The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• This condo provides one parking spot in the garage. Guests will receive a payment invite via text and email for the QR code. Please note that this process is managed by the HOA, not Grand Welcome. Additional overflow parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.
