Maison Belin is een mooi 18e-eeuws typisch Beaune-herenhuis met balkenplafonds. Onlangs volledig gerestaureerd om een zeer comfortabele accommodatie te bieden, met volledig ingerichte keuken, nieuwe badkamers en centrale verwarming. Hoewel het huis in een rustige woonstraat ligt, ligt het op slechts enkele minuten lopen van het historische stadscentrum met zijn vele restaurants (meer dan 50), waaronder drie Michelinsterren, wijnkelders, cafés en winkels. Het is slechts 10 minuten wandelen naar de uitgestrekte wijngaarden van de Cote d'Or in Bourgondië. 100 meter van het huis zijn de mooie Jardins des Verdures met zijn oude stadsbaden en schaduwrijke, afgelegen zitplaatsen.

Family holiday in Beaune

Great apartment in a beautiful little town. We all enjoyed our 5 day stay. Facilities were good, location was good, parking was easy. Good exercise going up and down the stairs!

Perfect stay in Beaune

Vivienne’s house is the perfect place to stay to experience Beaune and the Bourgogne wine regions. It’s on a quiet street only a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Our host was very responsive to requests and everything in the house was as described.

Perfect location

Really nice historical townhouse within walking distance of the center of Beaune. It has 4 floors with step stairs. Be prepared to climb stairs to the bedrooms.

Great Place, Perfect Location

This townhouse is in the perfect location in Beaune. We had a wonderful time during our stay. It is close to the town center and an easy walk to the train station, only a 10 minute walk. The place is as indicated, clean, quaint, and the bedrooms were charming. There are many stairs, so if that is an issue you should consider that, but overall the place is lovely. Vivienne was the perfect host, available to answer questions, and check in and out was very easy. I would definitely recommend this property and if I ever have the pleasure to visit again, will not hesitate to stay there again.

Beaune Visit

I loved staying at Vivienne's place in Beaune. It is clean, very well appointed and location is perfect, short walk to everything and very quiet. Vivienne was welcoming and communication was quick and helpful. I can not wait to visit again. Thanks for everything Vivienne.

Cosy and quiet house in Beaune Centre

A very pleasant stay in this cosy house on a quiet sidestreet in Beaune. The owner has gone the extra mile and made it very comfortable and well-equipped, and was very responsive when there was an issue. Would go again!

Lovely townhouse and quaint town

The townhouse was as described - very old but lots of character and charm with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to everything in town and to various winery tours. Property manager responded quickly to questions and provided a book with several recommendations. Lots of stairs so be fair warned - would definitely recommend this property and Beaune in general.

Fabulous stay

This house is perfect- location, cleanliness, super fast internet, and the kitchen was really well equipped. We are a super time. The bedrooms are on the second and third floors and the sitting area is on the fourth so it would be tough if stairs were and issue for you, but we loved it and would certainly stay here again.

This flat is perfect location. Walking distance to central Beuane. Plenty of parking. Safe. Wine tours will come right to your door step. It also has all amenities you need and a very friendly owner.

Wonderful central Beaune hideaway.

Really great property. Close to everything. Had everything you could possibly need. Lovely house, clean and really nicely decorated. Vivienne the owner was super helpful. Altogether a real gem.

Great stay in a fun town

Beaune is a very fun town in Burgundy. This property was in a very good location close to town - which was important to us. It is a very old property that has been nicely updated with modern amenities. Vivienne was a very helpful host and there was a lot of good information about the village in the property. Be sure to make clear if you need the second room to have 1 or 2 beds. We failed to do this, and it was a bit uncomfortable for us two old guys to share a bed. We should have let her know her needed twin beds. Also, if you have a hard time walking up and down stairs, be aware that like all of these old homes, there are a lot of steep stairs. We expected this and you should too. I recommend this cute old home for a fun stay in Beaune.

Maison Belin is a great town house with everything you need for your stay. It is central without being noisy, in fact it is situated in a very quiet and safe area looking over the Town Hall and the municipal police station. There are many advantages to the house but the main one is that there is always parking available in front of the house and that there are two bathrooms/toilets - always useful when staying with friends/colleagues! The house is on 3 floors so people who have mobility issues should be aware that there are stairs.
