Each condo boasts a fireplace and offers a patio and a private garden. This hotel is already very old. They gave me a small room. The room smelled musty. The pool is terrible! The restaurant is not tasty. I didn't like anything in this hotel! The only plus is the nature, very beautiful and picturesque places. I will definitely never come here again!

Salt your entrance!

We pulled up in front of the lodge and as soon as I got out of my suv, I slipped on the ice and slammed to the ground. They did not salt, sand or rock the road, sidewalk, nothing!! It was a sheet of ice and they did nothing! I have a big gash on my arm and completely ruined my weekend as I couldn’t do the activities. It has been a week and I am still in pain! The next morning AFTER I brought it to their attention, there was salt and gravel everywhere. It shouldn’t take someone getting hurt for you to do what you should have done! This is how lawsuits happen!!

Check in experience was terrible. We waited in our car with our stuff way beyond check in time. They stated there is no guarantee 4pm is the check in time and could go all the way out to 6pm. Never notified when room was ready via text as yet indicated. Had to check in at the front desk numerous times and by the fourth time just to find out our room had been ready. Just to find hairs in the toliet, smelled like dog pee and curtains broken.

We stayed in a “Lodge Room” (not AT the Lodge, so be careful when booking to clarify if you want to stay IN the lodge). The Keurig was broken the first morning, so that was a bummer—Rude Front Desk girl told us to “buy a coffee and charge it to the room”, so she could comp rather than just allow use of the Keurig there. Coffee Shop was still closed at 7am, so…It ended up being a bigger deal than it needed to be. We were located across the parking lot from The Cove, which was EPIC!! We LOVED the amenities, including a water tube slide and grill with snacks and drinks. Everyone there was so professional and kind!
