Great location hotel in the middle of Chatswood for food and shopping. It’s still modern. Could be a bit cleaner though as there was dust on curtains. Loses a star only because It’s also very loud and noisy in the morning during school days as it’s right next a school and they use loud speaker announcements in the mornings.

Excellent location, great staff. Cleaning and servicing issues due to staffing and suppliers during this covid period. I imagine this is the same for all hotels across Sydney. The staff were really wonderful and did their very best to rectify any issues timely and diligently. Just need to have patience during these times as expect there to be issues. The rooms are still clean and modern. Good and Easy parking for cars.

Fantastic Location and Service

Reception was top rate with Kelly. We love the location and the service given. Only the mattress seems too soft and since we stayed for more than 2 weeks, we all suffered backache as a process.

Back to boarding school trip

2nd stay at Silkari Suites and this time in a 5th floor Executive Studio. Superbly clean and new. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good access from the room to the car park, which is useful when travelling with heavy or lots of luggage. The apartment has a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee pod machine, along with the other usual amenities, so great for stays longer than a couple of nights. 2 negatives for me - most of the kitchen equipment, crockery, mugs and glasses, along with the hairdryer in the bathroom, are stored in high cupboards, which I couldn’t reach. 2ndly, the only curtain is a flimsy back mesh, and light shone through to the bedroom, both daylight and street lights at night. Can be overcome wearing an eye mask. Overall, a good place to stay and one of my faves in Chatswood. Will return.

Good location

Good location, close to station and shopping center. Spacious room. Stayed for 7 days, housekeeping missed my room for a day, but generally it was a nice place, will come back.

great apartment with good location

It was a great stay, the location is good, close to the chatswood train station and westfield shopping mall, with variety of restaurnst and supermarkets around. It takes you 25 mins by bus to get to circularquey and Sydney harbor. The hotel has all the necessary kitchen appliances for cooking your breakfast or even dinner. The reception girls are quite friendly and nice. To the airport is a good 35mins by uber and cost around 65 to 75 AUD.
