Needs a refurb!!!

A few years ago we stayed at weston vacation village the apartment was lovely. This time we stayed at bonnaventure vacation viillage in sandpiper 2. The apartment was very dated and looked tired. I was very unhappy with the apartment and felt the cost of 960 dollars was over the top for the standard of the apartment . There was a interconnecting door from our apartment A to apartment B and you could hear every siingle word from the occupiers of that apartment. I wouldn't stay there again. If you choose to stay at vacation village insist on staying on the weston village and ask for osprey or crane apartments ,

Nice location and nice stay!

Our room was great and we enjoyed our stay. This was after a 5+hour drive due to Hurricane Milton. But once there, the 4 day stay was great and we'd probably stay there again.

This property moved me from one room to another and I continued to have problems the entire stay. I stayed there October 24-28, 2024. The first room did not have air conditioning in the unit and I was waiting for the a/c to come on and it didn't. I moved at 3am because it ws unbearable to stay in room that was 78 degrees. I was unable to open the windows as well because there are no screens in either of the rooms. After I was moved to my second room across the hall, there was NO hot water. I ran the water for a while and waited and still nothing. I had to shower and get ready in the dark and get ready in the dark because the light switches didn't work in the bathroom or in the hall adjacent to the bathroom. It was only a 4 night stay and I was pretty miserable the entire time. I booked this place because it was nostalgic and I use to visit a lot with my family but it was really disappointing

Hotel appears a bit dated. Furniture was very old. Bathroom sink is for a midget…very low. Room was spacious and had all the basics needed. Provided coffee, but ONLY for 1 cup, not even a whole pot. Resort was ok, but it needs some work and updates.

Property was fine...pools looked great. But...It’s really a 1990s timeshare. We were very thankful to have this option with the hurricane, but wouldn't choose it otherwise.
