Excellent location. Stunning views. Friendly and helpful receptionist. The only slight downside was the noise from the liftshaft which was adjacent to one of the bedrooms in the apartment we stayed in.

We absolutely loved the apartment. Or balcony had the most amazing view! The apartments are in an amazing location, everything is within walking distance such as beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. We will definitely return in the future. Very good amount of space in the apartment. Beautiful views. Very nice people running the place. The apartment could’ve been cleaner the shower needs bleach. The beds were small and hard other than that. It’s a wonderful place. It’s a three star not a four star.

Ideal location, unfortunately we were in the room directly above the Chinese Restaurant, so we were woken every morning at 7.45am by loud banging from deliveries. Receptionist was very good, we were given the option to move onto 4th floor, but this overlooked the road rather than the sea, so we declined.

Loved our short weekend break here. These apartments are in an excellent location. Tammy was very helpful and friendly.Check in was easy even though we arrived late and no one was on reception instructions were good and key retrieved no issues. Our balcony was a good size with a good view. Apartment was comfortable and clean will definitely stay again . Loved Palma Nova

The best things - the view and Tammy at front desk

The view is simply breathtaking, we had room on 6th floor plus the balcony is enormous. Small kitchen helps, even though we ate out. Very spacious 1-bedroom apartment, neighborhood is lively, a bit noisy, busy until late, if you have your windows open instead of airconditioning. Tammy at reception gives great tips what to see, plus I needed something printed and she did it on the spot with big smile on her face. She has best English I've heard here in Mallorca this week.

Not worth the money paid

The bathroom was disgusting with black mold on the walls. The shower initially wouldn't drain. It was remedied, however the shower was not cleaned. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies myself to clean the apartment so that we could use it and not het sick. The beds did not have sheets that covered the mattress completely leaving me to go and purchase sheets to cover the mattress so we weren't sleeping on an uncovered mattress. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The apartment had a beautiful view and is in a fantastic location. Unfortunately that didn't make up for the lack of cleanliness.

This was one of the worst properties in Mallorca I stayed at (I stayed at 4 in total). Aside from the balcony view, don't bother staying here. The property was not cleaned, there was dirt, sand and dust throughout the apartment. There were stains on everything - the sheets, sofa, towels, table cloth etc. The kitchen had an awful smell. The beds were terrible quality and need to be replaced. The airconditioning is in the lounge and doesn't help with the back bedroom. There was also a lot of noise in the backroom from people coming up and down the stairs and the neighbours partying. We ultimately decided to move mid-stay. When we complained about the state of the apartment, we had no response from the owner and they refused to refund us our money.

Reception area; lovely, clean, modern & well lit. On arrival, check in went well. We were glad the property had a lift-it was needed! After travelling we wanted to shower. Immediately noticed the shower head holder was broken. Alex fixed it 3 days later & the shower was roomy, full flow & easy to use. We had a studio apartment; the view/space wasn’t great & no upgrade available. It was ‘okay’ & we had everything required for our 2 week stay. If we wanted fresh sheets/towels we asked & it wasn’t a problem. The living area sofa bed wasn’t comfy to sit on, we had problems with the TV but overall the apartment was clean & well equipped. The beds are really clean & comfy. Tammy was brilliant, approachable & went the extra mile sorting our transfers home. Any other staff we happened to meet were always lovely. A fantastic location & I’d suggest people always book the sea view. Despite looking onto the street the area was fine & any street noise wasn’t a problem. Although, I did have a great time watching the thunderstorms & heavy rain. Security is good. AC was great! Lots of things to see & do in the immediate area & if you’re unsure about anything; Tammy is so helpful. We are returning to Palma Nova next year & considered these apartments again but decided not to. This is not a reflection on the apartments/staff, its only because of our age & some serious health conditions that we have booked more regularly serviced accommodation. We had a fantastic time. Thanks Tammy & all.
