Casa Serendipity is een prive-vrijstaande villa op een residentiële ontwikkeling die we volledig gerenoveerd, ontwikkeld en opnieuw ingericht tot een hoge standaard in 2012. We blijven upgrades en het onderhoud doen aan de woning aan onze normen te handhaven. We hebben genomen aan boord enkele suggesties van onze gasten en dienovereenkomstig verbeteringen. De meer dan overweldigende respons van de meerderheid van onze gasten is hoe rustig, ontspannen en gastvrij onze villa is.

We installeerden een intrekbaar windscherm, die heeft geholpen om te beschermen tegen de beruchte Lanzarote wind, maar creëert ook een veilige beschutte plek om u in staat uit de directe zon te krijgen, terwijl nog steeds in staat zijn om toezicht te houden uw kinderen genieten van het zwembad.

Excellent stay

This villa is massive and the pictures dont do it justice, we had issues with the booking through VRBO which were sorted by Sarah and she communicated to us throughout this time ensuring our booking was held. Lovely pool and plenty of space for sunbathing. Would book again.

lovely villa, excellent communication with host

villa was in overall very good condition and exactly as listed/ pictures shown. Kitchen was extremely well kitted out with everything you could need (could do with a new mop but thats about all) Communication with host was absolutely brilliant and they replied to any queries immediately. A bit of a walk to shops and restaurants but downhill and easy taxi or bus bus ride back.

Family villa holiday

Lovely villa, plenty of parking for the 2 cars we had. Villa was very well equipped and the air con in the bedrooms was invaluable. Would gladly come back and stay here again.

A little too far out for us oldies. Villa was lovely. Sadly there was a problem with the pool that Sarah the owner tried her best to sort but it was over Christmas period so it wasn’t repaired. Sarah refunded some money as compensation

Fabulous Villa with aircon in bedrooms and lovely warm pool

We stayed in this home for a week and loved it. Beautiful pool which was lovely and warm, aircon in all 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen, TV with UK channels, all the little things. Would happily come back again.

Great Holiday

The villa is great, had everything we needed inside and out. If you do not like walking you will need a taxi to the beach or hire a car, Rubicon Marina is over an hour on foot, Playa Flamingo 35-40 minutes. Taxis are very easy to get and the prices are good.

Great Find!

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious for and has everything you will need in a nice peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. Communication with Sarah was great from beginning to end. I would love to stay again and highly recommend this Villa.

Love the place

This was our 6th holiday in Playa Blanca and the 2nd time staying in this Villa. Can't wait until the next time we're back. In fact we've started looking for a place of our own we like it so much. Excellent Villa in a good location. Clean, quiet with excellent owners. Can't recommend it enough.

Wonderful Villa Stay

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Loved the welcome pack in arrival and especially the comfy beds. Villa well located although was a 40 min walk into town but there is a bus stop near by and taxis are cheap to and from the villa (5-6euros). Pool was lovely although still on the chilly side and there are there were quite a few loose tiles in and around the pool area. Would definitely considering staying again at this villa.

Lovely Villa in a Quiet Area

The villa inside was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls etc and lots of cooking pots and pans. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large. The only reason for our 4 star overall rating was due to the building site behind which meant that outside the villa was covered in sand, which in turn got in the pool meaning that it took a lot of cleaning for us to be able to use it. Sarah was always helpful and answered quickly. We do intend to return when the building work is completed and the site is cleared.

Lovely large house with private pool

Good size house and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including beach and pool towels which were a bonus. Good size pool and ample sun loungers. Sarah is a great host who was very quick to respond to messages. We hired a car so location was perfect getting around. Nice quite complex and there is a communal pool as well a short walk away. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we will definitely come back.

Lazing in Lanzarote sunshine

This property is great - plenty of room both inside and outside. Location is great, with the bus-stop being very close. The master suite upstairs is large, light and airy. Very clean on arrival, and the property was cleaned during our stay. Just one minor thing - can you provide oven gloves? Maybe they have disappeared over the years!

Well where do u start. To say this is our second time at the villa says it all really. We have been having family holidays in Playa Blanca for many years but we can now say we have found our second home. Will be looking into re-booking NO3 visit very soon. Perfection

We had such an amazing holiday! The villa is beautiful - spacious, modern, clean, well equiped and very peaceful. Sarah was the perfect host and went out of her way to accommodate us when we had a slight passport issue which meant we had to change our dates!! She was always super quick to respond to messages and just made us feel relaxed and welcome in her beautiful home. The villa is a good 25 minutes walk to Flamingo beach but, as it was just my husband and I, we enjoyed the walk. If we had had the children with us, we would have hired a car as their little legs would have not enjoyed it quite so much! Overall, a fabulous villa that I would love to return to 😍

Great stay after let down by a different villa owner

We had originally booked another villa but were let down at the last minute as that owner had double booked the property. So we contacted sarah and she was right back within a few minutes and made all the arrangements to change what could have been a disasater into a great holiday. The property was well equipped - we only used a fraction of the bedroom and bathroom facilities byt we made good use of the kitchen and dining areas which were very well equipped. The pool area looks like it has been refrurbished recently and was very pleasant - the heated pool makes all teh difference at thsi time of the year. The property is in a gated area of playa blanca and very close to the montana roha the nearby extinct volcano but which has a pefectly shaped crater and was a very enjoyable walk - we did it almost every morning. Fantastic views from the top. Playa blanca is very nice lots of restuarants - our best meal was at Imagine India - very nice indian dishes. The walk along the harbour and seafront is very nice and a cup of coffee and cake is a nice break to take. We had a great time at this property and thanks again to Sarah the owner for such a speedy response and saving our holiday. We will definately return.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa et profité pleinement de sa grande piscine!!! La villa est située dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme, et possède tout ce dont vous aurez besoin durant votre séjour. Nous savions que le ménage de fin de séjour était inclus mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris, au retour d'une journée de visite, de constater que le ménage avait été fait et les serviettes changées. Bien sûr je n'oublie pas la très bonne communication avec Sarah qui a toujours, et très rapidement, répondu à nos questions.

Ogolnie willa byla bardzo zadbana. Kontakt z wlascicielka byl bardzo sprawny,szybko odpowiadala. Jedyny minus byl taki ,ze basen byl brudny od piasku. Na poczatku dwa razy byl ktos czyscic ,ale ostatnie cztery dni pobytu nikogo juz nie bylo,mimo ze wlascicielka napisala ,ze ktos bedzie. Wiadomo ze wiekszosc czasu spedza sie przy basenie, a on nie byl czysty.

5Star Villa

Just returned from a month in this villa. Would recommend to anyone. The villa is in a secure gated community. There are high walls around the garden of the villa ensuring total privacy. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of cooking and entertainment equipment. The master bedroom is well appointed with en-suite shower room. The views from the 3 balconies are spectacular. 2 other bedrooms are also well equipped with a bath for families with smaller children, plenty of hot water all the time. The pool is fantastic very warm and big enough for most swimmers. If you prefer a more strenuous swim there are 3 other common pools within the complex. Many thanks to Sarah the property manager the only very minor problem we had was attended to immediately. Will definitely look at rebooking this villa in the future.

Fantastic Holiday

Stayed in villa in Jul/Aug 2020 with my husband and two teenage daughters and had a fantastic holiday. The villa is well equipped with kitchen utilities and has everything you will need including beach towels. When we arrived there was a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, water, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. We spent a lot of time in villa, by the pool during the day and BBQ's in the evening. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet location. There was plenty of room and upstairs contains a large bedroom with large ensuite, which is perfect. There are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from but you will require a car or taxi. Villa was perfect for us and Playa Blanca is beautiful. We would love to return.

Absolutely outstanding

Cannot praise and rate the villa highly enough. We had a perfect stay, the villa is extremely spacious, well equipped and in a beautiful location. Every little thing has been thought about to ensure a relaxing and stress free holiday. The heated pool is gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers. The sunrise is a fabulous sight viewed from the upstairs balcony. I highly recommend booking if you are looking for a spacious, well equipped home from home with a heated pool in the lovely Lanzarote sunshine!

Casa Serendipity offers completely private accommodation. We have installed a large heated swimming pool, with optional heating. All of the bedrooms are individually air-conditioned for those steamy summer nights. The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and incorporates a newly built bespoke kitchen. There is a very handy bus stop within walking distance of the villa. Alternatively, local taxis are approximately €3-€4 into the centre of Playa Blanca.
