Wonderful and modern apartment on the ground floor with it´s own entrance in very convenient location close to the city centre of Groningen.
The studio and the deck is for 2 persons maximum! No guests allowed.
Location is perfect, very near to the busstop and only a 10 minutes walk / 5 minutes on our free bike to the city center. and only 5 minutes walk to the park ( Noorderplantsoen)

De Schilderbuurt area is a very populair area, it is also very quiet and close to the city centre. It is located close to bars and shops.
De schilderswijk is not touristic but always vivid.
The parc ( Noorderplantsoen is very nearby)

Bus stop is only around the corner
( if I am available it is possible to pick you up from the train/bus station)
You will make it to the highway in just a couple of minutes.

The apartment is very spacious (45 m2), it is wonderfully designed with excellent use of space making it feel much larger then the photos suggest.
It has, it's own, modern bathroom with lovely shower and a seperate toilet.
Is has a comfortable bed ( 160 x 200) diningtable, and closets
The living area is also equipped with a flat screen tv, movie collection and a comfortable sofa

The kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchen attributes, electric stove,microwave / oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
The fridge is stocked with the essentials.
You will find in the bathroom; washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels etc )

Our shared garden, located at the canal, is perfect for coffee and breakfast or an evening nightcap.
Want a boat-ride? In the summer you can use our sloop to make a trip on the canals. ( maximum time 1 hour)

The perfect way to explore Groningen is the typical Dutch way; by bike!
We have two, free of charge, bikes available. These are included in the price.

Prachtig appartement aan het water.

Heerlijke studio nabij het centrum
Deze heerlijke stijlvolle studio (45m2) bevindt zich op de begane grond en u heeft hem helemaal voor uzelf, met geheel eigen entree.
De studio is maximaal voor 2 personen. Geen bezoekers

Het is prachtig centraal maar toch ook erg rustig gelegen in de Schildersbuurt van Groningen, direct aan het Reitdiep.

Dit ruime appartement heeft een keuken, privé badkamer met wasmachine, en een aparte wc. De studio is volledig ingericht. Zo heeft het een ruim 2 persoons bed (160x200) Wifi en digitale tv, dvd en audio zijn ook aanwezig.

Er kan gebruik gemaakt worden van de gemeenschappelijk tuin/ steiger , maar ook de boot die aan het water ligt. ( maximaal een rondje stad, dat duurt hoogstens 1 uur) ( Mei tot Oktober)

Nespresso machine, melkopschuimer en waterkoker zijn uiteraard aanwezig.

Er staan 2 mooie fietsen gratis ter beschikking en er ligt een sloep die in de zomermaanden ( vanaf mei tot oktober) gebruikt kan worden voor een tocht door de grachten van Groningen.
