Het biedt een gemeenschappelijk zwembad met kindvriendelijke zwembaden omgeven door palmbomen. Het ligt op 5 minuten lopen van de stranden, restaurants en winkels van Cala Pou en Cala Egos. Op slechts een heerlijke 5 minuten lopen vindt u Cala D'or Marina, die snel een van de meest kosmopolitische van Europa wordt, omgeven door een scala aan restaurants en bars met een verscheidenheid aan gerechten.

Summer holiday 2023

This was our second stay at this villa. The villa is in a great location and we love the private garden and patio area. Arrival was straight forward with clear instructions from Reyes. Lovely walk to the town of Porto Petro and alos to Cala D'Or.

Necesita una puesta a punto y una buena limpieza

Las indicaciones para llegar y la recogida de llaves muy bien indicado pero la casa muy sucia y descuidada, un olor a mueble viejo y rancio, pipas en el suelo del comedor, manchas en las fundas de los sofás, suciedad debajo de los sofás y camas, los enchufes sin caja y rotos, la cocina muy sucia tanto muebles como la loza, no había lavavajillas como se veía en las fotos, el microondas no funcionaba (nos trajeron otro nuevo al día siguiente), el extractor de humos tampoco iba, la nevera con un tomo de hielo que no dejaba enfriar, los estantes rotos y pegados con cartón y cinta aislante, en la pila de la terraza habían dejado utensilios de pintura y trozos de laminas del techo, los dormitorios con 2 dedos de polvo, debajo de las camas suciedad, las persianas partidas, un olor a silicona en el baño superior que tenía el mármol roto de los lavabos, y se cayó, hicimos un apaño para que no se cayeran los lavabos también, en el exterior la sombrilla con el pie roto(apoyado en un cartón viejo), una silla también rota.... necesita un buen repaso y una limpieza en condiciones. Aunque debo agradecer a reyes que nos hiciera el acceso más cómodo, me ha decepcionado mucho.

Cala Egos summer holiday

The villa was in a lovely complex and well located for shops and restaurants. The villa was ver spacious and well equipped. We loved the garden and patio area and spent a lot of time sitting and eating outside. We would definitely go back.

Fabulous Stay

This was our second visit to this villa, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a great position, with the pool only several steps away from the garden and a convenient 5min stroll out of the complex gets you to a supermarket, shops and restaurants in Cala Egos. We loved the secure gated complex, and cleanliness within. The communal garden areas and selection of pools are all well kept, and the whole complex has a relaxing and peaceful air about it. The closest pool is a great size and you can regularly be the sole occupants. The villa itself is a great size, well equipped, and suits a variety of family set ups, with 3 double bedrooms (all able to separate to twins if desired) with a bathroom on each floor. A good drying area on the 1st floor terrace allows any towels and laundry to be quickly dried, and away from the general living area. Good sized wardrobe space and bedroom areas. Arrival & departure was straight forward and a simple phone call on arrival in Palma to Lena (property agent) allowed our entry to the property on arrival in the resort. Parking close to the property for convenience too. Thank you Reyes for another lovely stay in your property!

What a great holiday! We would definitely return to this villa!

The villa was lovely and included everything you could possibly need. The Marina D'or 11 complex is large and well looked after, with at least 8 different pools you can choose to swim in. The closest pool is literally outside the garden gate! The private patio and garden is ideal and it gave you a chance to sunbathe in private! It is situated perfectly for both the beach and Cala Egos town, which are a 5/10 min walk away. The marina at Cala d'or is also only a 10/15 min walk away! A great holiday was had by all! Only thing missing was wifi to keep the teenagers happy!

I live in Madrid (Spain) with my three children. We also spend most of our holidays in Mallorca. Their beautiful Calas with light sand and clear water as well as the peaceful sailings in the evening and the animated and lively village, made us to choose this place to enjoy our holidays.

We took this property six years ago as it complements the other apartments that my family has on the complex. We have holidayed there many times since 2001, I enjoy the peacefulness of Cala D´or. Other than that, in Cala D’Or there is something for everyone and this was a real selling feature to us. It has two great beaches, bars, restaurants and a lovely picturesque Marina which is fast becoming one of the most cosmopolitan in Europe, it is surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars offering a variety of cuisine, all within 5 minutes walking distance. We also try to develop the apartments each year adding something beneficial to your stay.

We provide bathroom towels in the Villa. On the complex you have the choice of 8 communal pools and with 2 children's pools close to the apartment. We have satellite TV, DVD, CD player and air-conditioning. Beaches, bars and restaurants are 5 mins walking distance. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from both in Cala Egos and Cala D'Or all with different menu choices, but if you decide to stay in and just relax in the Villa you can get take aways or even cook yourself as there is a very reasonably priced supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the complex.
