Excelente prédio, localização e apto. Muito bem equipado. Dois pontos a serem mencionados: achei a cama bastante dura e pouco confortável, e o check in é muito cedo, às 11h, sendo que 10:57 a diarista tocou a campainha para limpar.

O apartamento é excelente, espaçoso, confortável, o que deixa a desejar é o isolamento acústico. Tive problema no check in. Houve um problema no APP de acesso e fique 40 min esperando no lado de fora do prédio. Sugiro que procurem uma forma de liberar acesso dos hóspedes de forma rápida quando acontecer problema técnico

Great experience in Florianopolis, I spent one night there to go to Porto Alegre and unfortunately didn’t have enough time to use the pool, but the flat itself was amazing, with a nice area with restaurants and live music downstairs in the nearby building, I highly recommend the place
