Recently stayed for 10 days. The property is in a nice location and the interior was very nice. Gym, pool, and restaurant were all good quality and well maintained. The complex was generally quiet, though a bit louder on the weekends. Overall, recommend staying here!

Perfect location!

Stay in a very spacious, clean 2 bedrooms/2 bath just across the street from Governor Beach- perfect location! Very safe. Management- very responsive including providing new towels and hair dryer on request. Laundromat available. Also dining option just opened for dinner now during our stay if too lazy to go out. Definitely stay again!

Excellent place very central although not beach front. Although it seems is recently built and opened I would suggest to clean elevators floors more often understanding still under finishing touches of construction I will definitely stay there again

This properly waa amazing, very beautiful & quaint. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The Villages cafe dtaff was amazing with recommendations on where to walk, eat & shop. Everyone knew & greated me by name. I had conversationw with them on a daily basis. It eas great seeing their familar faces daily. I had breakfast & lunch here everyday of my stay. Victor constantly checked on me to endure I was good.

A few things missing in the unit as it’s still in the opening phase, wine glasses, would recommend an ice machine in the hotel, room service took the dish towels away without replacing them, just small details. Overall loved it and are rebooking.

Fantastic location (2 minute walk to beach). The staff were so pleasant and helpful and the cafe was excellent. Off the charts excellent in cleanliness! The beds/pillows were sooooo comfortable. We were in a 4 bed/bath apt. Four suggestions I would make: 1) Have a supply of folding beach chairs available for use/rent at the property you can carry to the mile Beach. 2) have some throw blankets available for getting cozy. 3) The couch/seating in the living room should be a little more plentiful. If we had a full apartment we would have been fighting over seats. 4) the couch/seating could be improved by being much more comfortable. These 4 things were not bothersome as we didn't spend much time hanging around the apartment! We are already planing our next trip to Grand Cayman and we certainly plan on staying at Governor's Village.

We (family of 4, 2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed here Dec 22-29; overall very safe, quiet, and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and very close to 7 mile beach. the grounds are very clean; As it just opened there were a few things that could be improved; -No towels by pool, need to use your shower towels; -There was no safe in the rooms; -There were no vending machines for snacks or toiletries and on site cafe closes at 4pm, -In the rooms there was no coffee/tea- while they did have coffee makers/kettle in the room, short stay guests would not go and purchase coffee filters and coffee for such a short stay; tea would also be an easy offering -There are no basic kitchen/cooking items available such as salt, pepper, sugar; -Elevators broke 3 time during our stay; they did have it repaired quickly but still a minor inconvenience as we were on the 3rd floor. -Upon arrival, the smoke detectors in our room were malfunctioning requiring maintenance -There were no tvs in bedrooms, just one in the main living space but there are outlets on the bedroom walls to accommodate this so it looks like this was not ready for occupancy; -There were no mugs in. Our unit, so even if we had purchased coffee and tea, there was no way to consume it; -we did not pay extra for housekeeping and so no garbage was removed all week; a bit of a hygiene issue; we were also told we had to speak with management about getting new towels as we did not have the housekeeping service
