We stayed just one night on our way through to a different area on the island and weren't sure what to expect from the star rating however the staff couldn't have been more lovely. We had a shocking journey over from UK with a flight delayed several hours and huge delay collecting our car hire meaning we didn't arrive until after 1am and with two very tired young children in tow we were struggling to park nearby. The bar beneath the apartments was still open however and the lady checked me in really fast and directed me to parking - only 5EUR a day and easy walking. Our room hasn't been set up for 4, only 2, and that was sorted quickly as well as big bottles of water from the bar. We slept ok given the journey we'd had and then had breakfast which was also spot on. They let us check out at 1pm instead of 11am so we could get the kids a little pool time and relax before our onward journey. I think I'd happily stay here longer if looking for budget friendly accommodation in a good location for access and shops nearby. The apartment had some minor items needing attention (headboard wonky, grout in shower needed some attention) but nothing that caused an issue. In fact we were impressed overall with the offer for the cost. We couldn't thank the staff enough for being so friendly and helpful, it made our rough start on the island easier to put behind us.

Fantastic week staying here. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were very spacious and were cleaned regularly and it was in a great location to explore the area. Good value for money and would definitely recommend!

Worth every penny.

We've stayed here before with two kids, now aged 4 & 5. Once again our needs were fully met & a brilliant holiday once again enjoyed by the whole family. For the price this place is a 10/10. While you must always understand you get what you pay for, this is absolutely a budget hotel but well worth every penny,

Spotlessly clean good sized apartment with everything you need for a self-catered break, although there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I imagine in a normal high season there s noise from the nearby pubs and from the karaoke next door, but as we were there in early July 2020 there was barely anyone else there and it was quiet. Nice pool and lounging area.

July break

Great stay, lovely apartment plenty of space and good size balcony with sea view. Very clean and well maintained and short walk of 5 mins to central es cana. Service was also really good, we had a night flight and although our apartment was needed after check out at 11am we were given use of another apartment free of charge which was great. Would recommend definitely as great value.

Great location- beach, bars and restaurants on your door step so far not essential. everywhere clean, pool good, never crowded and staff very pleasant and helpful. The beds (two singles) were comfortable - but the apartments were very dated and would benefit from upgrading.

Good standard of apartment - nice and spacious; kitchen could have been a little bit cleaner and kettle had been cleaned with high perfume product, so used pot to boil water; the rest of the apartment was really fresh. Was a bit noisy, so not for relaxation and peace, but good for fun time; staff were lovely and very helpful. Good local amenities ie shops and eateries. It’s very close to pretty harbour.. night life appears lively.. overall very good value accommodation 8.5/10

Stay here.

We would absolutely recommend these apartments for their size (huge), cleanliness, amenities, and extremely helpful and happy service. The only slight negatives are the matressess, the fact that the baby pool is in shade and therefore cold and the main pool is too deep to stand in if you are under 5'5". However do not let this deter you, these apartments are fantastic for the price and I would take them over 5* hotel room any day.

Brilliant

We stayed for a week after spending a week in San Antonio getting married! Lovely huge apartment, very well equipped with iron, toaster, kettle, microwave, 5 built in double wardrobes, brush/mop, airer and plenty cups, glasses plates etc. Large balcony with full size table and chairs. Room was cleaned every second day, floors washed, bathroom cleaned and fresh towels left. 2 bath towels and 2 smaller but still big enough to use after a shower. The shower is brilliant but the hot water ran out a couple of times after I had been in washing my very long hair so my husband had a cooler shower! Not freezing though and when it's hot weather it's not a drama. Staff very friendly and welcoming, nice bar underneath that does a fab all day breakfast. Quite loud music, though the music choices were excellent! We stayed on 1st floor so were directly above. Bulk of the noise stops at midnight though. Free quality wifi, you have to get log in details from reception which lasts 3 days but you just get new details after this. Great location and Es Cana is a lovely place. Quieter but plenty to do and easy to get to Santa Eulalia or Ibiza town. Would definitely return to Es Cana and these apartments.

Short 8 day stay in May 2017

The apartments are based above Roxy's bar and are centrally based for all of the facilities in EsCana. It is run by Vincent, Angelic and Susie who are fantastic - nothing was too much for them. We had a one bedroom apartment on the third floor which was more than adequate for our needs. It wasn't an issue for us but there are no lifts in the block- just stairs. The bedroom had two single beds, we would have preferred a double, but is was only for a week. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. There was a large kitchen/dining/ sitting area leading onto a balcony. We did not cook in the apartment so I cannot comment on the utensils etc. We only made use of the fridge and kettle but there was a small electric hob and toaster -may have been an oven but I cannot recall. Washing up liquid, dishcloths and tea towels were supplied. There was also an iron but no ironing board - there is a kitchen counter area when covered with a towel is just as good as an ironing board. The sitting area contains a large sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed and a TV. The balcony overlooks the main street and even though it was above the bar, we did not experience any noise. The apartment was serviced three times during our stay. The swimming pool was located at the back of the building and is a sun trap, however the pool was on the cold side but then that it to be expected in May. There is also free WIFI.
