Het huis is gelegen in de beroemde Via Brigantino, Het bestaat uit 2 dubbele slaapkamers, 3 badkamers (waarvan één met wasmachine, toilet en wastafel) en een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Een mooi terras en een kleine tuin maken het huis.

Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd, dus het is modern en stijlvol ingericht met typische meubels van Sardinië.
Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid recht tegenover de ingang van het huis!

Ik woon in de buurt, dus ik ben beschikbaar voor elke vorm van informatie (dingen te doen, plaatsen om te bezoeken, restaurants, ..)

De omgeving van het huis is erg mooi, rustig en aangenaam. Het is slechts 5 minuten lopen van de Porto Cervo plein. De haven ligt op 5 minuten met de auto en 15 voet.
Alle beroemde stranden liggen op slechts 10 minuten rijden, net als de Pevero Golf Club.

Costa Smeralda is een unieke plek in de wereld, dan moet je om het te bezoeken minstens één keer in je leven! Wonderfull landschappen, zee 'Caraibbean', adembenemende zonsondergangen en nog veel meer ...

First experience in Porto Cervo

The property was well located and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the property was surrounded by heavy construction and impeded our ability to move our car safely. The construction was not disclosed by property owner and we reported our displeasure at check-in. We were concerned for our safety because of heavy equipment and large trucks. We left the property a day early and asked for compensation. I let the owner know that she may want to communicate the current situation to her next guests. If we had known about the construction noise each morning and throughout the day, smell from trucks, dirt piles obstructing our parking area, we would have NEVER rented this property. We would appreciate a refund for leaving one day early.

Nice location, but...

Although the location is good and the house is spacious, we ran into several problems. The internet was unreliable, despite our repeated attempts to reboot the modem, etc. It would be on for a hour or two, then go off again. This happened several times over our two-day stay, which made communicating with our host and confirming our travel plans difficult. We also had trouble getting enough hot water for two showers in the morning (we settled for lukewarm the first morning, and my husband had a cold shower the morning we left), and the hair dryer couldn't be used because it lacked the proper adapter. We did appreciate the nice bottle of wine that was left for us, and everything was very clean, but I'm not sure we would stay here again.

Porto Cervo Base

The home was exactly as described. It was clean and had a welcome bottle of wine and water in the refrigerator. There are two bedrooms and we used only one. The shower we used splashed a lot of water outside the stall making it slippery. The house has 3 AC units which work well but the house rules ask that you keep the setting at 26 which was a bit high. The washing machine was excellent and there was a drying rack outside. The kitchen had a fridge freezer and stovetop- perfect for making small meals like breakfast. The neighbor hood is good and the parking was secure and convenient. We had two beach towels supplies and there were mats in the outside closet. The umbrellas there were dilapidated so we purchased a small one and left it when leaving. The rooftop patio was nice but it was simply too hot to enjoy (38C). The outside patio was nice and spacious with a table- we used it for breakfast dining. Internet was available and worked well. The location was close to shops in Porto Cervo but you will likely need a car to get around as it's quite hilly and the local drivers are very aggressive. We did try a couple of the local recommendations from the hosts guidebook such as beaches and food. Be aware that you need to leave a 5€/person/night cashtax when you leave.

Ottima soluzione.

Ottima soluzione comoda alla Piazzetta di Porto Cervo, ampia e curata dotata di tutti i confort, mancava solo la vista mare perchè dà verso il monte. Consigliato.

Fabulous House and Location

We had a great holiday here. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It has a lovely terrace and garden as well as safe, designated parking. Our host, Elisabetta was extremely helpful when we had a couple of queries and gave some good restaurant recommendations. The location is great for both the Porto Cervo marina and the central shopping and restaurant areas, both of which are in walking distance. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property.

This apartment was perfect!

Elisabetta was so delightful to interact with. The apartment was a 10 minute walk from the square and a 20 minute walk from the marina. It was clean with a private yard and patio right at the apartment and a private rooftop patio with the entrance just around the corner. This Porto Cervo apartment was ideal for the local scene and just as ideal as a base for exploring the surrounding towns and beaches. I would book the apartment again!

Porto Cervo's hidden Gem

We were 2 couples and stayed her for 3 nights and the accommodations were perfect. Fever comfortable! The owner was great she was there whenever we needed her and check in and out was a breeze. From the rustic traditional architecture, cleanliness, location, cost and hospitality this property was perfect!!! It was beautiful inside and out with its arched entrances and beautiful scenic rooftop. Inside was super clean with fresh smelling linens and towels and all the things you would need. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the marina and shops/ restaurants (the owner has some amazing recommendation for restaurants in her little blue book some of our favs were Spunnikar for fish and Fingers for Asian fusion . Over all we fell in love with Sardinia and will be back for sure and this is where I would stay for sure!!! Thank you for a great time!!! CIAO NATACHA

Beautiful Place in Prime Porto Cervo

We absolutely loved Elisabetta's place in Sardinia! The entire home was clean, with beautiful beach-inspired decor. We were 2 couples plus our small Havanese pup and it was just perfect. It was great to have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms for each room, plus an extra half bath in the laundry area. The kitchen provided all the essentials and we even cooked in one of the nights of our stay. The location itself is superb-walking distance to the marina, and a nearby hotel that offers coffee, juices, smoothies as well as another coffee shop a little further down the main road. The main road has a few restaurant and bar options and also a few shopping boutique stores. We really enjoyed the outdoor covered patio with banquet seating and a table and chairs-we spent most our time there or at the beaches (all very close driving distance). It was great to have our own parking spot at the home. Not a far walk from Clipper Restaurant and other restaurants close to the marina as well. Wonderful place to holiday!
