En la estancia que tuvieron mis papás mencionaron, que el desayuno fue muy bueno, las instalaciones súper limpias y el trato de todas las personas en las diferentes áreas fue excelente

Good value, eclectic style, awesome location

Have stayed here several times amd each time is a pleasure. Their breakfast is fabulous and prices are affordable. I enjoy looking at all the art and statues located throughout the property. Everyone is very welcoming.

Nos quedamos en una suite, nos gustó el concepto, sin embargo, las almohadas son muy incómodas parecían tener cierta antigüedad, no había cobija/cobertor y toalla extra incluso cuando la reservación consideraba dos adultos y 1 menor. El último día me percaté de que las sábanas eran las de huéspedes anteriores porque encontré cabello largo y rubio y pequeñas pestañas postizas, que por supuesto no pertenecían a ningún huésped. Lo que rescatamos, es la atención y servicio del personal de recepción, restaurante y los caballeros de ballet/botones.

Water would drip from the sink onto the floor, one of the showers would leak out to the bathroom floor. Sheets had a stain and we found dirty boy underwear in the closet.The day of our big event, we got trapped in our room, we couldn't get out, maintenence had to basically undo the whole door and crowbar the door open. 1.5 hours later we got out. This place is affordable but like my kids said "you get what you pay for"

Como dormir "una noche en el museo".

El lugar es todo un museo desde fuera hasta en todos sus rincones llenos de obras de arte. El hotel cuenta con muy buen servicio al cliente desde que llegamos nos ayudaron con nuestro equipaje, la habitacion es pequeña pero tiene todo muy bien distribuido, con su cama kingsize comoda para dormir y relajarse viendo una pelicula en el televisor inteligente que esta ahi. Es muy silencioso. Lo unico que sucedio es que una tarde entro un señor que parecia de mantenimiento, diciendo que se equivoco "era a la habitacion de lado", menos mal habia puesto la cadenita de seguridad de la puerta y eso lo bloqueo. Aun asi yo sali a ver quien era y este se disculpo corriendo entrando a la suite contigua. Quiero creer que asi fue y no intento de ver que podia tomar nuestro si no hubieramos estado ahi. En fin de todo lo pasamos buen momento.

El botones nos obligó a irnos al estacionamiento aún cuando bajé a toda mi familia para subir al hotel; y se entercó que no había lugares cuando le mencioné que solo llegábamos por poco tiempo, habían más de 6 lugares disponibles

Esta descuidada, le falta mantenimiento y no hacen la limpieza todos los días y cuando la hacen la hacen a medias

Falta de higiene y mantenimiento.

Uno de los baños esta a sucio, la cadena de la puerta no sirve, la ventana del cuarto principal no cierra y da a la calle por lo que resulta ruidoso y frío. El segundo día no lavaron los trastes y dejaron tapado uno de los baños. La forma de hacer las camas dificulta mucho abrir las sábanas ya que las meten entre la cabecer y el colchón, hay que hacer mucha fuerza para destenderlas.

La atención es pésima! La primer noche no me hicieron la limpieza hasta las 7 de la noche que llegué y pregunté por qué no la habían hecho y no sabían qué decir simplemente me dijeron que a esa hora ya no había quien la hiciera porque ya se habían retirado! Y al otro día ya eran las 3 de la tarde y tampoco lo habían ido a hacer hasta que les dije que no me salgan con lo mismo porque regresaba yo después de las 7 p.m y me iban a salir con que ya no hay camareras para hacer limpieza a esa hora.. MUY PÉSIMA LA ATENCIÓN
