Dette moderne strandhjemmet er kalt Casa Solana for sitt lyse gule eksteriør. Det ligger i en blindgate og gir privatliv og ensomhet for den perfekte familieferien.

1770 Ensenada Siete administreres profesjonelt av Paradise Beach Homes.

Trapper fra den åpne carport fører opp til inngangspartiet og inn i hjemmets lyse, åpne konseptplanløsning. Stuen har vakre skinnsofaer for mange sitteplasser. Kjøkkenet er stort med god arbeidsplass og frokostbar. Spisebordet ligger foran Gulfside-bildevinduene for å puste utsikt under familiens måltider. Dører fra stuen fører til en romslig dekk med unik arbor for skyggefull uteservering. Resten av dekkområdet har rikelig med solskinn og trapper som fører rett til sanden.

En gang til venstre for inngangsdøren fører til to soverom og vaskerom. Soverom 1 har to queen size-senger og eget bad. Soverom 2 er vannkanten med king size-seng og eget bad. Soverom 3 er oppe og er en stor mester suite med doble dører åpning til en privat Gulf side balkong. Dette soverommet har en king size-seng, samt en dobbel sovesofa med tvilling trille. Det enorme mesterbadet har en dobbel forfengelighet, hagekar, separat toalett med bidet, overdimensjonert dobbelt hode innglasset i dusjen og et stort walk-in-closet. Soverom 4 og 5 ligger også oppe. Soverom 4 har to fulle senger, stort skap og eget bad. Soverom 5 ligger ved sjøen, har en king size-seng og eget bad.

Dette hjemmet er det klassiske strandhuset som tilbyr alle et perfekt sted for hvile og avslapning. Nylige oppgraderinger inkluderer en 60-tommers flatskjerm-TV i stua og eierne har erstattet alt teppe med vakkert fliser, og hjemmet gir nå fire leggede familiemedlemmer opp til 35 lbs.

Everyone appreciated their own bath and found the sleeping experience quiet and private. Access the the water was immediate and all enjoyed strolling the sunny days. My biggest criticism was an oven which ran about 30-40 degrees cool and impacted everything I cooked. Disappointing doesn’t measure my complete frustration, it being Thanksgiving week.

The only disappointment was the coffee pot didn't work (wrong size pot) and the refrigerator leaked water all over our food. The kitchen was missing some basic things like large mixing bowls, ample kitchen towels and oven mitts. The grill is very old and small for a house this size. The dryer took two cycles to dry. The bedrooms were perfect and the house was very clean and roomy. Overall we had a great time and would return.

Great piece of Beach
Nice house with great AC and well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable each with own bathroom. The only slight downer is that this house seems to be the nearby neighbor renters go to for others to access the beach. Nearby renters even knocked on our door to ask if they could walk under the house to bring their beach stuff. We rented this house for privacy but others can't help but notice the beautiful view from the street and sure do walk thru. Did not bother us much or prevent a great beach trip. Highly comfortable house!!!!

There are a few changes that would make the house more functional for large families. First in a house that sleeps 20, having only one refrigerator is not enough to store food for that many people. Love that each bedroom had is own bathroom but hated there was no half bath on the main floor. We had family members staying in nearby homes that came daily for the beach and the bathroom issue was an inconvenience that the two bedrooms with bathrooms were constantly in use by our guest.

Family Vacation
This home was perfect for our family. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The location for us was for what we wanted quiet, basically a private beach. Enough space to gathering together for meals and hanging out.

I had a small wedding on the beach and reception under the carport and everything was so nice. the house exceeded our expectations. communication with front desk was great and they even messaged me and allowed me to check in early as well as gave me a cute little wedding gift. the area around the beach home in April was nice and overall pretty quiet (so perfect for a beach ceremony). the neighbors on the right side were so sweet as well. overall I plan on coming back for another vacation here. The only thing I would have negative to say is the address of the property doesn't match up with what the street signs and GPS shows- not a big deal just be mindful.

The plumbing definitely was not updated. We had issues with two toilets, dripping sinks & terrible water pressure. Master bedroom had blind issues...some were missing and others did not work. There were roaches in the kitchen and not sure where else that we did not see. This property is not work the price and we have stayed at many properties in Pensacola Beach.

Big Family Vacation

Great Beachfront House
Pictures are exactly how the house appears. House is fantastic, great views, great direct beach access to nearly private beach. No major complaints at all. House is fantastic and location is perfect. Grill needs thrown out and a they need a new one. Doesn’t get very hot and takes forever to grill meat. Property is used as beach access for people looking to get to beach. Several beach goers wondered directly under the house to get to the beach. More annoying than a problem but just be aware. Overall, this house is a 10/10 and we’d stay here again without question.

Great house
Great clean house. Perfect location right on the beach. But we should have been told that house construction was happening right next door. Every day, construction noise like beeping of bobcat woke us up at 8:00. So no vacation sleep ins. Not to mention the obstacle course backing out of the garage around trucks and trailers. Not cool not letting us know!!!!
