Perched up on the 20th floor, the condo showcases sweeping views of the Gulf, beach, pool, and palm-studded resort grounds. A private balcony spanning the length of the condo offers the perfect perch for morning coffee and sunset cocktails alike.

Highlighting pleasing coastal decor, the interior features a bright, uncluttered living space equipped with all the comforts of home. Plan and prepare family meals with ease in the updated full kitchen, equipped with gorgeous counters and all-new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. In the evenings, relax with family and friends while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV.

Shores of Panama is a renowned, 23-story resort with grounds that include a beautiful Gulf-front pool, a heated indoor pool, hot tubs indoors and out, two tropical bars, a full-service spa, a gym with a sauna and steam room, and private access to the beach. Some of the area's most popular attractions - Ripley's Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, to name a few - are within blocks as well.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.

Phase 1: Initial Construction Period

• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.

Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact

• Dates: November 25, 2024, to February 25, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.

• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.


Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $85 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with up to six pool wristbands and one parking pass. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the on-site HOA.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 20.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
