We stayed here for 4 nights as a family with a 4 year old. The location couldn’t be any better, with the Duomo literally around the corner! Easy access to shops and plenty of places to eat as well. Supermarket just next door and felt really safe. The apartment itself was lovely with all amenities as required. Good communication with the office via WhatsApp and nice and spacious.

In the heart of the city

In the perfect location if you love been right in the city centre, 2 minute walk to the Duomo. Apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and bedding, furniture and decor in good condition just requires curtains that fit the windows in the lounge , very bright lights outside so if sleeping on the sofa bed it is bright at night. Interior corridors, are a bit shabby on arrival but apartment lovely. Service was exceptional from booking and through our stay, attentive and informative nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend and definitely would return.

Loved how big this property was, it was very unexpected and it looks exactly like the photos! It was clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect, literally 2 minutes from the cathedral. Loved the staff they were very helpful and gave us lots of information about Milan! Would definitely stay here again :)

Great apartment in the heart of the city

I confess to being slightly nervous about the lack of communication from this property prior to our visit, but this couldn't have been further misplaced. We were called prior to our arrival to arrange a convenient time to meet, and from there the experience proved to be effortless. From the friendly telephone calls to an extremely friendly and proficient arrival our visit was effortless. An excellent property in an outstanding location only improved by great customer service. I cannot rate this highly enough!

Bed bugs!

Everything was absolutely fine about this apartment, central, very comfy bed, everything working fine - apart from the major downfall that it had bed bugs! My friend and I are both covered in them after staying for only two nights. Is a shame, as everything else was fine. Been a week and the bites still not going away.

APARTMENT HAD FLEAS,FLEAS, FLEAS,DONT USE THEM

FLEAS, FLEAS FROM THE DOG KEPT IN THE APARTMENT NEXT DOOR, I COULDNT STAY THERE, I BOOKED AND ANOTHER HOTEL I INFORMED THEM I WAS LEAVING AND THE PLACE IS UNINHABATABLE AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY, THEN WOULDNT TAKE MY CALLS. I TRIED TO NEGIOTATE WITH THEM,THEY WAITED TO I LEFT TOWN AND THEN AND REFUSED AGAIN. DO NOT!! USE THEM THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND THE APARTMENT HAS FLEAS,

Spacious family accommodation in central location

Lovely, spacious apartment in Central Milan. Met promptly by Andrea who showed us round the apartment. One thing to note: the heating is set for those visiting from countries warmer than Italy. If coming from somewhere colder, would be a good idea to ask for the heating to be turned down for your arrival. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as is the Duomo.

Nice apartment, clean and friendly staff

Nice apartment right in the centre of Milan, 5 minutes walk from San Babila. Very easy access from Linate Airport via bus n73. Staff was there when I arrived just before 12pm which was before check in time. They showed me around and explained everything whilst the cleaner was finishing the room. The only negative were the heating which was on all night. The staff did say that it was hot but did not explain that it was going to be on all night and there was no way to switch it off. The other negative was the shower with intermittent hot water.
