It was fantastic. The view, the cabin, the restroom, the fireplace, the living room and the parking were all perfect. The host was very personable and kind. I enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The cabins are really nice and modern with gas fireplaces to keep you warm on winter nights. I always go in the off season where price are reasonable and less crowds. I’ll most likely return in the future

Check in was smooth and easy. Gentleman greeted us was friendly. The cabin we stayed in was the two bedroom with private hot tub. The place was updated and clean. There was a restaurant in walking distance. Will stay there again!

We only had a quick one night stay at Streamside in Estes Park but were so pleased with the accommodations! It was soooo clean and warm and tidy! Check in was easy and we parked at the bottom of the stairs to our cabin. Would totally stay here again when we come back for more than one night to enjoy the wonderful mountain community.

This place was amazing. I booked a cabin never having been to this place with the plan of proposing to my girlfriend somewhere in Estes Park, and then i got to Streamside and it was so beautiful. I really wanted to propose on the bridge over the river because it was gorgeous, especially with all the snow and frozen portions of the river, but alas, i had an umbrella full of fake rose petals to deploy as i asked my gf to marry me and i did not want to litter. But the inside of our unit was also so cozy and such a cute place, it was just as wonderful a location to ask the woman i love to spend the rest of her life with me. So thank you Streamside for being a part of our journey together and for a precious memory.

The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub.

Our deck was covered in ice when we arrived. We had no instructions on how to operate the TV and the office was closed at 4:30pm even though they said they would be open until 5pm. Someone did come and help us figure out the TV. The couch was so small and very uncomfortable, the recliner and dining table was very outdated and showed lost of wear. The king size bed was hard and took up some much room that there was no room for a bedside table on either side of the bed. The blinds throughout the cabin were some sort of Asian decor. Didn’t work for what is supposed to be a mountain cabin. The TVs were hung so high that you had to crank your neck up to watch. The cable boxes on both TVs just hung from the TV and wouldn’t stay in place with the Velcro they tried to use as a solution. There was a fireplace but it wasn’t usable due to fire restrictions, but it stated on the fireplace that it wasn’t a heat source so we were confused why it wouldn’t work. The ceilings fans in the living room and bedroom were absolutely filthy with thick dust covering all blades. We’ve stayed at this property before several years ago and we had zero issues or complaints which is why we booked this property again. We were very disappointed.

Hi, I went up for my 60th Birthday and had a wonderful time. It was absolutely amazing. Elk were wandering the property and wild turkeys. It was clean, safe and the beds were awesome. Loved the manager Max and will be up again soon as I can!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Streamside on Fall River, and it was truly a perfect escape! The cabin was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The cabin is affordable and you get a lot for your money. It felt private and secluded, which made for such a peaceful and tranquil experience. The attention to detail inside the cabin, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, made it feel like a true home away from home. We also saw wild turkeys on the property in the evening which made if very memorable. If you're looking for a serene, private getaway in a stunning location, Streamside on Fall River is the perfect place to stay. I can’t wait to return.

I have mostly great things to say about our stay. I would say the cabin was clean, but furniture needs to be moved more often as there was dust and cobwebs behind furniture! Also when booking the cabin, we checked photos on the website and we thought the cabin we were getting had a hot tub, which it didn’t have. When we checked out, I was told there was a community hot tub, but that wasn’t specified on the website. All in all it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Streamside on Fall River.

Relaxing mountain cabin

We had a great experience! Clean property, assigned and convenient parking right at your cabin, quiet property close to everything but not right in the mess of it. Very relaxing time! They were also flexible with our late checkout request which was much appreciated. I wish we had time to stay longer.
