Great stay, some of the bathrooms in the suite had issues, like one of the tubs was cracked,it should have been replaced. Not all bathrooms had hand towels, the pool tiles in areas were cracking etc. but overall the property is great and would stay again.

Blue Beach Tower Spacious 2 Bed

Area is very nice, things are nearby. Main road is one way and gets jammed up alot. Hotel is nice, we had a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious, but we also ran into washing machine that didnt work properly, hot water didnt work properly. Staff was excellent, Dilip and Farhan were great.

When I first arrived for check in, I was told my reservation had been cancelled and they did not have a room. After showing my confirmation of the reservation I waited around 10 minutes for them to arrange a room. Our room was a bit disappointing, as there was no king bed as requested, only 2 twins pushed together, with separate duvets. Also, room was advertised as having ironing facilities, but nothing was available in the room. No milk or coffee creamers available for the coffee. Lack of electric sockets for hairdryer and phone charger. I had to plug the hairdryer into the extension plug of the fridge in the bedroom which was not ideal, and unplug the bedlight to charge my phone. Minimal towels provided and no facecloths supplied. The location was excellent and sadly the view was obstructed with building construction, but otherwise the staff were friendly especially Alvin the Concierge.

The apartment is spacious and well designed to have a sea view. However, the checkout time is 11 am which is not normal as all hotels have a checkout at 12 and every hotel I been in before usually gave me up to 1 or 2 pm for checking out. However, this hotel is not flexible at all and they refuse to let us stay even up to 12. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Dubai trip

We arrived early after a long flight, staff was excellent, checked us in early, gave us some ideas of what to see and do, breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, eggs cooked to order, rooms well equipped and large. Great location, for walking and restaurants. Would stay here again if in Dubai.

The location was excellent our apartment was a wonderful size. The house keeping was probably one of the best ever. Hotel service was also great. We wanted to take advantage of our Expedia VIP discount which is 30% off of the restaurant however we tried going to Thyme restaurant but we were so turned off from the smoking. I would say that would probably be our biggest complaint about this property, please make all of the restaurant non-smoking. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredible Experience

This hotel is super amazing. My friends and I stayed here for four nights from 16/05/2018 to 20/05/2018. We upgraded to the all-inclusive package with breakfast and it was totally worth it. From the moment the taxi dropped us off at the front door it was 5-star service. Check-in with Julie who works at front-desk was highly professional and very relaxing. Julie is outstanding. She took time to give us all the information we needed for our stay and to ensure our maximum comfort. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite on the 41st floor.The rooms are spacious, with such incredible views from every room. This hotel has a lounge on the 33rd floor where guests can relax with complimentary afternoon snacks or evening snacks and drinks (Please check with hotel for hours of operation). Breakfast at this hotel is one of my best experiences yet. The food taste so amazing and there is a huge variety to choose from. The concierge and all the staffs are truly helpful and very professional. The local area where this hotel is located is very tourist friendly. Infact, it can pass for a tourist district. There are tons of restaurants, shops, beaches and beach clubs around here. Also, you can always catch a free shuttle from any of the hotels to some of the major places like Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, Emirates mall, Dubai outlet mall etc. On the street itself there is no shortage of activities and stunning views to enjoy. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and plan to visit many more times.

Staff accused me of breaking something and wanted to charge me for it when i checked out. When i told them that it did not happen, they did not believe me and insisted that I pay for it, I was already running late for my international flight and the manager took back to the room to show the broken coffee maker. We went there and the coffee maker was perfectly fine. Still wanted to charge me for it and the manager called the staff who reported and again both checked and it was perfectly normal. I storm and went down and anther guy came and made a shy apology. fortunately, did not miss my flight
