Overnight stay for golf trip

Travelled up for golf trip - room was very clean and recently refurbished bathroom was excellent, local pub for evening meal so very happy. Breakfast was OK, bacon and sausages a bit well done and had been kept warm so not at best but overall nothing raise complaints about

The rooms were clean and we were provided with iron and covers. It was a comfortable stay. They could do with veg options for breakfast.

Awful hotel

Staff were rude & unhelpful. Breakfast was awful, cold & overcooked hot choices, and limited cold options. Parking charges onsite even though there is plenty of free parking on the street outside. One of the worst Holiday Inn hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

A stay by a Lighthouse.

Room OK but all the TVs were not working on the first night of my stay. Good shower but the Shower gel had all run out in the fixed container in both the shower and over wash basin. Had to use a loose one in the Shower. My door key had to be reset every day!!

Room not ready after Check in time quoted, requested Double Bed and had 2 singles. No Cups in room for a cup of tea just a Kettle and sachets of tea and coffee, very unhappy customer as booked for a Family wedding, very inconvenient Stay.
