The property was fantastic. Everything you could want in a place was provided. The only negative was the hot tub jets were out of order and we would've like to use the hot tub during our stay.

I loved staying here and will definitely stay here again. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed how large the suite felt. I loved everything about it. My only suggestion to make it even better than it already is would be a fire pit. I would give it 6/5 stars instead of 5/5. 😄

Loved the welcome gift treats, the hiking and dining guide, the coffee pods, the decor, comfortable seating options, spacious bathroom and shuttle stop nearby. Only glitch was the South property hot tub was out of order and we had to walk along a busy street sidewalk to use the North property hot tub. Pool was beautiful. The location was perfect to access restaurants and shopping. Shuttle to Zion Park was very convenient

Literally cannot say enough great things about this property and the guest relations manager. They were accommodating to everything and the place itself is absolutely incredible. If you have a big group, this is the place to be. Everything you would need to function as normal was there. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We stayed in Johnson Mountain villa and it was perfect size for our group of 6. Very nice, modern and clean apartment with everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Location can’t be better with so close to the park and shuttle stop across the street. Enough dining and grocery options around. I do think overall this is slightly on expensive side. One issue/warning: We booked via Expedia instead of direct as it was cheaper and saw that we were charged $90 more than what Expedia quoted. After communicating with the property manager, we found out that Expedia forces them to add lower cleaning fees though they charge higher. I find this very deceiving because I was charged $90 more than my quoted price without any communication and ended up disputing that amount. On Expedia, there was no mention that cleaning fees will be different than quoted and I only found out after seeing the charge. So PLEASE BE AWARE that cleaning fees might change and it might be better to book directly with the company.
