Great apartment in wonderful location

The apartment is in a great location, really new and modern, the staff is professional and helpful. The storage service is just great! The only small minus that in case you want to check in earlier you need to pay 15euro

Was very cool, just some big noises very early from the bars under, and on the photos we saw a bog room ,whoch was in fact really small and the bed had to make the "cama plegable". The bed was very hard like a rock... we have Back deseases and that was really hard to sleep on.. .but the r3st was great, there were one coffe for each of us which was really nice of you.

Great location, modern and would recommend

Very clean and comfortable in a good location on the square. 10 minutes walk to the Mosque or Alcazar. Starbucks underneath is useful. Also some good cafes close by. Note most close on a Sunday, but not Starbucks. Could use extra pillows. Welcome pack was a great touch and left luggage lockers. Bed firm which was ok although not preferred. Photos are accurate as on their listing. Would recommend and would definitely use Libere again.

Beautiful apartment hotel, sparkling clean, kitchen was fully equipped with plates, cookware, nespresso machine, and hot water kettle, plus fridge, stove, dishwasher and laundry washer/dryer combo. Pull out sofa bed was very comfortable. Nice view of the city from the 5th floor. They have luggage lockers - if you arrive early, you can drop your bags off instead of at the train station or somewhere else. Centrally located, lots of things to do around, 15 minute walk to the mezquita, puente romano, and other sights. Staff was so friendly and supportive. You will need your phone or access to data/internet - use the app, it’s pretty clear and direct to use, and makes life easier.

Really pretty looks brand new apartment building turned into rooms for rent. Getting the room key code had to be done via some online link, so for someone who might not be best in english or technology it might be a bit of an issue, but all in all took just two three minutes to get the key. The room was clean and pretty, there was a small gift package left with some chips and coffee, which I don't drink and too bad no kettle and tea. The hotel is in city center few minutes walk to the mosque/church and all other prime locations.

Great location, good layout (301). the little sad notes....it has a washer/dryer but NO iron /board. The trash can in the bathroom is useless at it location since the lid is jammed between the toilet and the cabinet. beside that... I'll definitely go back to it.

Good location with a great view from the room overlooking the square. Good apartment with everything we needed except an iron. Easy walk to sights and not noisy even though we were in the busy city centre. Two issues - I hate logging in self scanning passports taking a selfie etc and typing in dates of issues etc etc etc in the lobby. Fortunately, a member of staff was on hand to help. Second - the fire alarm went off at 1am. Some of us waited outside in the street for 30 mins, I'm sure others stayed in bed. A member of staff came and switched off the alarm, but no emergency services attended. It's a tower block building, a real fire could have had terrible consequences. We received a very apologetic email the next day, but still a bit of a concern that no fire brigade or police came.

En general muy bien, solamente para acceder es complejo, en nuestro caso llevábamos carriola, cuenta con unas escaleras que te conducen hasta el elevador, mismo que al llegar no funcionaba, cuenta con un ascensor al ingreso para silla de ruedas pero no funcionaba, sin embargo, por la ubicación, las instalaciones (habitación) y lo confortable si es recomendable.

No tienen buena comunicación con el cliente, no resuelven. Necesitábamos pedir un taxi y no ayudaron. Necesitamos dejar nuestras maletas y no tenían espacio. El acceso con maletas no es sencillo. El lugar está limpio y céntrico pero definitivamente el servicio al cliente es de lo peor. No lo recomendaría.
