Great Location and Amenities

Perfect for a girls' weekend get-away. Close to CTA station and walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Comfortable and well-stocked with basic necessaries (dishes, cutlery, glassware). Added plus was the roof top terrace we enjoyed on the unseasonably balmy October evening! Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer. We hope to be back.

Gréât location. Gréât amenities for families. Loved having a full fridge and laundry. No replies to questions via suggested app, however, so zero support/contact with a no-staff hotel, so that was the only disappointment. Fabulous stay otherwise.

Arrived to find the unit chilled to 65 degrees and reeking of the world’s worst air freshner (like urinal pucks) that took 3 days to dissipate (it made me wheeze). Warmed the unit by turning on the oven. Bathroom sink clogged with hair. Last day no hot water. Noisy next to the subway. No blackout curtains. Bland and boxy. Made me regret not checking in to a hotel.

We loved being in the loop, and next to the L. Although we had a car, we never used it. We either walked or used CTA. The 4 beds and 3 baths were great for our family of 6, plus the kitchen and washer/dryer in unit were great. We had one small issue, and Sonder handled it quickly.

Hi, it was very nice. Great service. It was a bit loud and really hot in the rooms. It was a little bit of a walk, and the parking was a little ways but overall it was very nice and we would definitely stay there again for our size group. Thank you!

The space was perfect size for the group that visited. We spent most of our time out of the room and mainly used it as a place to sleep. The air units in the bedrooms off of the living room/kitchen would only heat and not cool so it was very warm in those two rooms.

Noisy but good

Windows were drafty and didn't block out any of the neighborhood noise. Some of the bedroom doors don't close properly. Otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Location for being downtown is great. The place itself felt and appeared cheap, including cabinets crooked, bed sheets that felt like paper, no soap by certain sinks, curtains that let in a lot of light in the morning. The place also isn’t very well insulated for sound, luckily our neighbors above weren’t too noisy but given there is nobody on premise to help with anything if there was a situation like that you’d probably be out of luck.

Absolutely love Sonder however at the Plymouth, it is across the street from a federal prison. We received drug and sexual solicitations often. Very scary neighborhood

Pictures of this location are VERY manipulating. This building is very outdated and need lots of foundation work just to close the doors in the rooms. Security guard served of no purpose as the trouble kids stayed outside smoking weed and yelling at eachother. Customer service was good but staff at location was horrible
