Great location, nice apartment - bigger than a regular hotel room, full kitchen, seperate bedroom. No front desk clerk, but otherwise felt like a nice hotel! It was too cold to take advantage of the pool, but it looked nice! And the cute enclosed private balcony was a nice addition to the room. All in all, great sty.

The property is very beautiful I love the interior setup especially in the units it its a beautiful place to stay… many restaurants in the area, grocery, liquor store, pharmacy, bank just about everything that’s needed. Airport is less than 20 mins away. It’s a perfect place to get away.

Pictures look significantly nicer than what the actual place is. Not a bad option but nothing to be impressed about. We requested if we could check in 1hr earlier because we had a funeral service to attend to, we were denied. Quite the opposite ended up happening, we got there at 4pm and cleaning crew still needed to mop the floor.

Apt was new and spotless. Property was being renovated and messy. Elevator worked sometimes. They subjected me to an unusually high precheck inn which was complicated. Parking was assigned spots, mine was taken most nights.

Clean, pleasant, wifi issues

Trip was booked last minute as I was evacuating the Tampa area due to a hurricane. Very difficult time paying through their online system and no way to pay upon arrival as no actual front desk. Finally able to pay, arrived late in the night. Room was ready, clear instructions given in advance. Clean and nice space. Liked that it was an apartment space and separate room for myself and my child. Full kitchen area, no dishwasher. A bit noisy due to the king bedroom being right next to the parking lot/road. Also people working on the elevator for 8 hours one day and this was very loud. Biggest complaint or issue was with the wifi for the Roku tvs. Would work for a few minutes then buffer or stop working all together. Continued for hours. Communicated via message to the booking people, very responsive, even called me. Ensured it would be addressed the next day. Seemed to work ok for a while the next day, but still had issues. Maybe not a big deal over all, but having a young child that wants to watch tv does make it challenging. Pleasant experience overall for the circumstances to which we were there.
