Gelegen in de rustige en privé gloednieuwe vakantiehuisgemeenschap van Calabrië Westside, deze 3032 m². Huis werd gebouwd in september 2011 en voor het eerst gehuurd in januari 2012, 6 slaapkamers vakantiehuis beschikt over 4 grote slaapkamers allemaal met 40 "LCD TV's. Twee zijn king kamers met ensuites en de andere zijn king en queen kamers. Er zijn ook twee kinderkamers met twee eenpersoonsbedden en 24-inch lcd-tv's met dvd-spelers. Alle kamers hebben een plafondventilator. Buiten is een overdekte Lanai met ventilator aan het plafond en op het zuiden gelegen zwembad met spa die op prachtige behoud steunt. Binnen is er een uitnodigende woonkamer met een 55 "LCD HDTV en Blu-ray-speler, naast een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met een Keurig 2. 0 koffiezetapparaat en een formele eethoek. De begane grond heeft ook een speelkamer met een pooltafel, air hockey en een vrijstaande videogame-machine met zestig klassieke spellen! Boven kunt u genieten van meer gezinsplezier op het hok met een 46-inch LCD HDTV, Blu-ray-speler en Xbox 360 en ook hi-speed gratis draadloos internet. Gelegen op 6 mijl van Walt Disney World Gates, 20 mijl van Universal Studios, 15 mijl van Sea World en dicht bij veel restaurants, winkels en supermarkten. Tampa Bay ligt op 60 mijl afstand met een Hard Rock Casino en Busch-tuinen, NHL Hockey, MLB Baseball en NFL Football. Evenals vele stranden langs de Golf van Mexico. Richting de Atlantische Oceaan is Kennedy Space Center en Cocao Beach en ligt op 120 km.

Perfect house, great location.

House was superb...fit us perfectly. The pool was great as was game room. All the bedrooms and bathrooms made it so easy for all 7 of us. Could of had more stay without a problem. The owner was on top of everything and great to work with. Hope to stay there again!!!

Amazing property!

This is the best vacation home we’ve stayed at in Kissimmee and we’ve rented a lot. We’re a family of 7 with 5 children and they had the best time. The house is very clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the pool area is amazing. Well stocked with everything you need. Felt like home while on vacation. Highly recommend it! Very close to all Disney parks!

Family pre cruise stay

Stayed two nights prior to cruising out of Port Canaveral - family trip 6 adults and 5 children ages 10 months to 12 years. House was perfect, super clean and kitchen well outfitted. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!!!

Christmas vacation

Family celebration

A perfect location for easy access to all the Disney parks which was brilliant. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. Pool was lovely especially after a long day exploring.Brent was excellent. He provided a clothes airer within 24 hours! Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this very spacious property. We all had a fabulous stay.

Nice house!

Nice house. No frills but clean and the bed was comfortable. Games in the garage were a fun addition. Pool/hot tub could use a little cleaning. Hot tub water was hazy and the sides of the pool had a little bit of black mildew. Overall it was a nice house for the price and we’d stay there again.

Anniversary Trip

We had four couples. The house was extremely nice. The hottub was very hot, exactly the way it should be. The pool was very nice probably will need a deep cleaning before long but doent take away from anything. The communication was very prompt and easy. They let us check in early. I will definitely recommend this property and will use again.

Plenty of Space for All!

We had 5 adults and 9 kids and needed a place on Spring Break to stay in the Orlando area for a few days as we stopped do a day at Disney. This house was perfect for our group. It is very spacious. Plenty of beds, we didn’t even use one of the rooms there were so many. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Loved the private pool and hot tub and fun games in the garage. Living Room/Kitchen area was perfect for us all to hang out together. Plenty of places for everyone to have dinner. Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and back. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent in the future! Brent was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok during and after our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable family home

The house lived up to expectation, our family enjoyed staying here. 6 adults, 7 kids, lots of space for everyone. The home was very clean, exactly as described. Our host, Brent, was very responsive to questions we had. The checkin with pin pad code worked perfectly. The neighbourhood was quiet, great to take a walk and close to amenities needed. Wonderful home!

You couldn’t ask for a better vacation home than this!! All you need and want in one property. Plenty of space for all in your party. Beautiful pool and hot tub and nice quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is my trip was too short! Don’t hesitate, this home is perfect!

Expectations met.

Perfect location for a Disney vacation, just minutes from Magic Kingdom. This home offered large spacious bedroom’s for every couple and themed bedrooms for the kids. After a day at Disney World there is nothing better than to soak in the hot tub and pool. With close proximity to shopping and a variety of restaurants and fast food outlets this location provided everything our family needed.

This location is perfect. It is a small community and very quiet and away from any highway noise. Yes, you can hear Disney's fireworks every night! Still it is so close to the parks and to the variety of Florida activities. 6 miles to Disney gates and just over an hour to the great beaches at the Gulf of Mexico! There is so much to do in the area that you will have to come back again one day!
