The first floor is bathed in natural light and offers a spacious living area with a fireplace, a piano, and two large king sofa beds centered around a 65-inch smart TV. This level also includes two additional bedrooms, each with its own TV, and one with access to a private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, modern bathroom, and a second Euro-style laundry with a dryer complete this floor.
