Vrijstaande villa met privézwembad in een rustige woonwijk op ongeveer 3 km van Benidorm, richting de thema- en waterparken. De villa ligt aan een binnenweg dus heeft geen doorgaand verkeer.
Dit goed ingerichte en uitgeruste familiehuis heeft vijf slaapkamers (3 tweepersoonskamers en 2 tweelingen) met 3 badkamers en een grote woon / eetkamer. De volledig ingerichte keuken is voorzien van koelkast / vriezer, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine, waterkoker, enz. Er is een overdekt terras om buiten te eten en het beschikt ook over een buitenbar met barbecue en houtoven.

De woning ligt op 2500m2 omheind terrein met onderhouden tuin en bomen, met groot zonneterras rond het zwembad.
Wi-Fi beschikbaar.
Op het terrein parkeerplaats voor meerdere auto's achter de elektrische poort.

Wonderful house , everything we needed

10 family and friends stayed for a week in the villa, it had everything we needed and bob went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed, we didnt leave the villas more than twice as it was so lovely, we will book again in the near future

Our first family holiday abroad

We were mesmerised when we arrived, the photos on the website did not do it justice . It was amazing, very well equipped, pool serviced regularly, quiet , not too close or too far to town. Within the villa there was plenty of room and space for adults to relax and at times when needed to chill out on your own. Thank you so much it was definitely a holiday we as a family living 100,000 miles apart will never forget.

Fabulous family villa

When we arrived Bob was there to welcome us all and give us all the information we needed for the week. The villa was fantastic had everything we needed for a family stay. The pool was cleaned throughout the week. There was a lovey big outdoor BBQ that’s fully equipped which was lovely. So many different places to sit and enjoy our evenings in together as a family. I would highly recommend this villa to any family the pictures really don’t do it justice. Thanks you for such a fabulous stay 😊😊

Great Villa

We have had a lovely time in the villa the outside space is great which is what we really wanted. The pool is great and cleaned regularly with lovely sun loungers and outdoor kitchen. The property is very Spanish in style, maybe a little dated but it was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need for a 2 week stay. I would say the only down side was the fan situation two wasn’t working when we arrived but Bob the manager came straight up to bring us replacements. A few of the fans could do with an update we did end up buying an additional two from the supermarket for €38 each which made our stay a lot more comfortable without these we would have found it impossible to sleep. Being from the UK we are not use to the heat! They was however worth every penny. The villa is in great location if you want to stay out of town but still have access if you want it. It was a little far for most of the party to walk however one family member did and it took him around 50 minutes - 1 hour each time. Taxi are easy to book costing on average around €13 each way. We did have a little car between us for supermarket runs but you could easily do this via taxi. Bob the host was great and was happy to answer all my questions before we arrived he even went shopping for us before we arrived as we arrived late at night.

Très bien

Belle propriété bien située. Bob est très sympathique. La clim serait un plus pendant la saison estivale. La connexion internet par Box sim n'est pas utilisable mais cela nous a permis d'être déconnectés.

Lo hemos pasado muy bien

El sr. Bob, muy servicial y amable. Atento a cualquier necesidad. La casa está en un buen sitio. Muy grande y con todo lo necesario para cocinar, etc. La zona de la barbacoa (ahí hicimos la vida los cinco días) muy bien preparada. Y la piscina magnífica. Eso sí, la casa ya tiene años y precisa de algunas reparaciones en las instalaciones. Muy recomendable.

Maison spacieuse, extérieur très bien avec piscine et tous accès d’une grande commodité.

Grands espaces de vie, tout le confort y est, et tout fonctionne ! Notes négatives ; - De part sa grande mitoyenneté avec le parc Terra Narura, nous avons été durablement accommodé par les cries des otaries (aussi bien à 4h qu’à 6h du matin les premiers jours et même le soir vers 22h). - Le surpresseur pour la distribution d’eau fait beaucoup de bruit et occasionne de la résonance dans les pièces mitoyennes (1 chambre au rdv et 2 chambres à l’étage) dès lors qu’il y a un besoin d’eau. Ce qui est particulièrement désagréable lors des chasses de toilettes la nuit ou au petit matin. Grande disponibilité et écoute du gestionnaire. L’entretient de la piscine est fait consciencieusement et discrètement. Les accès routiers sont pratiques.

Parfait

Villa conforme aux photos sur un grand terrain dans un endroit calme et arboré. Nous avons privilégié la cuisine extérieure et la pergola parfaite pour notre bande de copains et la piscine évidemment, et tous les transats mis à notre disposition. Pas de luxe dans la villa mais c'était parfait pour nous, literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Merci à Bob pour l'accueil et la communication.

Villa Las Hoyas

El alojamiento era el reflejo de lo que aparecía en el anuncio.LA casa estaba muy limpia.El menaje de la cocina era muy extenso y no nos faltó de nada.El trato con Bon fue muy cordial y totalmente profesional . Todo funcionó perfectamente por lo que no fue necesario recurrir a él en ningún momento aunque se ofreció desde el primer momento. La zona exterior es estupenda y que la casa tenga todo lo principal en la planta cero es estupendo. La piscina muy limpia y cuidada y la zona de bar con la barbacoa , el horno de leña y la nevera , un acierto.. El único aspecto negativo es que hay un parque de atracciones muy cerca y cada día a las 7:00 en punto empezaban con las tareas de limpieza lo que implicada un ruido muy molesto de maquinaria.Al dormir con las ventanas abiertas nos despertaba. Quitando este inconveniente, la casa es muy recomendable para ir pasar unos días.

La Villa est atypique et très jolie, le coin est calme et jolie. Bob, la personne qui reçoit lors de votre arrivé est très sympathique et toujours a l’écoute ainsi qu’a disposition en cas de besoin. Je recommande cette propriété.

Esta muy bien

Esta muy bien la zona muy tranquila, buena comunicación el gestor muy amable la unica pega es que falta aire acondicionado aunque haya ventiladores y una de las duchas era pequeña, ya que iba con personas mayores y ha sido un poco complicado ducharlos por lo demas esta muy completa en utensilios de cocina, bastante limpia, amplia. Esta muy bien la recomiendo

Very enjoyable stay - lovely villa!

Las Hoyas is a lovely villa,very well equipped and perfectly located for exploring Benidorm and the local area. The booking ,check- in and departure process were efficient and Bob ( manager) was very helpful. This place is ideal for a group of people wishing to spend time together in the Benidorm area. Would recommend!

Très belle maison, très bon accueil et le gestionnaire de la maison est très disponible et intervient tout de suite en cas de problème. ( disjoncteur à rétablir). Seul petit bémol; la maison est proche d'un parc d'attraction et le bruit la journée est un peu dérangeant. De plus la climatisation serait un plus, pour éviter les moustiques. Sinon, le séjour s'est très bien passé. Un grand merci à BOB , le gérant, qui a toujours été là pour nous accompagner. Stéphanie, Maud, Stéphane, Fabrice.

Zeer complete villa, geweldig ontvangst, prachtig zwembad, dicht bij alle voorzieningen, 7 minuten van strand. Geen mañana mentaliteit. Kortom geweldig genoten!!!
