De volledig van airconditioning voorziene vrijstaande villa met privé dompelbad, solarium op het dak en vrij uitzicht op het landschap, sinaasappelboomgaarden en bergen is gelegen aan een rustige weg op het 5-sterren Mar Menor Golf Resort met 24/7 bewaking, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van resort cafes, restaurants, bars en 5-sterren hotel met spa. 25 minuten van de nieuwe luchthaven Corvera (1 uur Alicante).

De villa bestaat uit een ontspannende lounge-eetkamer met een overdekt buiten terras, een volledig uitgeruste keuken (grote koelkast / vriezer, keramische kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine, magnetron, tosti-ijzer, broodrooster), 2 slaapkamers (1 badkamer, 1 tweepersoonsbed) en 1 twin, beide met ventilatorverlichting aan het plafond + A / C), betegeld zonneterras met 3m diameter zwembad en solarium op het dak (met BBQ, eettafel, bankstel en ligstoelen). Wifi en kabel-tv met 250 kanalen. Airconditioning in de woonkamer en beide slaapkamers (beide slaapkamers hebben ook plafondventilatorverlichting). 5 andere golfbanen binnen een 20 minuten rijden van het resort. Veiligheidsbelemmeringen voor het zwembad als jonge kinderen en 2 sets van rechtshandige golfclubs voor gastengebruik (één mannen, één dames).

Slechts 5 minuten lopen van het 5-sterrenhotel Intercontinental Hotel met spa, restaurants en bars, clubhuis voor de door Jack Nicklaus ontworpen baan en het clubhuis voor bewoners met groot zwembad (gratis toegankelijk door het kopen van één drankje) en een kinderbad. De nieuw gebouwde, grotere en betere resortsupermarkt biedt een breed scala aan producten en ligt naast de belangrijkste Torre Pacheco-poort.

Peaceful

My wife and I have just returned from a weeks holiday in the lovely villa. We have stayed in quite a few properties in MMGR but this home has been one of the most tranquil. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Minor hiccups dealt with immediately by Rosanne. I recommend this property without reservation.

Très bon contact, villa très bien équipée et propre

Super séjour à la Villa de Ros, avec qui la communication a été très fluide. Maison conforme en tous points à l’annonce, piscine propre et bien protégée (merci pour la barrière!), villa bien équipée avec la clim partout. A noter qu’elle est située dans un complexe de golf à une dizaine de minutes de la Mar Menor. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

We have stayed at this villa over the past few years and are already looking to re-book for next year. The villa is set within a hotel and golf course complex which has a feel good factor and is a very aesthetically pleasing environment. Close at hand are the golf course, hotel, bars, restaurants and an on site shop. There is a very good road network giving access to many areas for you to explore. The accommodation is very comfortable and of a high standard and it is apparent that owner makes every effort to make sure your stay is, as undemanding and pleasant as possible. Would we recommend this property to others, without doubt.

Quiet area

Excellent communication with the owner and manager, giving good information about villa and places of interest. Clean villa and good to have central heating for cooler evenings. Nice quiet area with good restaurants within walking distance.

Lieu très calme, villa agréable et pratique. Les contacts, que ce soit David pour la piscine ou bien Ros pour le logement sont aussi disponibles que gentils et attentionnés. ⭐⭐⭐ 👍

Lovely villa in peaceful location

Had a lovely stay in this villa, it was well equipped and the plunge pool was lovely for cooling off.Lovely sitting on the roof terrace in the evening with a glass of wine watching the sun setting.Would definitely recommend this villa.

Another fabulous stay

Having stayed at this villa before our decision to return was a very easy one to make. The accommodation provides all you require and more when you are away from home. The owner has ensured that the booking process is easy and straight forward and provides all the necessary information and contact details for to you to arrive safely, without any worries (you are also provided contact details of representatives of the owner should you require any support whilst you are there). In conclusion I would rate my experiences of this villa and that of the owner and representatives as exceeding my expectations. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Absolute Bliss!

We had an absolutely tremendous week in the villa, from day 1 until we had to sadly leave it was perfect, a genuine home away from home. The communications with the owners in the build up were friendly, clear and concise. The actual villa is roomy, clean and has every amenity one could require in a perfect quite location. We are already planning our next visit. 10 out of 10

Super vacances en tous points. La villa dispose de tout le confort et même plus. Tout était parfait. Fabulous Fortnight August 2019

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the villa. Everything just as advertised, and just brilliant for us. Total sun trap all day. Pool perfect for a cool down. Great location, just 15 minutes walk from the supermarket, on site bars and restaurants closer still. Both Ros the owner and David the manager couldn't have been more helpful. Bonjour Rosanne, Nous avons passé à agréable séjour dans votre villa à Torre-Pachéco. Nous et les enfants ont apprécié le confort et l'ambiance paisible de la propriété. C'est l'endroit rêvé pour qui cherche le calme et la sécurité. Il y a plusieurs commerce et restauration à proximité de la villa et la mer n'est que à quelque kilomètre en voiture. Torrevieja et Alicante sont également à visiter ainsi que Carthagène pour ses ruines Romaine. Nous remercions également David pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Another fabulous week

Having stayed at this villa last year and being so impressed by the ease of booking, the standard of the accomodation, the location the ability to deal with an English speaking property manager we had no hesitation in booking for a second visit. If you are looking for a peaceful location where you can do what you like, when you like and if you like, this is the perfect place. The villa is very well located in a quiet part of a secure hotel/golf complex with easy access to airports, local towns and beaches and much more. We are already looking at dates to return next year.

The property is well equipped, clean and in a great location. The roof terrace is an added bonus.

We enjoyed a relaxing few days at the villa which has plenty of room for up to four people. The garden is private and we made good use of the roof terrace. Off road parking is a positive. The villa is close to bars and restaurants and the golf resort is well kept with plenty of security. We would definitely book the villa again.

Excellent villa for a relaxing holiday

Villa was very well resourced, everything needed for a relaxing two week holiday. There was nothing we did not enjoy and would consider staying in this villa again if we return next year. We are familiar with the resort as we have stayed here a number of times in previous years. Everything needed was on site including a well-stocked supermarket. A car is not essential as there are restaurants and a large swimming pool on site but is needed if you wish to explore. The current airport is about a 15 minute drive away.

Great villa for a sunny get away!

Villa as described in the listing, clean and well equipped. Greeting on arrival very helpful but no problems during our stay so no need to bother them again! Booking easy and owner quick to respond as well as being helpful. Resort well developed with plenty of good restaurants and now larger supermarket. Would recommend!
