SO MUCH FAWN is a log cabin surrounded by mature trees that is less than 1 mile off of Hwy 259, making it a convenient location to all of the activities in and around Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake.

Guests must be at least 22 years old to book and are also required to sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for a Security Deposit which is $500.00 for this property. Great Escapes Homes uses an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez and will provide guests a link to the rental agreement and security deposit after booking. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay.

This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. Bringing of pets without approval will incur a pet fee of twice the normal rate, charged to the security deposit held for the booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 16 people for this property.

So Much Fawn
This cabin was so cozy and perfect! Walking in was so warm. There were Christmas wreaths on the door and a Christmas tree already lit and up with soft jazz playing on the TV with a Christmas theme. It truly got us into the woodsy comfy spirit of family. The kids loved the bunk game room. Definitely a hit! The back porch was massive and all the things to do for the kids and adults alike were just perfect! We shared Thanksgiving dinner there and the long table was also Perfect! Definitely recommend! The spot was in the dark dark woods and the stars could be seen to eternity!!!

Best yet!
This was our fourth year visiting Hochatown. This house was the best, most practical house yet. All on one story no upstairs, and every room having their own door outside was great! The four kids we had ranging from 5-10 were so entertained with all the stuff in their room, that they did not even play with any of the toys we brought. There is plenty of room to park and turn around our boat. They graded the road to the house this week, and is so much better than many of the roads up further north towards Hochatown. The house fit all our needs and was fully stocked. We do not see a need to look for any other house in our future stays.

The kids bunk room makes this place! Also it being one story was incredible for little ones so you dont have to worry about stairs or anything. Super quick response time if any needs arise as well!

Winter stay
Our stay at Just for fawn was really special. The cabin is full of great family friendly amenities and the best part is the kids bunk room that features a slide. We made fires and played in the hot tub to stay warm. The fireplace in the living room is awesome, it warms up the whole cabin. We also enjoyed exploring the woods around the back of the cabin. Also, the Blackstone grill on the patio was a life saver. Overall great stay.

Beautiful stay!
This cabin is so beautiful and fun! The kids loved the bunk room and the slide provided countless hours of enjoyment. Outdoors is full of activities - cornhole, foosball, a mini putting green, fire pit, playground, and the list goes on. Great location!

AMAZING Stay!!!
Our family vacations in Broken Bow every year and this is hands down one of the BEST properties we have stayed!! It met everyone in my families needs and wants. Our communication with the property owner was the BEST! My niece and nephew's absolutely loved the bunk room and all the games/activities the house offers. Highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing DFW Getaway
Very nice. Definitely recommend. We loved how everyone had their own restroom. The kids loved the slide in their area. Rooms are spacious. It was a wonderful location for us going to Broken Bow Lake. Great DFW Tx getaway spot. Will be back. Thank you!

Family Board Game Weekend a Success!!
So Much Fawn provided spacious and comfortable rooms, an incredible kitchen with every pot, pan, dish and utensil we needed plus 4 bathrooms which was greatly appreciated for our crew of 13 guests. The outdoor area was beautiful and had so much to keep us entertained. We cooked together, played board games, ventured on a walk, relaxed in the massage chair and truly enjoyed each other's company. I wish I could give a higher rating! You will love this place and want to figure out when you can come back!

Amazing
Me and my family had an amazing time at this cabin. Every single detail was thought out and fit all of our needs from the playground to the Blackstone and the fire pit. This was definitely one of the best vacations we have had and I look forward to coming back very soon

So Much Fawn
Very clean residence with ample ampunt lfbspace for my famoly and I. Everyone had a great time. The highlights of the cabin were the outdoor patio and slide for the kids im the bedroom. Thanks again for having us! My family will never forget this trip!

Great stay
Great house for the whole family! We enjoyed the fire pit in the back, definitely bring your own firewood because the local vendor is very expensive..The bunk room and playground kept the kids entertained and happy.. We also used the big screen in the main living area to do some gaming, we loved the extra seating.. The house has a very nice cozy feel and we soaked it in.. We would say here again!!

So Much Fawn. Simply Amazing Family Cabin!
Absolutely one of the best family cabins available. Never a dull moment. Some many great features for all ages. The best back porch and back yard setup we have ever experienced. Every aspect of the rental is top notch!

We were only there for a quick family get away but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Literally do not need to even leave everything is there for you. The kids had a blast. My dad even thanked me for the weekend. We will 100% be back.

Beautiful family friendly new cabin
The slide was a hit with the kids. Bunkroom was roomy and kept the kids entertained for hours. We loved the coffee bar setup that included a lot of coffees and creamers. Overall nice and easy stay for multiple families. The kitchen had a lot of tools and appliances which helps because we cooked all weekend.

Amazing Family Cabin
The photos of this cabin looked amazing, but they don’t even compare to how cool the cabin is in person. It feels very large and spacious. They had everything we needed from toys to cookware to a nice coffee bar. The only downside we had was the weather which made the outdoor play equipment not as accessible, but it would be perfect in better weather. The slide in the bunk room was so fun for the kids and they loved the LED lights on the bunks. I highly recommend this cabin and will 100% be back with my family.
