Great location, very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of criticisms: - We arrived early and were told we would be e-mailed when the room was available. The front desk didn't want to send an SMS as we had an international number (not sure why as they then sent several courtesy SMS throughout our stay) but this never arrived. My wife checked at front desk around 3:30 but was told just to wait for the message. I went to the front desk at 4:30 and was told the room was ready and they were surprised we hadn't been told. It would have been useful for us to have access to the room as soon as it was ready. - Could do with more ski lockers at the Peak 9 side ski-in as these were usually all in use, as were the lockers in the building and in our parking garage. We wasted time walking around the hotel in ski boots (with a tired kid) trying to find somewhere to leave skis and ended up giving up and storing them in our car.

Pleasant condos which are ski in (not ski out)

We had a suite which was clean, comfortable and exactly like the photos. Its described as ski in/out which isn't exactly correct. To get to the slopes youve a walk across the complex (5 buildings) which will include stairs, you ski a short trek to a road, and its a short walk to lifts at beaver run. You can ski back to the property but you still have the trek across the complex. Neither takes long. Its a brisk 15 minute walk downhill into town (a bit longer for the uphill return). There's apparently a shuttle but we got zero information about that, even after asking ... the concierge was more interested in his sales patter about visiting another property!

Hotel was beautiful. Sectioned like condos, but you can buy in. Property and amenities were all clean and well taken care of. Wish main hotel had a bar or gathering place for adults, but did have some prescheduled activities. Convenient to use the shuttle service and easy to use free bus service for area. Check-in and out very easy and well detailed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Good location for skiing. Good selection of amenities and things to do on property. It’s a bit of a walk into town when it’s snowy and freezing but the shuttle service is very helpful. The facility itself is well maintained but the room we stayed in felt dated.

A lovely spot for skiing at Breck. A few minute walk to Beaver Run area. Christy Ski rentals on site which had great people working. Ski out and in — just pay attention to signs on mountain. Hot tubs were lovely. No issues at all. Will be back again next year.

The property was great! It was not right in town but very close and walkable if it wasn't snowing or raining. The transportation bus was great to have but Bunny could have been more friendly. Overall a great place and we would go back.

Property was clean but it was very stuffy, can’t even crack open a window. The neighbors were super loud and when I told the lobby they couldn’t really do nothing about it. One of the windows also cracked which was unsafe.
