La struttura è in ottime condizioni, sulla pulizia qualche perplessità, siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e la stanza era stata preparata con due letti invece che con 4, noi avevamo prenotato e pagato per quattro. Ci hanno dato cuscini e lenzuola e gli altri due letti abbiamo dovuto farceli da soli, e così abbiamo trovato sotto il letto a castello molta polvere ed anche un vecchio tubetto di dentifricio. La mattina dopo abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza, la polvere e il tubetto sono rimasti al loro posto e probabilmente saranno ancora lì. Per il resto la struttura e la colazione sono buoni.

Great stay overall and would recommend.

Overall had a great stay. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)

Im Ganzen war unser kurztrip hier sehr schön… es gab jedoch Kleinigkeiten die uns gestört haben. Nach dem Einschecken haben wir unten gemeldet dass uns Teller fehlen. Diese sollten dann vom Housekeeper gebracht werden. Dies haben die Angestellten nicht hinbekommen… und dass andere was uns störte war das Bett… Klar das es härter ist hatten wir bereits gelesen… aber dass es 2 Einzelbetten aneinander geschoben waren hat uns gestört. Das ist für mich kein Doppelbett oder Queensize Bett

Tolles Frühstück!!! Wir waren 2 Nächte - 2 Kinder/2 Erwachsene…Zimmer sind klein, aber es ist alles da-voll ausgestattete Küche, wenn man das braucht. Zimmer wurde in den zwei Tagen nicht gereinigt. Umgebung ist abgelegen, allerdings sind einige Geschäfte in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen.

Preisleistung war für München gut. Betten waren uns zu hart und zu schmal. Sehr schönes Bad und die Küchenzelle eine super Idee zur Selbstversorgung (haben wir nicht gebraucht)

Schönes Wochenende in München

-Check-In Terminal: nicht alles war selbsterklärend; aber sehr hilfreiches und freundliches Personal hat Abhilfe geschaffen -Zimmer war wohl noch ganz neu; die Decke noch nicht fertig gestrichen - hat uns nicht gestört. -Während unserer Abwesenheit hat sich die Spülmaschine von selbst eingeschaltet und der Wasserzulauf war undicht, so dass wir mitten in der Nacht als wir gekommen sind, den Boden voller Wasser hatten. Personal an der Rezeption hat uns Handtücher zum Aufwischen gegeben. Als Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten bekamen wir das Frühstück für unsere Töchter kostenlos. Das war eine sehr nette Geste. -Preis-Leistung völlig ok

Wir waren zu viert für eine Nacht (DFB Pokal) dort. Unsere Panorama Suite hatte alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Wir brauchten allerdings nur einen Bruchteil davon. Die Dachterrasse ist im Sommer bestimmt super, aufgrund der Außentemperaturen haben wir nur kurz draußen gestanden und uns die Umgebung von oben angeschaut. Das Hotel wird (so vermuten wir) gerne von Jugendgruppen bzw für Klassenfahrten gebucht. Es waren sehr viele junge Leute da. Trotzdem sehr ruhig und auch beim Frühstück war es sehr angenehm. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet ist groß, da sollte jeder was finden was ihm schmeckt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die gute ÖPNV Anbindung können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall für einen Städtetrip empfehlen.
