Centraal gelegen (4 minuten lopen van de beroemde 'La Piazzetta') combineert ons gezellige huis het gevoel van een huiselijke omgeving met de buitengewone schoonheid die kan worden bewonderd vanaf het grote privéterras. Dankzij de rust is het terras de ideale plek om samen te eten, om zon te nemen, om te ontspannen na een dag op het strand of een wandeling, om de zonsondergang te bekijken en naar de hemel te kijken om de vallende sterren te zien. "La Terrazza di Eduardo" ligt op 4 minuten lopen van het centrale "La Piazzetta", van de funicolar en het belangrijkste bus- en taxistation. De locatie vertegenwoordigt een topkwaliteit, omdat u hiermee te voet kunt bewegen om gemakkelijk alle prachtige plekken in Capri te bereiken. Daarom is ons huis een paar minuten lopen ver van de meeste restaurants, bars en winkels. Aan de andere kant kunt u op het grote privéterras van ons huis genieten van de rust en het uitzicht terwijl u onder de sterren ligt. Het huis biedt een grote slaapkamer met 1 queensize bed en 1 opklapbed, 1 slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden, 1 woonkamer met een slaapbank voor 2 personen. Het huis is uitgerust met een babybedje voor kinderen tot 4 jaar, een kinderstoel voor een klein kind. Het huis is ook uitgerust met dekbedden en dekens voor alle bedden, evenals uiteraard de lakens. De hoofdslaapkamer en de woonkamer komen uit op een balkon, terwijl de andere slaapkamer uitkomt op het privéterras en het uitzicht. Het huis biedt een volledig uitgeruste badkamer en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Bij aankomst vindt u een boekje met de huisregels en instructies, en een boekje met alle informatie over de restaurants, bars, stranden, wandelingen, kerken, musea, lokale gerechten, transport en logistieke diensten. Onze favoriete restaurants en bars zijn geel gemarkeerd. We sturen u per e-mail een evenementenkalender die wordt verzorgd door het Capri Bureau voor Toerisme in de centrale "La Piazzetta" dicht bij de krantenwinkel. Amazing location and great outdoor space

Cute apartment in fabulous location - couple minute, charming walk to main square - grocery and many good restaurants very close - host was great in terms of communication and recommendations - overall, it’s an ideal location in Capri and you can’t beat the terrace.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, near all amenities, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and well stocked. Check in was easy in fact, we didn't even have to contact her once. Everything was as stated and went as planned. Perfect 4 days stay on stunning Capri.

Amazing views from the terrace. The kitchen was handy to have as food on Capri is very expensive. There is a great supermarket just up the road - very reasonable price so we cooked most meals at home. If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the lane way beside the apartment is quite loud with electric carts speeding past from early in the morning and people walking home late at night. Would definitely recommend this place other than that.

Beautiful Apartment with Gorgeous View

Great location close to main square, but on a quiet walking path. Host Annamaria was excellent and very kind. Helped us with dinner reservations and even let us borrow her umbrellas because we had lots of rain. Only thing that would’ve made the trip better was more sunshine. Unable to do some of our planned activities because of the weather. But this is the place to stay when you visit Capri!

Wer es liebt ab eher 5 als6 Uhr am Morgen durch Electrocargequitsche 3 Meter unterhalb des Schlafzimmers aus dem Schlaf gerissen zu werden, dem sei diese Unterkunft herzlich empfohlen. Einfach wunderbar!! Das Aufenthaltszimmer hat den Charme einer Mönchsstube aus den vorindustriellen Zeiten. Bravo für dieses Marketingkunststück mit ausgeblendeten Blick auf die Triniwasserbehälter der vereinigten Vorgärten Capris.

Magical, stunning views in the Heart of Capri

We cannot say enough about this wonderful apartment in capri. We were overwhelmed with the large sunny patio that has a stupendous view of the Village and the sea. Absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the caretaker was right next door to help with any questions. nice to have a washing machine too. A short walk to the main piazza and anything else you need such as market, restaurants etc. So lovely!!

Excellent location! It’s easy to access all hiking trails in Capri and Anacapri. A big grocery store is close to the property. Private terrace is very useful. All our evenings were there. Annamarie, who looks after this property, is very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a great time!

Stunning view and great location

This compact and pleasant apartment is central to the shops and restaurants of Capri. A great starting point for sightseeing and walks. Spacious patio with retractable shade for the midday sun; we enjoyed wine, cheese, and watching the sunrise and sunsets while playing Scrabble. Steep steps and a sharp corner, so for able-bodied visitors only. The AC was good for the hot nights. The washing machine and drying rack worked great. We could have used a microwave and couldn't light the only stove burner small enough for a moka pot, but the caretaker Annamarie was responsive and friendly. Perfect for a couple's get-away, or for a 'sister's trip,' like ours. But the bath is small and the space is intimate, so take that into consideration if travelling with adults. And though a close walk from the funicular and bus station, taxis are not available to the door of this location, so if you are lugging roller bags or lots of luggage, be prepared for a significant and loud drag through the Capri cobblestones.

Perfect location to enjoy Capri!

Honestly, Capri was so beautiful that we barely spent any time in this unit. The location was perfect to get around to all the spots you want to see. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants so we actually barely used the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked. The patio was so wonderful to wind down, sipping wine in the evenings. Amazing communication with the owners and checking in/out was a breeze. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Location, Wonderful Host

We just left our visit to Capri having gone to visit with family. Mariacristina was a very gracious host. The home is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a simple meal, exceptionally clean, and well organized. We are thankful for having such a lovely home to borrow during our stay. The patio is magical and allows one to have a beautiful view while enjoying a cup of coffee or dinner. We will look to stay here in the future!!!

Literally spent hours researching apartments in Napoli, Sorrento and Capri. I chose this place based on the prior feedback of this hostess responsiveness to her guests as well as the absolutely amazing sea view. It was even more incredible to actually experience. Very true to witness the movement of the night sky above. As a solo female traveler, I am grateful I was able to find such an amazing place! Bagni Internazionali is a restaurant I found by walking downhill from this apartment. I would highly recommend as the food and service are amazing! Look just a few steps up for a very simpatico blonde woman who can help you rent a boat. I am very pleased to have found her! She arranged a two hour tour - incredible and unforgettable experience. She even gave me the remainder of a tube of sunscreen....very helpful. Just a short walk up, I found a really nice park like area...likely part of a restaurant. What a beautiful tree in a garden with moonlight white roses and other white flowers. I definitely look forward to returning to this gem of a place on the isle of Capri!

Beautiful view and great location

The apartment is small but clean and was just right for our group of four. The views from the terrace are amazing and we spent our nights out there with a bottle of wine. The location is perfect, and you are close to the main piazetta. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Capri.

Capri is high-end everything. Food, gelato, shopping ...

This apartment felt like home and has two amazing balconies with great views. The owner is fabulous with communication. It's not completely clear on the listing but there's a great sunroom off the huge main terrace. Walking to the main square of Capri town was a daily activity for us and the location of this apartment was quite convenient: no uphill treks like when you visit Villa Jovis. Stay here for a nice family holiday in the heart of Capri.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay on Capri. After the initial trek with luggage, I found the location to be very near perfect. It’s close enough to enjoy what Capri has to offer, but far enough from the main square to enjoy the peaceful views. We were very thankful for the a/c! We would have liked a microwave, but made due with the toaster oven and rangetop. If in Capri again, I would definitely consider a stay here again!

traumhafte Ausicht von der Terrasse. Wohnung wie auf den Bilder beschrieben. Optimale Lage zum Zentrum aber auch als Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Möblierung des Schlafzimmers rustikal und sehr einfach. Vermieter sehr bemüht. Insgesamt jederzeit wieder.
