The hotel has a reception that is nothing like what they show in photos. The room, the floor was very dirty, the Super bad mattresses and the sheets to cover were very dirty. They don't clean you either and if you want extra towels you have to pay extra The only good thing about the place is that it is close to the Places. Main in Rome

A nice apartment close to the major sightseeing spots in central Rome and 15 minutes of walking away from Termini Station. Very good pre-visit communication, reception and service by the staff. Many dining options nearby. Highly recommended.

Overall a decent stay. The room seemed a little older than in pictures. The beds were a little firm, but something you notice when traveling to Europe. The location was perfect as it was central, but just outside of heavy traffic and tourism. Everything was within a reasonable walking distance or easy uber ride. Anything provided in the room is all you get; toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning, etc. so if you use it all in the first day you must get your own. They provided us extra toilet paper as a courtesy, but standard said we had to buy our own. No room service, but we anticipated ahead of time. The rooms were spacious and overall a nice stay for the money.

Quiet and nice area within walking distance of the Colosseum. Apartment was adequate for a family of 4 (two kids) and the property recommendations for dinning in the area was spot on. Check in and out process was a breeze as well.

Clean, tidy, well equipped and very central to everything you need. Brilliant starting point for all the main historical location like the Trevi, colosseum, fort, Pantheon and the Vatican. If you like walking this is the apartment to stay in It was perfect in every way for our stay as we love walking. wherever you stay in Rome you will have to walk if you want to see all the main historical sites, and this is midway pretty much for them all

Property is out of tourist district but easily walkable to those areas. We loved being in a local neighborhood where shops and restraunts are local. The staff are so nice. We arrived earlier than checkin time and they were happy to hold our luggage so we could tour city. The AC was good! We didnt like the beds, very uncomfortable, shower controls in both bathrooms were hard to get a contolled water temp with and you have to dispose of your trash and based on their directions to the trash bins, we never found them. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated , but the rest of the apt was alittle shabby(holes in curtains, broken floor tiles, etc) small things! We had a 2B/2B and overall it worked for our group of 2 couples.
