Villa Tamonante is een prachtig pand, comfort van thuis, nieuw voor de markt.

Dit is de premium-stijl villa van de 3 verschillende soorten "Villas Castillo", alleen in een klasse apart. De duidelijke voordelen van deze stijl zijn dat ze groter zijn en de 2 verdiepingen zijn beide boven de grond met het zwembad op het lagere niveau, allemaal met een prachtig uitzicht. Ook dit type heeft een groot terras met 100% vrij uitzicht, zelfs terwijl je binnen in de lounge!

Op het terras heeft u premium luxe rotan sofa en luxe tafel en stoelen met een 3 meter parasol. Dan op het dakterras bovenste hebben we plaatste de 5-zits Hot Tub alleen maar om de finishing touch van verwennerij toe te voegen.

De woonkamer heeft twee grote leren banken, 48 "Samsung Smart TV, verborgen sfeerverlichting pure pure ontspanning.

Eettafel en stoelen voor 8 personen binnen zo goed.

Op het zwembad niveau hebben we een enorme tweede lounge die comfortabel nog eens 8 personen plaats bieden en wordt compleet geleverd met 48 "LED-tv, dvd-speler en een speciale toevoeging Wii-console en natuurlijk een Slate Bed pooltafel.

Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van luxe memory foam matrassen voor uw comfort en LED-TV's.

De keuken heeft alles van een koffiezetapparaat tot vaatwasser voor uw gemak.

Onze prijzen zijn inclusief GRATIS internet en GRATIS gebruik van de Hot Tub, GRATIS SKY TV met SPORTS en FILMS ENZ, zwembadverwarming is extra en kost £ 75 per week, maar we rennen wel naar het zwembad op een zeer comfortabele 28 graden ten opzichte van de standaard 23/25 graden.

Geweldig mooi en royaal huis

Prachtig huis, groot, je loopt elkaar niet in de weg. Zwembad is heerlijk De hottub op de bovenste verdieping ruikt erg vies dat is jammer, dat is dan ook de enige aanmerking. Alle bedden liggen prima

Toller Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einem tollen Pool. Die Betreuung von Nico und Peter war hervorragend. Leider sind die Möbel und die Ausstattung der Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gehört einiges einfach mal ausgetauscht um den Aufenthalt noch schöner zu gestalten.

We've stayed in similar properties and we weren't disappointed by this villa. Nico and Peter were easy to reach if needed. Pool was lovely and cleaned every Friday. The hottub was great for the evennings. Great property wwith everything that was meefed

Amazing Villa

Just beautiful, the villa had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Well equipped. Pool and hot tub just fab and amazing views! Villa managers were great, they were in contact and made sure all was ok. We’re certainly planning to recommend and return.

Geniale Aussicht

Insgesamt top! Zwar würde ab und zu mal eine neue Bratpfanne angebracht sein. Ansonsten würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht, egal von welcher Terrasse - ob vom Pool, vom Wohnzimmer und erst recht von der Dachterrasse mit Whirpool - ist einfach grandios. Abends im dunkeln bei Vollmond und unter dem Sternenhimmel im Whirpool sitzen, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt - das hat schon was.

Lovely Villa with a fantastic view.

Villa was just as described. With just the issue with poor water pressure that we coped with. The location was what gave it the great views and was fine with a hire car and walkable to the centre in half hour. Did have builders working next door on the last couple of days, but the noise wasn't too bad. Overall a perfect stay.

Amazing holiday in an beautiful villa

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September 2023 8 adults 1 2 year old. Very spacious villa over 3 floors plenty of space to chill away from each other. 4 spacious bedrooms. Would recommend a car we did have one very quiet area. Pool is a good size and the hot tub was amazing at night looking at the stars. Plenty of untensils in kitchen had a barbecue which was great. Tv had lots of English channels hubby was happy as he didn’t miss his football. If we ever come back to Caleta we would definitely use this villa again. Peter and Nico were great very friendly. Lovely villa and view

The villa is simply beautiful and stunning views.A car is a must just to get about and explore the island as well as doing shopping popping in and out of town.It’s a lovely walk down but hard work walking up the hill. Cockroaches were a problem tho which we did complain about and told them there was a nest but they just left a spray.To make it perfect sort out the cockroaches and air con is needed as fans just didn’t touch the heat

Worth the wait!!

This was our first holiday in over 4years and it was absolutely worth the wait. The villa is just beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. It was lovely and clean and so comfortable to stay in. Peter was fantastic on arrival and had worked hard to get the villa ready for us, we arrived a little earlier than planned but it wasn’t a problem at all. Location is fantastic, you can appreciate the peace and quiet from the villa along with the fabulous views and then only a short trip into town when we fancied getting out and about. We will most definitely be back. Thanks very much for having us!

Toller Urlaub!

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und die Lage ist gut. Es ist sehr schön, sowohl beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon, am Pool als auch im Whirlpool den Ausblick auf das Städtchen und das Meer zu haben. Ein durchgehender Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert, mit dem Auto ist alles lebensnotwendige (Lidl, Hyper Dino, Shopping Mall, Restaurants und der Strand) innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die An- und Abreise und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett, freundlich und vollkommen unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

We have had the most amazing time at Villa Tamonante. The place has all you need and the views are breathtaking. Nico and Peter were very welcoming and at hand whenever needed. Very good communication with the owner too. We hope to come back next year.

Excellent Villa

Our recent stay at Villa Tamonante was excellent. The villa has all the amenities you need although I would recommend having a car. Caleta de Fuste is only 10 minutes in the car. We had a number of lovely days by the pool, evenings in the hot tub or playing pool in the games room and enjoying beautiful sunrises on the terrace. We are a family of 4 and there was ample room over the three floors so everyone had their own space. Peter and Nico were really helpful, responsive and always on hand. I would highly recommend without hesitation and am hoping to get back next year. Thank you all for an enjoyable relaxing break.

Lovely villa quiet, peaceful and relaxing

Lovely villa ideal for 2 families to share as you have 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. Everything you could need is there. Peter is very helpful and quick to sort out any issues. We had no TV in the villa for a week boys were a bit disappointed as wanted to watch sport. Richard fixed it just in time for FA cup final. The tv’s in all the other rooms except the main room did not work at all in our 2 week stay. It takes between 20 and 35 mins to walk down hill into the resort, a taxi back is between €3 to €4 we always gave €5. It’s About €5 to the Mercadona and Lidl. We BBQ quite a bit and played pool most days made great use of the villa. If you like the beaches hire a car as the beaches are beautiful you could be in the Caribbean. We will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus zu zweit angemietet, obwohl es für mehrere Personen (6-8) ausgelegt ist. In unserem Fall war das gut, den es gab einen Wasserschaden, der zwei der Schlafzimmer beschädigt hat. Für uns nicht weiter schlimm und es wurde sich darum gekümmert. Super netter Empfang. Peter war über WA immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und nichts zu meckern. Gerne wieder.

Great Family Holiday

Villa Tamonante provided a great base for us to have a brilliant holiday as a family of 5 though can comfortably sleep up to 8. The facilities provided both internally and externally were superb, particularly the heated pool and Hot tub on the roof terrace. Kitchen well stocked with all you would need and Villa was really clean, the TV had all channels you could wish. Wi-Fi decent on the main floor in the lounge. Bed and bathrooms well sized with en suite in the master and two further shower / bathrooms which had great hot running water a plenty. Lots of external space across 3 levels with stunning views back into Caleta with good sun beds and modern patio furniture to use to relax on. Finally, the Property team in Peter and Nico are excellent in helping manage our stay with timely e-mails and easily accessible by phone , meeting us promptly on our last day to help us get away to the airport .

Amazing villa with exceptional views!

Wow! As a family of 8 adults, we were concerned how living all in one villa was going to work. But we did not need to worry. There was enough space for everyone! The villa is on 2 levels which worked out great for us. There was everything we needed. From kitchen utensils to wii games. Everything was covered. The villa is situated on a hill. It's around a 20 minute walk downhill to town and only €4-5 back up to the villa via a taxi. The taxi's are very easy to book and reliable. Peter from the maintenance team, was also helpful and always contactable. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to get the villa ready very quickly for us. Bedding and furnishings were clean and fresh and the washing machine was very convenient. The views were amazing from every terrace, with views of the town, bay and beach. The pool is a good size. Big enough for a float on a lilo or 2. There's a good size fridge freezer in the kitchen and a dishwasher. We got a taxi to the Mercadona supermarket next to Lidl and did a 'big' shop. This cost €6 for 8 of us each way. There was also a smaller supermarket and a brit supermarket only a 20 minute walk away. The villa was in a good location for us. It had everything we needed and we look forward to our next stay at the property.
