Great location and concept in the City Centre

Noli is a great serviced apartment complex with additional amenities such as a TV lounge, gym and communal kitchen. The studios are comfortable with washing machine and decent kitchen materials. The only thing that lets the property down is you only get one pillow, which is not supportive and the bed isn’t great. If they invested in these, this would be an absolutely perfect place to stay for both long and short term. Loved the TV lounge and meeting some of the residents who lived there. Perfect location, excellent WiFi and a nice view from the 6th floor. The roof terrace on the 7th gives a great view over the city. Would stay here again!

The apartment was lovely. Very modern & had everything we needed. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. Our only complaint would be the position of the sink in the bathroom, however apart from that, I would recommended this place to stay at as it walking distance from the train station & the main shopping area.

Finland v England

We went to Helsinki for a football match. We stayed at the noli for 3 nights. It was self check in. (we went to the wrong one at first that was next door) we aventually found the right place. This place was very good. A small apartment with all amenities you need and comfortable and clean. I Really enjoyed it here and it was ideal for a couple. You get free use of the gym and sauna and also billiards. The nearest tram is only one minute away and the city center can be walked to in ten minutes and Harbour in ten minutes also. I would stay here again if in Helsinki and recommend it.

Very nice place to stay in Helsinki, very close the Cathedral and Market Square. I would certainly recommend using the hotels sauna and jacuzzi as it’s inclusive in the price.

Excellent location, great size apartments and the common areas (lounge/rooftop terrace etc) were great. Comfortable beds. My only feedback would be the floors in the rooms needed a proper clean with a mop and some odour eliminator in the fridge may be useful!

This is 5 minutes walk to the main harbour square. Location wise it’s brilliant. There’s a grocery store nearby and the facility has optional parking. I like aparthotel type facilities and this was a good find. So good that we returned to stay here. Would recommend.

We love aparthotels. It’s easier than normal hotels as we like our own food and breakfast. The standard suites are great. Have own job, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Has a nice bathroom section with a washing machine. If you have small kids would be careful with standard suite as has steps as a potential hazard, but we like it. We also had parking included in our package which was nice. Area is good - walkable to market square on 5 mins. Has good outdoor sauna nearby and a k-market around the corner. Would stay again.
