Mooie villa met privé zwembad, verschillende terrassen en een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. Het huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, is onlangs compleet gerenoveerd en modern ingericht. Gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, op slechts 800 meter van Playa Burriana, het belangrijkste strand van Nerja waar u tal van bars, restaurants en winkels vindt.

Via een privé-parkeerplaats die bij het huis hoort loopt u via een trap van ongeveer 20 treden naar de hoofdingang. De villa is gebouwd op 2 verdiepingen. De woonkamer heeft grote ramen en er is een open keuken met een grote eettafel en stoelen. De woonkamer heeft airconditioning en biedt toegang tot een ruim terras met tafel en stoelen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle moderne gemakken en op dit niveau zijn er 2 aparte slaapkamers (beide met airco), een kluisje en een doucheruimte met toilet.
Boven vindt u een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden (beide met airco) en nog 2 badkamers met douche en toilet.
Het privé zwembad van 7 x 3,5m is omgeven door terrassen, ideaal om optimaal van ons fantastische klimaat te genieten en uitgerust met ligbedden, parasols, tafel en stoelen, hangmat en een stenen barbecue. Er is ook een trampoline en dart spel, spelletjes en speelgoed.

Gratis internet via fiber optics, voor de TV zijn er velen Nederlandse kanalen, 2 km naar het centrum, 500 meter naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt en 300 meter van een bushalte met regelmatige verbindingen naar de stad.
Roken is niet toegestaan in de villa. Dit huis is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

We waren met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Heerlijk huis met voldoende ruimte. Schoon en prima bedden. Enige minpuntje is dat je niet in de buurt van de bbq kunt zitten om te eten.

Lovely villa

We had a wonderful stay at Chiminea. There were 9 of us, including 3 young children. The villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and the villa suited our needs perfectly. The pool was large and beautiful and the addition of various pool toys was very welcome. The kitchen was very well equipped and the various outdoor spaces really made our holiday. The area was very quiet and felt safe. The younger members of our group found the walk to Burianna beach and Nerja town straightforward. The older members used taxis. The owner was a delight to deal with. We hope to return in the future.

Fabulous

Villa Vincent was every thing we could have wanted, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and well equipped for a relaxing family holiday. Our host Debby answered all our questions promptly and gave us information about lots of lovely places to eat. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return 👍

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum und auch die Lage ist super. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in circa 30 min zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit Debby lief reibungslos und wir haben noch einige Tipps von ihr bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊

Lovely house. We will certainly stay here again! Unfortunately, the day we arrived, Spain shut down as a result of Covid 19. We spent out shortened stay at the house trying to arrange a repatriation flight. Hopefully, try again next year

Ferien in Nerja

Alles sehr schön! Terasse mit Pool im Februar bis 16Uhr in der Sonne, beste Wanderlandschaft in der Nähe, Supermarkt und Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Angenehmer, großzügiger Wohn - und Essbereich.

Nice house

The house is lovely and well equipped. The area is quiet and not too much traffic and it just takes a couple of minutes to walk to the Mercadona where you find all sorts of groceries. 3 separate bathrooms is nice if the house is full of people. To get to the nearest beach you just have to walk down the road but afterward, you have to walk back again and it is very steep. If you are in poor condition you will need a car to get up and down from the beach.

Fantastic villa

I stayed for a week in this villa with my friends. The Villa was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. It was in an extremely private area with no one looking over the outside area. The villa had everything you need inside and the television had many UK channels if it is required. The Villa was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is a hilly area and there are many steps at the villa so no suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Debby has already stated this. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend the property.

September short break

Stayed for a week and wish it could have been a month. Had a wonderful time with my daughter and her boyfriend. Lovely spacious modern villa. Location perfect for access to the beautiful Burriana beach and only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Nerja.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was in the house. The children loved the pool, games, hammock and the trampoline. In walking distance to the beach , bars and shops. A great holiday.

Fantastic Family Villa

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chimenea. It was clean, modern and well laid out. Worked great with our 6 kids and was a short walk away from beach and restaurants, which totally made the holiday. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, but speaking to the owners they have plans to add an option for heating; which would make a big difference especially in Spring. We would definitely go here again.

Fantastisk villa med bra läge

Detta är en jättefin och rymlig villa med en fantastisk fin uteplats och pool. Villan har ett bra läge med gångavstånd både till Burriana stranden och till centrum och den ligger även nära en stor livsmedelsbutik. Debby som äger lägenheten är jättetrevlig och svarar snabbt på ev frågor

Beautiful Villa in a fantastic location

Villa Vincent on Chimenea was honestly more than we could have hoped for. In a peaceful area, it has a lovely pool and several terraces overlooking countryside with plenty of sun beds and different seating areas to enjoy. There is a lovely outside dining area just above the pool. The interior is modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. All four bedrooms are spacious with cupboards for your belongings and the three bathrooms are modern & contemporary in design. The kitchen has everything you would need and the lounge area is comfy with a tv that shows all the regular UK freeview channels. It’s very kid friendly too, there is even a selection of games on offer plus an outside darts board and a trampoline with safety enclosure. Ours loved the villa....especially the pool!! The location is great, a v short distance from a good supermarket and just a 10 minutes walk down the hill to the glorious Burriana Beach with all its lovely restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It’s a really good area and the beach is one of the best we’ve been to in Spain. It’s a short drive (you can walk it) to Nerja centre. Lovely winding streets, great tapas and Balcón De Europa is definitely worth a visit. Frigiliana, a stunningly pretty white town in the hills above Nerja, is just a 12 minute drive from the villa. The owners Debby and Simon were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They had even put some very welcome beer and wine (plus essentials including milk, butter, soft drinks, etc) in the fridge for when we arrived!! They were also flexible about our arrival and departure time which was a huge help. Definitely recommend this villa. All in all it was one of our best ever holidays - the area is really lovely and the villa is fantastic. Just wish I was still lying by the pool with a cold cervesa in my hand!! Thank you Debby & Simon - we will definitely be back!

Perfect place to relax

We stayed at the villa during spring and enjoyed every moment of it. We were a group of 2 couples with 4 kids and the villa had enough room and facilities to keep us all entertained. The house is a stone’s throw away from a well stocked supermarket and walking distance to a lovely beach. Debby was very communicative before and during our stay. The hosts are very friendly and courteous people who were also understanding and flexible with checkin/check out arrangements. All in all, we would highly recommend this gem of a place.

Ik heb toerisme gestudeerd en vind het fijn om mijn gasten een persoonlijk welkom te geven zodat zij zich thuis voelen en optimaal van hun vakantie kunnen genieten.
