Ski chalet Cervinia Martino e Bassi ligt in het hoogste en mooiste skigebied van Italie, Breuil Cervinia aan de voet van de Matterhorn "Il Cervino". Apartment Martino is een ruim (101 m2) zonnig appartement met twee grote balkons in het centrum van Breuil Cervina aan de piste. 8 personen. Parkeergarage voor 1 auto, kelderruimte en skibox. Zeer goed uitgerust. Hal, keuken, woonkamer, 3 slaapkamers + semi open kamer met stapelbed, wifi, stereo, bluetooth box, TV, Nespresso, 2x badkamer met wc, bidet bad of douche. Twee zonnige balkons. Uitzicht Matterhorn. skibox, garage, parkeerplaats. Ping pong tafel, biljart. 3 wasmachines in gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Kinderpiste voor de deur.

Het appartement bestaat uit een hal, een grote woonkamer, wifi, stereo-installatie, blue tooth box en TV, keuken, Nespresso machine, afwasmachine, waterkoker, broodrooster, oven, magnetron. Badkamer met wc, bidet, bad, douche. Smalle trap naar beneden. Beneden, twee kamers met een tweepersoonsbed (1x twee persoons 1 x 2 losse bedden), een kamer met open doorgang met stapelbed en een stapelbed in semi open kamer, badkamer met wc, wastafel, bidet en douche. Twee balkons op het zuiden en zuid westen, een skibox voor de opslag van sportartikelen, een kelderruimte en een garage met parkeerplaats voor 1 auto. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte met ping pong tafel en biljart en wasmachines. Spellen, speelgoed, kinderstoel en kinderbed aanwezig.

Piste 5 naast de deur. 350km skipiste. Kinderpiste en babylift voor de deur. Grote winter speelplaats voor kinderen voor de deur. Start Cretaz lift 100m. Matterhorn (Cervino). Langste afdeling in Europa (22km) van 3883 naar 1540m. 's Winters skigebied geopend van 1 november tot 5 mei. Laatste weekenden van oktober ook geopend. Uitgebreid langlaufgebied.

ZOMER: In de zomer uitgebreide wandelmogelijkheden, bergbeklimmen, mountain biken, hiking, snowboard camp, golf, 18 holes golfbaan op loopafstand, paragliding. Zomerski mogelijk. Liften zomers in juli en augustus iedere dag open van 7.30 tot 13.30/14.30.

Gemeenschappelijke ruimte met ping pong tafel en biljart. Wasmachines aanwezig. Skibox, kelderruimte, achtertuin, ruime balkons, parkeergarage met eigen parkeerplaats. Zeer rustig gelegen, maar op loopafstand (100m) van winkels en aan de piste.

Lovely accommodation

It was very well located, clean, well equipped, warm and quiet. Lovely sunny open plan living space. The spiral staircase is steep and narrow - worth noting (but not an issue for us). Martijn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We arrived (as planned) at 4pm and our accommodation wasn’t ready which was frustrating after a very early start/long journey. A big bunch of unmarked keys took a bit of getting used to. we would highly recommend the property.

Great location, everyone was happy!

Wake up, get skis from the locker room, put on boots sitting on entrance bench, walk 30m across the carpark over the bridge and climb a tiny slope to the the top of the carpet, what a way to start the ski day! The chalet was comfortable and adequate for the 8 of us, we did a bit of cooking in the kitchen which always takes a while to get used to, but everything was in working order, my main gripe is the electric hob that took forever to get hot. We parked our car in the garage space in the communal underground carpark. Once we found the games rooms we played on one of the 2 full size table tennis tables. Our whole group had a fantastic week in Cervinia and I could highly recommend this chalet.

Really convenient location, nice apartment, nice resort, great skiing

This apartment is exactly as described - great location, great service, good value, wonderful resort and we had good weather so the skiing was great. One thing which should be said about the apartment is the connection between upstairs and downstairs is via a fairly tight spiral staircase and if you've any mobility issues at all, or you are of a large frame, i.e. carrying more than just a bit of weight, then this will be a challenge. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable letting young children use it either ... it is very steep (like many Dutch staircases) and very narrow. Otherwise the apartment is very good, and has a great view of the Matterhorn.

Great location!

The apartment is well located, a short walk from the Cretaz chairlift and the main street of shops and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children (aged 8 to 11), and I would say it was cosy but perfectly adequate. I don't think I'd recommend it for 2 families with older children, but for us it worked well. Parking was easy, with one space in the garage and lots of free parking outside. Whilst the communal areas of the apartment block are dated, the apartment itself was exactly as seen in the photos, was clean on arrival, and generally well equipped. Some of the kitchen utensils could do with replacement (broken handle on the cheese parer, bottle opener) but everything we needed was there. One thing to note - if you plan to cook for yourselves rather than eat out, I would recommend stocking up in one of the big supermarkets in Aosta. The small supermarket in resort is fairly limited, and can be extremely busy. In summary, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and functional. Martijn was communicative and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

Vakantieweek met familie

Wij verbleven met 6 volwassenen in het appartement wat vlakbij de piste ligt. Het was ruim genoeg voor ons met een keuken met alle apparatuur en 2 badkamers. De bedden waren vrij hard en de stapelbedden niet comfortabel, maar voor een week te doen. Linnengoed voor de keuken ontbrak, dus zelf iets extra’s meenemen is handig. Het inchecken verliep chaotisch, we waren rond 15 uur al daar, het appartement was nog niet klaar en de sleutels pasten niet. Een paar keer heen en weer lopen tussen het agentschap en appartement. Dat was jammer. Het inrijden van het dorp was onduidelijk met stoplichten die op rood blijven staan. Toen we een maal geïnstalleerd waren hebben we een prima week gehad. De communicatie met Martijn verliep heel goed.

Rilassante settimana estiva

Casa di dimensioni idonee a due nuclei familiari. Spazi non eccessivi ma ben organizzati. L'appartamento è provvisto di due camere con letto matrimoniale di cui una con letto aggiuntivo. Poi ci sono due letti a castello in camere semi-aperte. Centralissimo e comodo per escursioni e passeggiate in centro paese.

Super location next to the ski slopes!

A small apartment next to the ski slopes and shops/restaurants. Modest interior, a bit small for two families but good for one. Stairs are steep but was not a problem for us. The personnel at La Tour very kind, helpful and responsive. Had a very nice stay!

Absolutely excellent,my whole family, eight of us ranging from 64 years to 18 months, have had an amazing week. The apartment is exactly as described and superbly equipped for all our needs. It is warm, very cosy ,comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely like to go there again.

Perfect apartment for 2 families with 4 kids all sharing.

We were 2 families both with 2 young kids and the apartment suited us perfectly. We visited the resort in 2018 so knew the location of this apartment being very close to the Cretaz lifts hence why it was our first choice. Our 2 families have now completed 4 ski holidays together and we've stayed in bigger and smaller apartments together but this one was the nicest and best suited. Lifts are perhaps 200m or so walk in the morning. If you are an able skier there's also the possibility of skiing back to reduce the walk to less than 100m! A great stay at a great resort that is particularly suited to young family skiers. The owner is extremely helpful and the local agency told me that he is there nicest client. Thank you!

Very good location and flexible accommodation

Excellent communication with the owner to answer any queries before and during our stay, and also with the local agent. The location is great (ski-in to the adjacent car park) and the accommodation was very comfortable. Other reviewers have commented on the unusual steep spiral staircase - but if you are fit enough to ski, you should not have any difficulty! Thanks!

Wij zijn een gezin met vijf kinderen en genieten iedere dag dat wij in de winter en in de zomer in Breuil Cervinia zijn.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

Aan de piste. U loopt de voordeur uit de piste op. Fantastisch skigebied tot 3.899 meter. Fantastisch uitzicht op de Matterhorn (Monte Cervino). Aangesloten op Zermatt Zwitserland. Vele goede restaurants. Skigebied gehele jaar open. Prachtig dorp. Rustig gelegen appartement vlak bij de ingang van de dorpstraat. 18 holes golfbaan en tennisbaan om de hoek.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Kindvriendelijk, zonnig gelegen, twee balkons. Ruim. Op 2050 meter hoog. Echt skiën tot voor de deur. Hele jaar door skigebied open. Winterskigebied van 1 november tot 5 mei open. Prachtig uitzicht op de Matterhorn.
