It was nice stay in a quiet locality. Location is great with nearby tram station and Dirk supermarket at short distance. Had a little glitch on day 1 at checkin which was quickly resolved by the guest manager. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Elise at reception who tried her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Will look forward to staying at Cityden again.

Great place, not great service

I tried to pay for a late checkout and it wasnt offered at all. They said if not out before 12 pm (noon) that there would be a late checkout fee. I got down at 11:59. They charged me 40 euro as a late fee. They had no where for me to throw away my pizza box when i had it with me in the restaurant up top and said i needed to take it with me and find somewhere else to throw it.

Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes.
