette gibt es ein nettes, typisch italienisches Strandbad. Unbedingt möchten wir nochmals dorthin fahren. Vielen Dank noch mal!!

A relaxing and very pleasant holiday!

We spent a most incredible week at Montalto Tarugo, not only because of the magnificent setting with our own 'garden' and extensive views over the Valle Metauro landscape, but for a great sense of calm and relax. Outside the house has a beautiful and large pergola that offers the opportunity to experience great freedom: swimming pool and a wonderful jacuzzi with a suggestive hillside landscape. The accommodation was very spacious, the kitchen beautifully equipped and everything of high quality and spotlessly clean: it is beautifully maintained. There is a truly wonderful attention to every detail and the house has been sensibly and comfortably furnished...Charming houses! The owner (Sergio) has been extremely friendly and helpful! Giancarlo and Patrizia (guardians) were very obliging and carefully! We would not hesitate to recommend it as a holiday destination for anyone appreciating peace, relax and nature. We sincerely hope to be able to return next year. Arrivederci!

un'oasi di pace

E' il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante con la propria famiglia e con gli amici. Lontanto da tutto e da tutti il casale gode di una vista stupenda sulle dolci colline marchigiane. Qui c'è tutto per una full immersion con la natura e ciò che serve per rigenerarsi dagli stress. Se volete a pochi minuti di auto sono raggiungibili spiagge e antichi borghi da visitare. Il casale è dotato di ogni confort anche per le persone più esigenti. Correttissimo il proprietario e gli amici che hanno accolto all'arrivo. Una vacanza perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista.
