Overall the stay was okay but……. Receptionist mumbled and was difficult to understand. Went to make a coffee and there was a chunk missing from the glass pot. Hot tub jets did not work - so looking forward to it. No separate cubicles in the cubicles - anyone going to the toilet could see everything. Slippery floors in changing room. Whilst we knew there was a resort fee to pay we feel the items covered she’d be included ie Wi-Fi, car park etc.

For being one of the cheapest properties in the area for last minute booking (most hotels were full), it was a good deal. The hotel staff was great. The room was really clean. One issue is that there are kitchenettes, so the smell in the halls was awful (food smell). Once we shut our door, it was okay. Sound isn’t the greatest either. Would recommend a sound machine. We had an issue with the shower and had to switch rooms and they gave me a choice of three rooms and were very nice.

Very mediocre room. No water in the room, no housekeeping, cheap bedding, uncomfortable pillows and the cheapest toilet paper one can buy. Shuttle was also frustating. Long waits when coming off mountain and a tracking system that was unclear as it didn't let you know which vehicle to track.

Good location in that you have a free shuttle to anywhere during your stay, and close enough to get to base in 5 minutes. Close to grocery and a 24 hr gas station. Sad that the place is so run down and not kept up with. The pool and hot tubs were great but the game room was very bad. My kids didn’t even want to play in it. The hotel room was spacious but nearly everything was run down. Old dirty silverware in the kitchen, drawers & cabinets that don’t shut throughout. The shampoo/soap dispensers were either empty or broken. But they made up for a lot of things in other ways and I’d stay again especially if it was on the cheaper side. Allowing pets and a larger fridge, and oven/stove is a huge plus.

Nice quiet place to stay, close to many things. The hotel was older but kept up and clean. We didnt use the amenities as we stayed just 1 night to enjoy the HotSprings. Staff were friendly, with plenty of parking, affordable studio with beautiful mountain views, was definitely worth the price. We would stay here again!
