We're delighted to have you with us! As a mid-sized corporate accommodation provider, we offer modern, professionally cleaned, and well-equipped apartments with off-street parking. Located within 15-20 minutes of the city by car, our apartments are conveniently close to public transport and within walking distance of shops and dining options. Plus, we provide tax invoices for all stays.

What to Expect During Your Stay:
Self-Check-In:Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with easy-to-follow instructions provided before your stay. Check-in at any time that suits you between 3pm and 11pm!
Security Deposit:If stated on your booking page, we take a hold on your credit card upon check-in. This is only a temporary hold and is released at check-out, provided no costs have been incurred.
Parking Facilities:Our off-street parking is mainly suitable for small to medium vehicles. Some locations offer limited undercover and secure parking for larger vehicles, as stated in our listings. Street parking is also available at all locations.
Laundry Facilities:Shared laundry facilities are usually located in a separate area within the building, not inside the apartments. While most facilities do not have dryers, we provide folding clothes dryers and clotheslines in each building.
Housekeeping:For stays less than 14 days, optional housekeeping includes a full clean, fresh linen, and consumables top-up (starting at $143). For stays over 14 days, mandatory housekeeping is provided every 14 days, with fees: $143 (1 Bed), $178 (2 Bed), and $215 (3 Bed).
Linen & Consumables:We provide two towels per bedroom, one hand towel, and one bathmat per bathroom. Additional linen is available upon request for a fee. Our welcome and consumable packs are designed to last until you can shop for your own items and are not replenished during your stay.
Air Conditioning/Heating:Air conditioning is available in living areas and in some bedrooms. Generally, the air conditioner can cool/heat the entire apartment. Some properties have additional heating ducts in the bedrooms; please confirm before booking.
Chat-Based Customer Service:Our friendly customer service team is available exclusively through chat from 7am to 7pm. We typically respond within a few minutes during these times. Please note, we do not offer phone support.
Noise Policy:Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am. Some noise from neighbours is possible. For light sleepers, earplugs are included in our welcome pack. Please check reviews if noise is a concern.
Smoking & Party Policy:All our apartments are non-smoking and not suitable for parties or events. If you are booking for a party or plan to smoke, your booking may be cancelled immediately, and heavy fines may apply.
Visitor Policy:You are welcome to have up to 2 visitors who are not on the booking, but they must leave by 10 pm.
Pets Policy:We accept certain pets ONLY at our limited pet-friendly properties. There is an additional cleaning charge of $180 and an additional charge of $30 per night per pet.
Cancellation Policy:To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will be refunded 50% for all nights. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued. For stays of 28 days or longer, guests must cancel at least 28 days in advance. Booking alterations, whether before or after check-in, are subject to the same rules. If a guest does not arrive by 11:00 PM local time on the arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be released, and any pre-payments will be forfeited.
