The hotel was very nice. We went during the off season so it wasn’t very busy. We will definitely return. We did enjoy the spa. The Razul treatment is great for couples.

This was a quick spa day for our birthdays. The spa was wonderful. Hotel staff is great and the property is still in great shape. We stayed here a few times when it first opened up so I was interested to see if the hotel would looked dated but it does not.

Nice.

Nice resort but the room was smaller than I like and had abed and a desk. The staff was great. I would prefer more of a resort feel. This is Christmas so maybe better in the summer.

This hotel is gorgeous. Feels like you're in a European village when walking around the grounds. The pool area is fabulous, although the weather wasn't good for pool time. The room was so comfortable. Lots of nice touches, like wood shutters in the bathroom. surprising. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was nice friendly staff nice rooms beautiful hotel parking isn't easy but vallet is your best option guys are excellent. Coffee shop is awesome we stayed at 8 floor missing ice machine but we went a floor down. Rooms do need a microwave tho we line to munch on popcorn had to go down to main floor for that. But other than that it's a great stay

The hotel has become a "self serve" operation so no house keeping, no bell man (my husband had back injury) Tons of valet who were friendly and helpful. Front desk was not and had an "oh well" that's our policy attitude. Restaurants in area are great and property is quiet. Bar at Sustenio was full but bar tendar had attitude and shewed everyone off during last half of game. What a shame. This use to be THE place to staycation.

This is overall a nice hotel that is part of a fun development with good dining and other retail options within walking distance. The big pluses for me were the spa and pool, both of which are well maintained and have nice amenities. Staff was friendly and the room was pretty nice so it made for a good spot for a weekend getaway.

The room itself was nice, but they don’t offer room service and tried to sell me a timeshare upon check-in. (I was walked over by front desk so there’s not an option). After a long day at work & traveling, that’s the LAST thing I want to deal with.
