Home heeft alle impactvensters zodat u en uw gezin met een gerust hart kunnen ontspannen. De hoofdslaapkamer is prachtig gemeubileerd en heeft een kingsize slaapkamer, een kamer met een queensize slaapkamer en een slaapkamer met twee tweepersoonsbedden. Livingroom heeft een queensize slaapbank voor familie en vrienden die een bezoek brengen. Moderne keuken met granieten werkbladen uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt.
Slechts 2 mijl afstand van het wereldberoemde strand van Marco Island! Je loopt op witte zandstranden en zwemt in warm golfwater, en misschien zelfs een speelse dolfijnenshow! Daarna kunt u genieten van adembenemende zonsondergangen en romantische wandelingen op het strand. We werden meer dan vijfentwintig jaar geleden verliefd op Marco Island toen we op vakantie gingen met onze kinderen en droomden van een dag in dit paradijs wonen. Nu zijn onze dromen uitgekomen en hebben Marco Island ons fulltime thuis gemaakt. Ons bedrijf is familiebedrijf en wordt geëxploiteerd, zodat u altijd rechtstreeks met de eigenaars te maken krijgt en niet met een verhuurbedrijf. Alle belastingen, schoonmaakkosten en toeristenhuur zijn inbegrepen in de prijs, geen verrassingskosten. We willen dat onze gasten genieten van dezelfde prachtige ervaringen die we al jaren op Marco Island hebben gehad! Marco Island Beauty

The house was as beautiful as its pictures. The pool was 89 and perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The house was spotless. Ray and Grisel are wonderful hosts and there when needed. We would definitely rent it again.

Amazing property and very quiet neighborhood

This was our first trip to Marco Island and won’t be our last. The house was beautiful, well maintained and spotless! The heated pool was enjoyed by all. The neighborhood is very peaceful and located close enough to anything you would need while staying here. Will certainly look to stay here again in the future! The instructions left in the guest book were clear and concise.

Stunning property!

I had questions for the property owners a couple times prior to our stay. Each time I received a response, within minutes. When we arrived, the property was absolutely stunning, pool was beautiful! My favorite spot was the Adirondack chairs on the top step of the pool! The property was perfectly located for our stay. We had everything we needed. A couple in our group went on a bike ride with the bikes in the garage. It was a great stay, everyone loved it. We will be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect

We loved this house! It was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable and very well equipped.The beds were really comfortable as was the living room furniture. We appreciated the TV’s in the bedrooms. Very centrally located to everything on Marco Island and a perfect house to stay in!

Absolutely wonderful!

We have stayed at this property for many years and it is always impeccably clean. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a tropical storm at the beginning of our trip but the owners were super accommodating and we were super grateful to them. Another Amazing Stay

This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as we remembered from two years ago! The owners are wonderful and the house is perfectly equipped. We have stayed in quite a few vacation rental homes throughout the country and this is probably the best when it comes to cleanliness and having everything you need. I also like to mention that it’s a joy that they don’t give you a mile long list of things you must do before you check-out. We will always leave homes clean and tidy before we leave, but the last thing you want on vacay, is to feel paranoid about a book full of to-do’s. We are a family of three, our daughter being 10. We brought most of what we needed, but totally didn’t have to. They have a fully equipped kitchen with good quality pots, pans, appliances, foil, plastic wrap, etc.. There are tons of pool toys (for all ages), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, etc. Also, tons of towels! One of our favorite things about this house is that the guest bathroom leads out to the pool, so you don't have to worry about wet swimsuits going through the house. The privacy of the backyard is wonderful. This is the perfect Marco vacation home. We can’t wait to come back again!

We spent a wonderful five days at their home. Everything about our trip was wonderful. The house is beautiful very well-maintained very clean and in a beautiful spot. It was our first trip to the island and we definitely plan on going back and hopefully renting from them again.

Relaxing getaway with Family and Friends

This was an amazing property and perfect for our party of 6.The home was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, etc. Lots of towels and pool toys as well. The outdoor living space is beautiful! The homeowners live close and were very responsive! We had the privilege of meeting them and thoroughly enjoyed our short visit. They take great pride in their property and take care of their renters throughout their stay. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Property!

This property is as advertised. Huge kitchen, great master bed/bath and very nice secondary bedrooms/bathroom. The highlight of the property is the enormous lanai with heated pool nicely equipped with plenty of furniture, lighting, ceiling fan and pool toys. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.

We are a retired couple married over 43 years. Our three siblings are all married, two beautiful daughters and a handsome son. Blessed with eight grandchildren. My wife Grisel grew up in Freeport Long Island, NY. I grew up in Union City, NJ. We both moved to Miami in the seventies and are now living our dreams in beautiful Marco Island paradise. We would vacation in Marco Island with our young children and always comment on how great it would be to live here. Here we are living happily ever after. Dreams do come true.
