Een prachtige, traditionele Spaanse villa met airconditioners die op sympathieke wijze is gemoderniseerd en volledig is ingericht. Het profiteert van een moderne keuken, ruime woonkamer met slaapbank en vier slaapkamers die plaats bieden aan maximaal 10 personen. De villa is ideaal voor gezinnen of golfers. Het pand is gelegen in rustige, beschutte tuinen met een adembenemend uitzicht over het omliggende platteland. De privétuin heeft volgroeide sinaasappel- en citroenbomen, een groot zwembad en patio's om te zonnebaden. Het ligt dicht bij de 5-sterren El Bosque Golf & Country Club met zijn vele faciliteiten, waaronder een bar en restaurant, evenals lokale supermarkten, enz. Het is ook binnen handbereik van de stad Godelleta en op slechts 25 minuten van de fantastische blauwe vlag-stranden van Las Arenas, Malvarrosa en El Cabañal. Het ligt niet alleen in het sinaasappelboomgaardengebied, maar het is slechts een korte rit naar de bloeiende havenstad Valencia, de op twee na grootste stad van Spanje met een aantal van de meest opvallende architectuur van het land. Met een weelde aan elegante art nouveau-gebouwen langs de straten, dynamische musea, een bloeiend restaurantleven, een bruisend nachtleven, geweldige winkels en kilometers strand, barst Valencia van mediterrane uitbundigheid. Om het meeste uit uw vakantie te halen, raden we ten zeerste aan om een auto te huren om alle lokale steden te bereiken.

Lovely week away

Carlos and June where a pleasure to deal with and we had a great stay at the villa. On arrival the villa was clean and the pool was Crystal clear, just what we needed after a days traveling. Lovely villa and garden, but hiring a car is nessesary as we struggled finding taxis to take us into Valencia. The drive into Valencia was simple and only took 25mins. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Great outdoor space

Great large pool that teenagers really enjoyed, relaxing area beside pool for sunbathing, the porch was a comfortable and shaded area which we could relax on during the day and evening. There was dining space out the back perfect for our large group. Carlos was helpful with any issues we had. The power however did cut out quite a lot even when all appliances were off. The air conditioningunit did not work well on the last two nights which meant the room was very hot and was hard to sleep. Overall we had a great holiday at this lovely villka and outdoor soace made up firvany other smaller issues we had. were off. The air conditioning unit

Heerlijk verblijf

Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links).

Met wat aanpassingen zou dit een zeer tof huis zijn

Een goed gelegen leuk huis met toffe tuin en zwembad maar er was geen tafel binnen en bij regenweer hadden we dus enkel de buitenstoelen waarop we in een kring in de keuken zaten om te eten (buitentafel was te groot en te zwaar om in de keuken binnen te krijgen). De dekbedden die volgens de advertentie in de voorraadkamer lagen waren nergens te vinden en het was redelijk fris om zonder te slapen. Anders zou dit een uitstekende locatie zijn.

The property is located in a quite area but close enough to all facilities that you would need.

Sleeps 9 people in beds, however 4 of those are bunk beds and one room has a bunk bed and single. There is also a couch if needed. The pool is excellent and inside facilities amble for our short stay. Because of our numbers the BBQ was a little small but we managed - everyone in our group enjoyed there stay and would both recommend to friends and stay again.

Un peu déçu

Les points positifs : la propreté de la piscine. La maison est bien agencé et propre. Les points négatifs : pas de parasols dans une région aussi chaude, c'est problématique. La wifi est annoncée mais pas de box. Les prises d'une chambre enfant est complètement arraché du mur. Des dalles sont cassé à l'extérieur, dangereux. Vaisselles trop juste pour 8. Pas de table intérieure comme indiqué sur les photos. Jeux extérieurs, trop vieux ou cassé donc inexploitable. Le cabanon dans un désordre total. Les coussins du salon extérieur déchiré et taché. Pas de clim, c'est prèsicé dans l'annonce mais je pense qu'il serait bien d'y penser pour un meilleur confort. Chiens environnant qui aboient chaque nuit. C'est vraiment dommage car ce sont des petites choses à améliorer et surtout d'être conforme à l'annonce initiale. Nous avons quand même passé de bonnes vacances grâce à la piscine mais nous reviendrons pas.

* er was binnen geen tafel en stoelen aanwezig * er lagen geen handdoeken op de bedden, we hebben enkel een paar strandhanddoeken gevonden, hebben ook geen handdoeken gekregen * buiten waren er 7 stoelen terwijl we gereserveerd hadden voor 8 * in één van de kamers hangen de stopcontacten uit de muur * de stenen buiten liggen los en zijn kapot * de lounge set op de veranda zit onder de urine van katten * de wifi heeft de hele periode niet gewerkt * het opgegeven telefoonnummer werkte niet * het was niet helemaal proper en in de kasten zat heel veel vuil vaatwerk * hebben van bijna alles foto's gemaakt maar kunnen ze niet opladen

DECEPCION

desde la llegada todo mal, difícil y complicado encontrar todo lo necesario para poner el chalet en marcha, aun habiendo recibido una explicación larga y tediosa por escrito del propietario. no hay manera de poder contactar con el para que te explique funcionamientos, es irlandés y solo habla ingles por lo tanto no puedes aclarar nada con el si no sabes ingles. la limpieza en general mal, el ajuar de ropa de la casa fatal (unas sabanas y toallas penosas y los edredones en el suelo de los armarios), no esta acondicionada para el frio, hay dos estufas eléctricas para todas las habitaciones y si las enciendes juntas salta el diferencial de la puerta de la calle (una odisea para encontrarlo) ya que esta en el exterior del chalet, así que cada dos por tres estabas poniéndote el abrigo y saliendo a dar al botón verde, no hay chimenea es de gas y solo había una botella llena que se usaba para la cocina las demás vacías por lo tanto esa estufa que simula chimenea tampoco se pudo poner. la verdad que unos días bastante penosos, no somos ni electricistas ni butaneros para andar cambiando y probando luz, gas etc. con la plataforma Vrbo sin problema cuando les he llamado han intentado solucionarnos como han podido, no es la primera vez que alquilo con dicha plataforma y hasta ahora no nos había pasada nada de esto. no aconsejo esta "VILLA" como indican para nada, por lo menos en invierno.

Vacaciones en familia

Hemos estado muy bien, estamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Hay algunas cosas que se ofrecen y que luego no están en buenas condiciones, ( la canasta, la mesa de Ping pong, la barbacoa…)sería mejor que reemplazaran o quitaran del anuncio para no crear falsas expectativas. Si eso no estuviera en el anuncio , hubiésemos tenido una mejor impresión inicial ( que fue buena, pero habría sido mejor). La casa está muy bien y es tal cual las fotos, teniendo en cuenta que es una casa el campo. Los aires acondicionados/ventilador, funcionaban todos. A nuestra llegada la casa estaba limpia, la piscina lo mejor de la casa. Nosotros hemos estado muy bien, con el grupo tan variado en rangos de edad que llevábamos.

Casa poco recomendada para vacaciones!

En las fotos aparentemente es muy bonita , pero ya cuando llegas y ves la casa no es como se muestra en las fotos, luego te llevas el disgusto de encontrar las duchas sucias , muy poca higiene para lo que nos han cobrado. Muchos bichos por toda la casa, que tampoco resulta agradable. Y encima nos cobran un recargo de 120€ por supuestamente haber dejado todo hecho un lío , cuando la casa tampoco se ha entregado en un estado de limpieza adecuado. Primera vez que me pasa de alquilar una casa para ir de vacaciones con mi familia y encontrarme poco satisfecha! Los dueños no se dignan tan siquiera a contestar tus mensajes o preguntas , pero para cobrar si están atentos. En fin … No recomendaría para nada este lugar

A lovely week in the sun

The week we spent here was just what we needed in these testing times; a house big enough for a get-together with a great pool, shade and gardens to help you relax. Kitchen is great too with an outside dining area to enjoy cards and games at night. A little remote with a few mosquitos but this is understandable. A big shop when you arrive for ice for the coolers, carbon for the BBQ and spray will sort you out for a great stay. Contact, when needed with the owner, was quick and efficient and the people who look after the villa for them are really accommodating. No stray cats as previously mentioned but a lovely resident one who is so sweet (and very clean). It was very hot when we stayed so we spent our time there swimmjng in pool, sunbathing, eating and laughing - what more do you need? Thanks Carlos.

Des choses à améliorer

Nous avons loué cette maison sur la 1ère semaine du mois d’août avec 5 adultes et 3 enfants. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience. Après 8h de route pour arriver à destination, personne dans la maison. Un mail nous aurait été envoyé sur les instructions d'arrivées mais nous n'avons rien reçu. Après 40 minutes au téléphone avec le service client ABRITEL (qui n'a jamais repris contact d'ailleurs ...) et 4 SMS/Appels au propriétaire, nous finissons par apprendre la procédure d'arrivée. Bref. 4 points noirs pour cette location : Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la maison, seulement des ventilateurs. Ayant des enfants en bas age et un adulte avec des soucis de santé, cette condition était primordiale pour notre location cet été. Les 35 degrés relevés dans la maison (jour comme nuit) ont réellement gâchés notre séjour. L'absence d'eau chaude dans la salle d'eau de la suite parentale n'a rien arrangé. Il serait également appréciable d'avoir un peu plus de vaisselle pour éviter les laves vaisselles à chaque repas. 40 minutes pour rejoindre Valence et le 1er commerce à 10 minutes de voiture. C'est calme mais très excentrés. Le reste de la maison est conforme à la description. Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour et espérons que l'annonce sera modifié concernant la climatisation car cela nous a induit en erreur dans une ville où les 40 degrés sont atteint tout au long de l'été.

BUYER BEWARE!

We booked this property for four nights in March, 2020 and ended up leaving after just one with no offer of partial refund even after articulating problems. This property is very residential and the neighbors are in close proximity, so it is quite noisy as dogs barking frequently and you can hear neighbors if they are outside. The grounds inside the gate are lovely and pool area clean (this is the reason for 2 star rather than 1). The only negative with the outside area were the two cats that would not leave our feet and followed us everywhere. Upon arrival, the home was chilly. The heat was not on, but we found a bathroom heater and a portable heater which my husband plugged in. This immediately tripped the electricity. The instructions that Carlos (owner) sent AFTER we booked indicated this might happen, so we flipped the switch on the living room wall which brought the power back on. This did make us nervous as NOTHING else was plugged in or turned on other than a few lights and the heaters. There is not enough space to share the details of our issues, so I will summarize. In less than 12 hours at the home (including sleep) we encountered: - 2 electrical issues of whole house outages one requiring a reset out at the street AFTER midnight which prompted a call (on our one phone that could call out) to Carlos. His 16 year-old son answered and said that we would get a call back. We did not receive a call or an email. Carlos said he didn't have a number, but it should have showed up on phone. - 2 hot water issues for 2 different bathrooms. One in which the instructions for fixing did not work. It was not as easy as "pushing a button and turning a knob", as the pilot light would not ignite and stay lit even with a lighter. - Wifi connectivity issue - only 1 of 5 of us could get internet on any device. - Cats on property that were aggressively annoying and prevented us from enjoying the covered terrace. which aside from pool is the best part of home. I anticipate that Carlos will be defensive in his response, as he has been when others have shared issues, but this is not what I expect nor what I have experienced when renting numerous other properties. Hot water, eletricity, and wifi are not luxuries and should be properly functioning. Bottom line, we spent more time dealing with problems at the house than enjoying our time together. We rebooked somewhere else and had NO ISSUES! Carlos offered nothing in the way of refund.

Séjour agréable malgré plusieurs points à améliorer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au mois d'août, la villa était très belle, les pièces bien agencées, et la piscine extra ! Cependant, nous avons noté plusieurs points à améliorer : - Gaz compliqué à mettre en fonctionnement - Pas d'ampoule dans 1 chambre - Plafonnier non fonctionnel dans plusieurs pièces (tous réparés par nous mêmes sauf 1) - Barbecue au charbon et non au gaz comme nous l'avait pourtant expliqué le propriétaire lors du mail précédant notre arrivée - Lave vaisselle avec restes de nourriture à notre arrivée. De plus il était encrassé et bouché (renettoyé par nos soins) - Vaisselle super sale (restes de nourriture dans les assiettes et couverts, poêles et casseroles grasses) - Seulement 8 fourchettes alors que nous étions 9... - Gazinière : le gaz sort trop fort et vient "lécher" les plats même réglé au minimum - Douche extérieure inutilisable, raccord du tuyau cassé - Table de ping pong en mauvais état - Aucune raquette de ping pong - Table intérieure uniquement pour 4 - 4 chaises intérieures dont 1 cassée et inutilisable - 9 grandes serviettes et 6 petites contrairement aux 9 de toilette + 9 de piscine promises - Parasol cassé et inutilisable - Internet non fonctionnel malgré plusieurs reboots de la box - Climatisation non fonctionnelle : la murale fait tout sauter. Les autres ne sont en fait que des ventilateurs électriques avec packs froids à changer toutes les x heures, sinon ils chauffent ! - Voisins très bruyants avec chiens aboyant toute la nuit et croquant des bouteilles en plastique au petit matin - Congélateur de la cuisine d'été plein de nourriture périmée (vidé par nos soins) - Mur délabré tombant en miette contre le lit superposé d'une chambre - Prises électriques contre les lits des enfants - Balancelle à laquelle il manque des boulons du coup les vis se défont au moindre mouvement. La balancelle est tombée quand les enfants étaient dessus ! - Éviers bouchés (débouchés par nos soins) - Meuble à chaussures non fixé au mur, qui est tombé sur les enfants - Le lave-linge sent le moisi Nous avons contacté le propriétaire pour certains de ces problèmes et n'avons jamais eu de retour... Nous en avons parlé au gestionnaire sur place lorsqu'il est venu pour nettoyer la piscine et il n'est jamais revenu non plus... Bref plusieurs problèmes à la villa, qui pourraient être très facilement réglés. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances, car la villa est belle et assez bien située.

Relaxing villa break

Unfortunately we did have a few issues while staying at the villa. Firstly,we'd agreed to a early check in with the owner but on arrival ,we did arrive a bit earlier that I requested but was told by the man who looks after the pool /villa that we couldn't check in until 4 o'clock. It was 1:30 and we'd been traveling since 3 o'clock in the morning with a 5 year old,I asked if we could leave our cases at the villa so we could kill some time with doing the food shopping but the answer was no to this request. We did however get into the villa at 3 o'clock . Secondly, although we had instructions for everything,we still had trouble with the boiler in the ensuite but did sort it after a email,text and a voice mail to the owner. The villa was spotlessly clean with modern decor with a lovely big kitchen,great fridge and even a wine cooler. The bedding was empty duvet covers and we had to look for towels and toilet paper. The outside area is really nice,big sitting area and beautiful pool and an 8 seater table which we used nearly every day. Lastly, the power trips out at least once a day , the garage that seem to house anything and everything from left over food to paint ,cement,and lots of junk however, it didn't seem to have anything that was actually listed as being there-4hybrid bikes- no bikes, table tennis - couldn't get to it,gas barbecue- a charcoal one in its place that we had to empty and clean before we could use. There was a trampoline . Also the 60 something inch TV was a 28 inch ( we didn't care,we didn't use it, there was no sky TV as advertised again we didn't miss it but somebody might. So all in all in my opinion,it was a lovely peaceful villa where you definitely need a car to reach anywhere and would have been happy to stay here for a week without all of the stuff that was advertised as being there and if the power was sorted so I suggest that the listing is changed to what is accurate and actually there so people know what to expect. Also why have a lovely garden swing chair but no cushions or canapy that fits it- unusable the way it is, so probably best to remove it completely! So yes a few issues but we still had a fabulous family holiday and Valencia is beautiful.

Maison agréable avec tout se qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour dans l'ensemble emplacement parfait pas loin de valancia et de la A3 reste quelques détails a amélioré comme informer les arrivants sur la présence d'une alarme et la façon de la désactiver et surtout avoir une poignée de portes extérieur pour pouvoir ouvrir de l'extérieur car si les portes se ferme et que la clé reste a l'intérieur c'est fotu il ya pas moyen d'accéder a la maison sauf si on laisse la fenêtre de la cuisine ouverte car les autres fenêtre sont grillagé et puis quelques affaires qui ont fait leur temps a renouveler et pour clore sur une bonne note on a passé un tres bon moment au tour du barbecue et de la piscine on a était dépayser et bien reposé.

Exactly what we needed for a family holiday

The property was well suited for our family with pretty much all the things we needed for a family holiday. The kitchen was spacious, new and well equipped. The pool was a big hit and well used over the two weeks. Just a couple of minor issues for us. The property advertised 2 double bedrooms, a room with bunk beds and a single bed and a room with two singles however on arrival the two singles were also bunk beds, not the best solution for adults. Also the air coolers were not that effective as air conditioning but we did experience almost 40 degs most days so perhaps they could never be that effective. All in all the holiday was great and the owner could not have been more helpful.

Un très bon séjour

Même si la villa est en cours de rénovation et que tout n'est pas encore terminé, nous avons apprécié le confort et les équipements fournis pour la location. Merci également aux personnes sur place très agréables.
