Excellent Stay

Thank you to Sandra & Walkiria for making our stay better than I could have anticipated! They were beyond accommodating and helpful with our party’s requests. The service was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here again in the future :)

Best weekend ever!

We couldn't have asked for a better weekend. The staff and house manager Walkiria were absolutely incredible and made sure our stay was perfect. The house was somehow even better than the photos, and the chef cooked us incredible meals every day! We can't wait to come back here already. Thank you SO much!

Fantastic Place and Great Location

8 Guys on a golf trip, fantastic accomodation, property manager Walkiri was great and very attentive, house chef, butler and maid were exceptional. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Friends and family

Wonderful house to gather and spend time with family and friends. The house staff was lovely and inviting. Villa manager was easily accessible and helpful with all the trip details. Great location with quick cart rides to the marina and beach.

Great home base for a golf trip

Great large house right on the Dye Fore golf course with ocean views. The staff was accommodating to all our needs including making last minute reservations. Walkiria the house manager was fantastic and a great liaison for all things Casa de Campo!

Five star rating for this property. While the house could use some updates, it did not matter because the site is beautiful and perfectly located to reach anything at Casa de Campo within 10 minutes by golf cart. Better still was the staff. The house manager could not have been more responsive or helpful. The rest of the staff — cook, maid, butler and gardner — where all friendly and super accommodating. Suffice it to say, we luxuriated. There are many choices of properties at Casa de Campo but know you can trust this one to be excellent.

Best house experience I have had

The staff, from our house manager to our concierge, were the best we’ve experienced. The house was a perfect setting for 16 people to come together to celebrate a milestone birthday while still giving everyone the space they need to enjoy some quiet time.

This property is amazing beyond well kept and amazing staff. Walkiria made our trip seamless and took care of everhthing. Incredible

My group of 11 friends had the most unbelievable time. Would recommend doing the drink plan and having meals at the house -- the food was fantastic. The staff at the house will go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. The photos do not do this place justice. Everything was 5 stars and my group was very very impressed. Special shoutout to Walkiria for taking such great care of us and Alexis + Fior for the wonderful service and food. Can't wait to come back.

The Best of All Worlds!

Let me start by saying that this was our first time at Casa de Campo and staying at a VRBO (or any non-hotel) location. My trepidations were immediately put to rest by the comprehensive and clear communications of the owners and house manager, Walkiria! Walkiria acted as our concierge before and during our trip and made everything straightforward and easy. The staff was attentive and friendly. Most of us don't speak much Spanish. Fortunately, one of my sons is fluent and that made communications easier, as the on-premises staff spoke little English. That said, Google Translate was a major help, fun to use, and as a result, communications was very smooth. The property is modern, beautiful, and comfortable! It felt like staying at a small private hotel! We spent most of our time in the outdoor living area with a large, inviting pool and jacuzzi, overlooking a hole on the private golf course. The villa was well located, close to Altos de Chavon, and the Marina, the two locations that have most of the restaurants and shopping. But take our advice and have as many home cooked meals prepared to your specifications as possible, served by a very strong and professional team. Fior, the cook, is fantastic! I wish I could have taken home the aromas coming from her kitchen! We highly recommend this location and ownership team, and look forward to coming back to CDC soon!

Amazing Villa and Staff

We just got back from staying a week at this beautiful Villa! We were a family of 15 ages 12-89. The Villa is even better in person and it felt like you were at your own private resort! The 4 staff that took care of us were amazing and we felt like they were part of our family by the end of the trip. All of them went well out of their way to make sure our every need was taken care of. All of our meals were wonderful and we barely went out because of that! We were able to use Google translate so we could communicate well with the staff. They made our stay truly amazing and we felt so blessed! We had some issues with the new management company, but the owners are addressing those issues. Overall, this was a trip of a lifetime and it was better than we could have imagined!

Tropical Oasis

The house is nicer in person than it is in pictures, very spacious and private rooms as well as beautiful waterfall sounds and stunning vies of the golf course. The staff was amazing, super attentive and professional! Thank you specially to them for making this stay so wonderful!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!

My friends and I had the most wonderful experience with Claudia and at Las Palmas 22. For months leading up to the trip Claudia helped me coordinate and organize every aspect. When we needed an accommodation like early check in, she said no problem. Once we arrived at the house it was truly pure paradise. The entire staff from Fior to Alexy were welcoming, kind and incredibly attentive. The house is spectacular and the listing almost doesn't do it justice because it's impossible to capture in a photo. A magical vacation from start to finish!

Unforgettable birthday celebration!

Wonderful property, perfectly located. Claudia , the hostess was great at helping me plan my birthday celebration. We have stayed at various properties in CDC but the staff in this villa was exceptional, very attentive. The food was amazing and they even tried to teach us how to dance bachata. Cant wait to be back!

Wonderful getaway for a big group

We stayed at Las Palmas 22 the week of June 6th. We were 4 families, totaling 17 people. The layout of the house was perfectly suited for us with plenty of bedrooms for all. We took the short golf cart ride to the beach each day and then came back to the house to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The staff took excellent care of us and we had dinner at the house each night. We are looking forward to planning our next trip back!

Highly Recommended

Maria our contact was great. The staff was really nice and accommodating, and the property was fantastic. The setup of the house is such that even though we were 8 couples with kids it did not feel crowded at any moment. Worth every penny. The only hair in the soup that some people might find is the association fees, which are quite steep. But Maria was upfront about them from the start, and quite frankly, is something that is out of her hands. But she will try to accommodate you. Fantastic experience.

Beautiful home, nice villa staff but unexpected fees!

Everything was perfect except for having to pay ridiculous per day per person to just be on the property after paying a lot to rent an 8 bedroom villa. The registration fee has absolutely no benefit. You still have to pay for the fitness center on property, adult pool side chairs etc. Absolutely nothing is included with the registration fee so basically just more money for resort. After going back through my contract, the registration fee was mentioned in plain print. It should have been in bold and spelled out during initial reservation request. The registration for my family of 4 for the week was HIGH! Ridiculous!!!!! We were also not greeted at villa to show the property, introduced to staff and shown amenities of property. We had to find everything ourselves My group, which included 5 families, will not be returning. This is not a reflection of the staff on property. They were very nice but there was a big language barrier so we used a lot of Google translate but we made it work.

Wonderful Family Celebration

Our trip to Casa De Campo was fantastic. The house was amazing and the staff was top notch. They treated us like family and carefully attended to our every need. The beach club, marina and village were beautiful and easily accessible by golf cart. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Our priority was to have a villa with ocean view and next to a golf course hole.
It's also well located : 5 min from the Marina, 10 min from the Beach and Altos de Chavon and 15 min from the Resort.

Although we added a lot of pictures, it's not showing how beautiful this villa is.

All the credit goes to the architect who create something unique. Please find a snip of an article published in the "Casa de campo living" magazine in 2009.
This villa was designed by the Arq. Francisco Feaugas. It was also featured in the 31th issue of the Antillean Arquitect Archives (AAA). This villa has been praised for the variety of materials used, the complex level of design and its impeccable finish. This villa has numerous intricate and unique features, such as river stones, hand-picked and cut, a beautifully landscaped garden and a majestic fountain at the heart of the villa, in it’s own central courtyard.
The main wall that seperates the house from the exterior and traffic, makes this villa instantly recognizable and one of the most intriguing villas in Casa de Campo. The wall was designed to resemble honeycomb – with diamond shape ‘windows’ allowing natural light in and air to circulate. The construction of this villa, was one of those projects, which constitutes a real challenge – with a beautiful lot and a beautiful view, it is truly stunning and admired.
