My daughter recommended Frogner House and it was perfect! I had a studio and for my needs it fit the bill. I’m planning on booking here again on my next visit to see my daughter and her family! Great location walking distance to most everything in Oslo! And the bus stop was nearby as well!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat: price, comfort and location were all ++. Very good dining and grocery options a short stroll away as is public transportation. Bonus: Free self serve laundry washer and drier in the hall.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay in Oslo. I was traveling solo and wanted something that was easy to travel out of, both walkable and public transit. There is a bus station maybe 200 feet from the front door and a grocery store just down the block. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a question for management regarding the WiFi and it was answered very quickly. Overall, this was a really great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely neighborhood, close to Vigelund Park. Only disappointment: I thought both rooms were equivalent, but one was considerably smaller, and in the eaves [with sloping ceilings by the windows].

Great Western Oslo Location

They have a completely unstaffed check-in arrangement, which made me nervous, but it worked out perfectly. The room was comfortable. The bed was great. Perfectly adequate shower and other amenities. It had a little kitchen area that seemed fully equipped, but we did not use it.

We appreciate the excellent staffs who helped us kindly whenever/whatever we ask for. Our room had almost all necessary amenities, such as even scissor and pots. While we stayed for about two weeks, we had only pleasant memory in Frogner, Oslo.

For the price and incredible value. Awesome part of town. We stayed 4 nights in Oslo. One was at hotel guderman which cost nearly three times as much per night. We like Frogner apartments better in everyway

Nice location 2 bus stops from National Theatret station, which connects to everything including the airport. Nice quiet neighborhood with shop and cafes. Very close and walkable to Vikeland Park which is highly recommended. The delivered breakfast package is very nice as is the on-site free laundry. Splurge for a balcony room if you can. Aside from whatever view you have, you gain much light, extra space, and fresh air. The self check-in is very easy and includes An English language option. We would definitely return.

I still did not like the cleanliness of the room. It was awful and it was difficult to shower because of it. Frogner House still do not have air conditioning. Opening the window does not help in the heat of day when the sun shines in your window, no matter what they say! Next time I’ll find somewhere else to stay.

Good location near Vigeland Park, bus stop across street with easy connection to downtown and main transit stations. Nice neighborhood with shop and restaurants. Room was fine. Recommend that you book an upper floor with balcony.
